Serviced my irrigation that had been left forgotten for many years on our newly purchased home. They were able to locate all the hidden valves and then came back and did the winterizing just in time for the first snow! I really appreciated that Lori set my expectations appropriately for how busy they were and then far exceeded them when they were able to come out only 2 days later and take care of me.

Came from out of state and purchased a solar light for my daughter in law for Mother’s Day. Got to their house and there clearly was missing a piece to hang it . Went back to the store to get the piece and I was told they were closed but still had customers in the store. I asked for help with my issue but got a snippy response and was told it was not their problem. All I wanted was what I paid for? I’m sure this place is better than this, but it wasn’t for me today!

Good selection of plants. The plants we bought were healthy and have done well after repotting.

It's a great place for all things landscaping and gardening. It's on the spendy side. Their greenhouse plants cost way more than other greenhouses. But they have good quality. Great place to go if you want quality and don't mind paying for it.

I go to JVN mostly for bird feeding supplies. I was able to get a lot of gold finches to stay around! Also they have a variety of bird feeders and a ton of cute decorative products such as solar lights and wind chimes. Their plants also look fantastic every year!

Hosted a holiday planter party. SO MUCH FUN! The staff was so helpful and we each went home with one (or two!) beautiful planters.

We love working with James Valley Landscaping for ALL our lawn and yard needs: sprinklers, plants, new patio. We also contracted with James Valley for our church property. We are very pleased.
