After a year of TruGreen services our lawn looks as healthy as it has ever been. Our technicians are always courteous and we appreciate their willingness to call ahead so we can open the gate for them and get the pets indoors.

John arrived at the estimated time. I would recommend TruGreen to everyone.

True Green tried to rip me off. Dropped flags to locate sprinklers, did not spray my yard as scheduled. Skipped the spray. I called them and they now claim the yard was too tall to spray. I ve kept my yard the same height over years of service. They are making up excuses for skipping me for the service as they are on camera not doing there job. Makes you wonder how many times you paid for lawn fertilizer applications that may have never been done. Don t trust em. I m canceling with true green for life. I will hire a new company from here on out due to this poor excuse and possible negligence and made ups excuse for skipping out on my service.

Is there a way to call or text the night before? This way I can make sure my dogs are put away. I got a call in the morning before he arrived but I had already left my house.

Apparently its policy to leave peoples gates open. It would be too much work for them to close it. Thanks TruGreen for leaving our gate open so the deer could destroy all of our gardens, we really appreciate that. We will be canceling our services with them.

Prompt, thorough and tidy. Would recommend to a friend.

They never tell you in advance they are coming. They do not flag the yard when they are done, so you dont know they have been there. Mean time my dogs walking around in the poison they were supposed to notify they laid down but failed to notify us of. I wouldnt use their services but our landlord insists as part of the lease.

I like how responsive they are with the emails letting you know when they will be coming and when they are done. I think flags should be posted in a very obvious spot, nowhere near the edge so it s very obvious.

Mark was very professional and answer my questions on spraying and even did some research on a potential problem. Great job!

Molly was my lawn service expert. She called first to let me know @ time she would arrive. Nailed it. Listened to my add on request. Again nailed it. Extremely friendly and understanding and cautious about my bushes concerns. Informative. Very thorough and careful with hoses. This is my third time having her service my lawn and I am extremely happy how she did. I thought I would cancel service after this application but you find a knowledgeable provider like Molly you stay with a good thing. I highly recommend true green with Molly. I do not understand why this company would spray pesticides not only so close to the river, but also along the river walk and by the field where so many kids, dogs, runners and people are at play. This is incredibly irresponsible.

Like did a great job with the trees. Great job! The only concern I had was the wind was blowing pretty hard at the time . How much stayed on the trees and how much was blown into my neighbors yard. Again, no problem with Luke as he has nothing to do with the wind.
