I recently had a tree stump removed from my backyard. The men worked effectively and professionally. When they were all done, they cleaned up any mess left from the grinding process. Their prices are very reasonable. I definitely would recommend them.

Umbrella has done our lawn service for years. They do a good job keeping it neat and always respect our property. Last year we had them take down our old fence and install a new one. They were professional and it still looks great! We've had them do other projects for us as well, like fixing, redirecting, and cleaning out our gutters and fixing a small leak on our garage roof. They fixed some electrical issues we were having and installed a new outlet in our basement as well. Russ and the rest of the crew are great to work. I highly recommend them!
Umbrella Services did a demo and remodel for a new alcove tub I purchased along with the tile work. The installer took special care to protect my carpeting and surrounding area. Very neatly done with the demolition and removed the old unit and surround from my property. Took special care to make sure that each part of the installation was done to my specifications. Russ is very professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work done with a company that you can trust.
My bathroom is beautiful with well done craftsmanship. I'm hopeful they will take me on as a client in the future for my second bathroom and kitchen remodel.

We had 6 recessed lights installed and replaced existing bulb lights to recessed light. While we had some misunderstanding on the scope of work, Denise and the electrician worked to resolve it and had the work completed. They also gave the courtesy discount for the issue which I appreciate. Will work again for additional lighting.

I have been using Umbella Property Services for more than a couple years now. Russ and his team are very professional and understanding. I use Umbrella Property Services for my snow plowing needs. I own multiple commercial buildings and the service I receive is exemplary. Russ and his team takes care of the parking lots, loading docks, sidewalks and walkways. That even includes ice management (salting) for those areas as well. They even come back and do touch ups to areas that are extremely necessary or not. Even without being asked to do so. This is by far the worse company Ive hired. They screwed up my water pressure damaged my bathroom materials which forced me to buy everything over. The plumber used foam under my shower base, cracked my surround and damaged my vanity then he left without finishing the project because he knew the project was above his skill set. Everyone in this company yelled at me while defending their incompetent plumber..

* update to a previous review* Originally a 1 star review I feel obligated to come back and repost. Roslynn was extremely instrumental in getting my issue resolved. Not only was my issue resolved but an error in my recordkeeping was also discovered in that payment was due for a period of time less than two months! It is not easy dealing with an irate vendor but Roslynn did so with both patience and professionalism which is very much appreciated! Because of her constant communication throughout this process I feel confident and moving forward in my business dealings with this company!

From the initial bid to the final stroke of paint, working with Russ and his team has been flawless. They transformed my bathroom from a 1960s junker to a modern centerpiece we can work from to remodel the rest of our house. The team that worked on my bathroom were prompt, professional and worked with me on everything from price to any changes that needed to be made mid job. I appreciate all the hard work they did and hope to work with them again in the future because the work was second to none.
