Ive been using Sprinkler Maniac forever....has it been 15 years now...hummm.? They continue to impress me with their energy, attentiveness, and friendliness. Ive used them to install my sprinkler system, maintain it, and do the annual blowouts for winter. They make it easy for me and my lawn looks great!

I first met them when they were working next door and they were watching me struggle with my irrigation. They came over and fixed my issue in seconds that wouldve taken me hours. I hired them last year to winterize my system, theyre the best.

Ive known John for a lot of years, so its easy to give the 5 stars just based on his character, but his work is just as great. Its so cool to watch his business thrive, and its certainly not surprising. We bought our home and found the sprinkler manifold was a rats nest of wiring and simply just old. I called John and asked if hed come up and give us an estimate on a rebuild. John was in between jobs and said hed stop by. He took a look, and as I was picking our son up from school, he texted and said he was finished. I said, Great! When do you think we can get this started? He replied.Oh, its all done. The job. Was done. Ha! Apparently, he and his crew build the parts during the winter. I returned home to a fully rebuilt 6 zone manifold at a great price. Sprinkler Maniac is our only Go-To.

The businesss integrity is outstanding. We had a repair scheduled, but to my surprise, they proactively reached out to me via email with a potential solution based on the details I provided. This thoughtful gesture ended up saving me a significant amount of money, as they could have easily proceeded with the scheduled repair and charged me accordingly. Their ethical business practice has earned my complete trust, and I fully intend to continue using their services in the future.

These guys are awesome. Showed up on time with a big crew. Completed the project in about 5 hours, and my lawn is challenging to say the least. Totally reasonable price for all that they did. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a sprinkler system.

They are still working, five star already. This was to be a simple late system turn on, been hand watering to save water but our lovely hoa does not want us to save water just to have our lawns green. Both the fellas are figuring out the issue and I appreciate that. They easily could have told me X was the issue and is beyond the scope of this appointment, they did not. However this turns out, based on this experience, they are my first choice to put a new system in.

Huge billboards to schedule online! I love convenience! However, scheduled a month ago, got a confirmation, even the day before text on how to prepare and NO SHOW! Said they did the wrong house. How do you walk up to the wrong house and blow out sprinklers?! Lucky those people!

Paid for our system to be blown out in the Fall. Low and behold when the system was turned back on in the Summer there was a broken pipe from not being blown out in the Fall. Ripped off and many hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Buyer beware! edited: And for the record Sprinkler Maniac was contacted regarding the broken pipes/system and did NOT return the calls.

Sprinkle Maniac put in a new sprinkler system for me. They showed up on time with a large crew, everyone knew their job and we straight to work. Less than 4 hours later I had a nine station, 50+ head system ready to go. It was a great experience! Very professional and experienced crew! Highly recommended! Great job.

What a great crew. 6 guys showed up with all equipment necessary. We already had the main plumbing done for them to connect to. They installed 69 sprinkler heads with 9 zones. 5-1/2 hours later, we had water on and they tested the system. Having been in construction previously, I was impressed with their speed and knowledge. Everyone knew their job and got it done. After 29 years of hauling hoses around, we are excited to have a functional lawn sprinkler system. Thanks John, Eric and the crew!

I have never had such a great experience with a lawn/irrigation crew! They are all AWESOME!!!! We have had some horrendous issues, and while the resolution has understandably taken time because of the horrendousness (sp?) of the problem, they have been nothing but professional and nice and understanding and gracious. And also charged fairly and explained very well. Would HIGHLY recommend.

They really took the time to listen, make the fixes, and caught a leak that the previous company didnt notice (they were out just two weeks prior!). We had Sprinkler Maniac install underground sprinklers at a home and they were amazing. Quality work that was done very quickly and they showed up when they said they would. We are very happy with our installation. I highly recommend this company for underground sprinkler installation.

John, Fez, Hannah and the entire Sprinkler Maniac Team did a great job on our sprinkler update/installation after helping us with basic start-ups and blow-outs on our old system for years. They coordinated well with our landscaper and were extremely flexible when other parts of the project were delayed and so we had to reschedule their install. When it was finally our day, they came with a huge crew and were done in about 5 hours. It was loud and lots of stuff going on (they arent called Maniacs for nothing!) but everyone knew what they were doing and worked hard/fast. A Team member returned after another part of our project was complete to make sure the sprinklers were programmed correctly for our new sod. John personally came and helped correct an issue when the team was off work. He also was very patient with lots of questions regarding the process and initial bid. I have used John and the guys for several years and they are always amazing. This year, especially, they went out of their way to help me. I just needed a startup but wasn t able to schedule the same time as my neighbor. They kept me updated and fit me in so I could have a similar appointment time. I cannot begin to tell you how kind they are. I recommend them to whoever needs sprinkler set up, repair, anything!

We rebuilt our house and had Sprinklers Maniacs put a new sprinkler system around the house. They showed up Friday to look at the install scheduled for Tuesday to check out the pump and the land around the house. They came Monday afternoon and started to prepare. We had some additional issues with the irrigated section in front of the house which we pointed out. They walked through our requirements (mix of sprinklers and drip) and marked sprinkler sites. Tuesday the planner showed up early and reviewed the flags then moved some around. This is a complicated system further complicated by a large irrigation pump. By the end of the day it was WORKING. I don t think I have seen such a well coordinated team (10 guys) ever.

We had Sprinkler Maniac installed our new sprinkler system today. They were here first thing in the morning I have a good size yard they were done before noon very professional showed us everything about the system. Would have given 5 stars except wait time for appointment was weeks and I left payment in a reusable zip lock bag so it wouldnt get wet and they took my bag! Lol not a huge deal but it took me by surprise.

These guys are great! Fixed my shattered sprinkler line in no time flat. They maintained the lawn pieces they dug up and made sure it was all put back together seamlessly. They made changes to heads that were broken or not getting the best coverage, they also moved and raised some heads. They even found a buried sprinkler head that I completely forgot about. John winterized my system on Oct.4. Then, unprompted, he stopped by my house this evening (the 9th) in advance of unseasonable cold just to check that Id finished the process. All simply to save me the hassle of dealing with frozen/busted pipes. Color me impressed. Ill happily keep giving them my business.

They came out to do my sprinkler blowout on the scheduled date, but since it was cold so early my above ground garden sprinkler pipes were frozen. They came back at a later date when it was warmer to finish blowing out those pipes at no extra charge. Great service and great price too. Ill call them for any other sprinkler needs I have.

I couldnt suggest a single area of improvement for Sprinkler Maniac. They installed an entire sprinkler system for me and from the first call to the grand finale (water!), I was nothing but impressed with John and his crew. They are fast, knowledgeable, fair, and I couldnt have had a better experience. Looking forward to working with them for many years to come!

Moved in to a house last fall that had a few issues with leaks in the sprinkler system and a one old sprinkler head, and John was able to address all of the issues and ready the system for the summer in about an hour, and answered all of my questions about future possibilities of adding a drip line zone to my garden beds. This company knows what they are doing! I have skills but not skills like these maniacs. When I needed help because I accidentally tilled up some lines putting in a new garden, wanted the garden on its own zone and cycle, needed to move some heads for a new asphalt driveway, and more... John and his crew had it all figured out for me. One of the easiest and will also be one of the most rewarding upgrades I ve done to our house. I also don t normally write reviews. This is the best sprinkler company in Missoula. John is so knowledgeable, and told us what sprinkler heads we needed for what parts of our yard. The customer service is awesome, and each year they remind you when to get your sprinklers blown out. Highly recommend!

He changed out a broken vacuum breaker on my sprinkler system and checked out, updated, and got everything back online in about a half an hour. Do you want someone tearing up your beautiful lawn with a shovel ? Then your once beautiful yard looks like a mine field, you say to yourself... I paid thousands of dollars to ruin my lawn, and was it done right by the lowest bidder, hopefully so ! John the owner of sprinkler maniac was on time, gave us a fair bid price, after reading their company reviews it was the reason why I called them in the 1st place.We are so thankful we did, the crew of 3 was awesome, fast, friendly, extremely professional and they worked hard all day, and when they were done you could barely tell they were ever there. Their small unit sliced through our grass like a knife pulling the mains and lines to their sprinkler head destinations, then they drove the tires over the slices in our lawn and it was done. Then they fine tuned the sprinkler heads to target their intended paths of water. Then we were trained by their foreman about how to program the rain bird control box.he set it up for us explaining it clearly as to how to set up all 7 zones, time of day and duration, 35 heads went in the ground that day and we are now set free of dragging hoses to water 9,000 square feet of lawn. The bottom line is we are set free of the headache, the lawn is green and its all watered before breakfast. Tip: dont expect the best scenario if your lawn is not picked up, prepped, mowed and ready for a team of maniacs to be the best that they can be. I set my mower at 2 to give them a clear path to success. Our date of installation was may 15th, 2017 and the rain bird sprinkler system has run perfectly, I know Im a early riser I walk out with a cup of coffee in my hand, I open up my news paper and watch our lawn being watered as I relax in a lawn chair. John came by and fixed all of the issues with my system that was extensively damaged when the sidewalk was replaced in front of my house. He was quick and efficient and I ended up with a better system than when I started.

John came out to a rental house at 8:00 AM Saturday morning and had pre-built a replacement backflow preventer. He had it all installed and the system checked within an hour. This guy really knows his stuff! If you want it done right the first time, use these guys.
