We scheduled an estimate and received a confirmation text for "Larry K." at the agreed-upon time. He did not show and we've received no contact since then. We followed up with a phone call and left a message, but still haven't received a response. Unprofessional. Edited to address Green Magic response below - we did NOT receive a phone call 15 minutes before. Absolutely untrue. We literally sat in our home with our phone with us waiting for them to show
I couldn't get anyone to call me back to schedule an in-person estimate, I understood they were busy because it is rainy season here. So they asked me to provide a video walkthrough of the property so I drove down to the property on my lunch break from work and took a video and emailed it to them. I called and the office staff confirmed that it had been received and they would provide an estimate, and that was 5 days ago and I have not gotten an estimate, call or response to my emails or calls. I really wanted to work with this group as the reviews seemed great, but their lack of follow-up leaves lots to be desired as a new potential customer. Even if you're impossibly busy, acknowledging a customer goes a long way.
Called for an in person estimate and spoke with the owner who scheduled an appt at my house the following week. I got a follow up reminder email the day before the appt. I left work earlier specifically to meet them and they no showed, no called. I called and left a voicemail an hr after the appt time and called the following week and left a voicemail. I then requested a rescheduling through email. It has been two weeks and there is still no response.
Excellent communication, we live in Atlanta and own a property in Mobile, so proper and effective communication is essential. I am able to receive that from this company. They do a good job. Thank you

I hired this company to due some landscaping in my backyard and paid $1330 down last month. They have not done the work and will not return my calls or texts. Im really not interested in running a local company down online, Im just hoping they will see this comment so they pay me my money back

I called and spoked to the person who answered their phone ask and for a quote to clear a lot in Mobile she said someone will look at the property in a couple days and will get back to me, after no response I called another company who did the job within a day.
Asked for a quote, scheduled a date and time, they never showed up or called. Multiple places on Mobile did this so they arent alone.

Green Magic truly took our yard from yragic to magic. Beside mowing the grass, they edged, pulled limbs, and cut all of trees back. The were professional and worked in a timely manner. My mother just stood and smiled at the yard ok nice they were finished.
Have been getting our lawn serviced by Larry Koen for quite some. We recently added another property to our service for him to maintain as well. He shows up like clockwork every 2weeks, is quick, efficient and very professional. Sometimes he does extra things (clean off roof, cut back limbs or cut down trees) if we ask. Green Magic take very good care of my lawn, I can always depend on Mr. Koen to keep me on my every two week rotation. My lawn look fabulous and Im always impressed with how well the edges and trimmings are done, he does excellent work, I highly recommend him.
