Core Lawn Aeration is one of the best ways to get a thick, lush lawn worth living on. Removing small plugs of turf breaks up thatch, the layer of dead grass that builds up on your lawn, and allows more water, oxygen and fertilizer to get to your lawn's roots.
Job well done. Showed up a few minutes early. Friendly and respectful. Ensured that sprinkler heads were flagged to prevent damage. Definitely recommend!
Very professional! Great service and very helpful with extra tips on how to make our lawn even better.
Critical: Professionalism Absolutely wish I could have used this service due to their previous positive reviews, but the initial phone call from the owner just now did not go over well after the owner texted twice to confirm appointment(of which I did not see right away and stated text only ) and stated that he also called, (but no message left, and not showing as a missed call either)...Without recounting the entirety of the experience that would warrant more pages of words for the readers, That call from the owner only began and ended in an argument from the owner over text and call attempts, tone of text responses, personal jabs at who is professional or not, interruptions in my responses(he called "interjecting") and me just abruptly saying "ok, no service needed" to which the owner stated "o.k., good, fine"....I do credit that as I was beginning the writing of this review, he called right back to "sincerely apologize" for an emotional response due to past experiences, how could we move forward, but I stated that I we are done, and the type of exchange that occurred is far beyond recoverable for me...The customer is not always right despite the old adage, so the approach must be met with a level headed comeback and delivery. Again, credit to this individual for calling right back (I was surprised that he did), but it does not cultivate the relationship of trust that must be incorporated before the work even begins. Update after owner response: Customer reviewers receive a notification when the owner replies and this is Not a reply or response that I would expect from the owner...to twist the events of what actually occurred. I would not call talking over the other person even though I gave you floor space to speak, "RESPECT"! Respect only came in your second phone call. I did mention the two texts and above, and then the call, therefore, that was explained. And as another point of correction from the texts attached, you changed to 5:30 p.m., not 5. (which is also fine by me). Missing two texts while one is working on virtual calls (as I explained to you) certainly bodes for adjustment, but does not warrant lashing out when receiving suggestive feedback from the customer on try calling with a voicemail . No record of a call attempt in my call history, but just went on based on your comment. What I did not state here is that I told you that in the process of trying to reach someone in a compressed time for response, "text only" doesn't cut it, and a phone call and/or message would be warranted here, especially when time sensitive. Your call began with your argument, and justifications, not you responding to my tone which was only in response to you proclaiming your expertise in sales, and experience, that you were professional and that I was not?- not even a big deal and just to reschedule until you made it a big deal for a bruised ego...you stated in the call past frustration were taken out on me, and my "lecture" was advice to you in the second call. At the end of the day, this should be a learning experience, not a retaliation for a less than stellar review.. P.S. Tip - having no negative reviews on Google does not always account for all dissatisfied people you encounter or offend...some will leave a review, like this, or others would simply go away and never call back wishing to forget the entire experience. Tip 2 the first call should have been to level set the appointment which is what I was expecting, not a lashing out, therefore you would have still had the project - if you are not a receiver of good feedback and lash out, you may have similar encounters and will eventually a bad reputation for poor customer relations.
Notified me that they were in route, arrived on time. Performed work as promised, very friendly and professional. Very happy with the work done and interaction with the owner and his sons. We will be using them in the future for our aeration needs!
Joe and his sons did a great job aerating my yard. He was able to squeeze me in just before the rain started. I was actually not home during the aeration, but my wife was there and she said that Joe and his sons were very polite and professional. Show some support to this local business! Sure beats doing it yourself. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done.
Joe and his sons Isaiah and Xavier were very nice and a pleasure to have aerate my lawn. He was prompt and courteous and I love the work ethic he's instilled in his sons. I highly recommend Joe and will use him again in the future.
Highly recommended and more than reasonably priced. Joe very knowledgeable and honest. We had to change our Aeration plans multiple times due to the heavy rain but he is flexible. Arrived on time and was finished when he said. If your lawn needs Aeration use this local, small business professional.
Mr. Joe did a fantastic job aerating my lawn. He was very quick with providing me a quote and was able to aerate my lawn on short notice. He was very polite and courteous. He explained the process well and was done in less than 1.5 hrs. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.
