We have a shade tree that suffered some damage during the wind storm last week. We saw the pruning crew removing a tree across the street. We contacted them and they came over and took care of our tree within an hour. Justin did a great job. Thank you. It would have taken weeks to get anyone else to do it.

Our yard was in bad shape from a construction project and excavation damage. The topsoil the excavator used was full of weed seeds, and the grass had a hard time growing. Jerad fertilized and applied weed killer and got our lawn looking good again.

Jerad is professional, dependable and does quality work. We are new customers this year and had a yard/grass that needed some TLC. They are supposed to remove the snow, however they cant see that we already removed our snow and they plow neighbors snow down our nice clean walks. They broke our lights by the sidewalk, popped sprinkler heads, and they are driving over our yard. When confronted the guy plowing, he informed us it wasnt our yard. Good to know Ill let Missoula County to stop billing me for the taxes, the maintenance , and watering bill. And if the tree dies the plow guy can pay to remove and replace the aphid infested things. And yes, I pay to treat the trees to combat the aphids also. Natures Best you can do bettet

Natures Best does A beautiful job. They show up on time and and do everything to make our yard healthy and green. They do all aspects of yard work.

The owner of this business, Craig, is a hostile man with an anger problem. Extremely unprofessional with a large lack of decorum for others. Would not recommend based on the behavior of this individual alone.

One of their trucks decided to try and run me off the road at a merge spot on Russell St right by spirit of Halloween. That is about as unprofessional as they come. Almost caused my to crash due to this guys unprofessional attitude. They should really consider the quality of their employees driving their trucks with their company name on the side of it.

If you want your plants trampled, your bushes butchered, flowers shaved off your shrubbery and a BIG mess of prunings/thorns laying everywhere - then hire these guys for landscaping maintenance.

Jerad poisoned my 2 acre lot at Lolo Mini Storage. He called me when he finished to let me know he had poisoned the weeds. He told me where he had sprayed to make sure he did a thorough job. He had poisoned all the areas he had been instructed to spray. Thank you Jerad Sheila Mergenthaler

Nature s Best has done a great job with recurring weed control and fertilizer service on our lawn this summer. They have been great at communicating with us and working with our schedule. I look forward to using them again in the future!

Natures Best does the snow removal at our Condo complex. Crew always hits the ground running during a snow storm. Walks and parking lot are cleared and salted in a timely fashion. I never feel unsafe to walk on the sidewalks after service is performed. The crew is also very friendly to my dogs which is really nice...

They will constantly leave thier trucks idling for hours at a time polluting and wasting tons of fuel all while shortening the life of the vehicles. They even left the windows down so they can smoke in the vehicles. Allowing for obvious theft of an unlocked widows down idling vehicles for hours while not working anywhere nearby

Jareds crew did an outstanding job on a preseason clean-up of our yard, and irrigation was turned on and checked in a timely manner. Thanks.

Twice now an older man working for naturez best,urinated on the building of our apartment complex where kids and families could,see.they also cut,some of our flowers that were nowhere near the grass. Their VERY unprofessional

Could tell from Natures Best website and by the services offered we wanted to have them help out with our landscaping and yard care needs. We called early summer and they were booked out until later August. We met with Jake in early summer to go over the project details, get a bid, and to get on their calendar. We were thrilled when they arrived in early September to begin the work and over a 3 week period transformed our front and back yards with more rock/edging/plantings that exceeded our expectations. Great crew Jake/Nate/Zack/Craig!!!

I have just started using Natures Best. I am extremely pleased with the quality of Devon and Justins work on my lawn. When they leave, the yard is impeccable.

Had them come out June of last year and got a bid to landscape backyard. Agreed to the bid and was told they would start in in July towards end of month as sod farm was out of sod. Kept trying to get in touch to get an update and kept being told they would get to it and then was told in October they wouldn t be able to do it until the spring. Got in touch with them this spring and the new landscape manager came out and told me the previous landscape manager who bid it didn t bid it correctly and the price would be higher than bid. Said he would rework the quote and get back to me. After a month of waiting for his quote, I gave up. So basically a year wasted.

Had a manager come by for a quote from Nature s Best. After looking at my corner residential lot, I was quoted 165.00 to 195.00 dollars per mow for my yard based on two people at 65.00 dollars an hour. So, for the period of time I needed service, they would charge as much as 780.00 per month. I contacted others for quotes and selected another well known service for 50.00 dollars a mow. When, contacted by Natures Best the manager said , well they must be hard up for work . Basically saying, we have plenty of work therefore we can gouge you far above the national average if your willing to pay. I urge anyone to take time and research contract work here in Missoula. With the influx in construction, some contractors will gladly take advantage of you.

I was gone most of the summer and needed a reliable lawn care service to take care of my lawn. A friend set me up with Natures Worst. They mowed my lawn once. A month later my friends called and said my lawn was a foot deep. I called Natures Worst to let them know to please mow my lawn weekly. A month later I come home to a lawn a foot deep. They failed twice to put me on a weekly schedule, marked up my new fence with mower tires and then blamed it on a computer glitch. Stay away from this train wreck.

At approximately 1320 today, 9/22/20, my passenger and myself witnessed a very unsafe maneuver by one of your company vehicles. It was the vehicle carrying a tank with liquid on it. The vehicle had been traveling north on Reserve, had just passed the interchange to Broadway on the right hand side, your driver abruptly stopped in the left hand lane on the northbound side and flipped a U-turn to go South on Reserve. Not only is that a very unsafe maneuver but your vehicle may not have had brake lights when they came to a complete, dead stop in a 45mph zone. I narrowly missed rear-ending them along with the cars behind me. It looks like when they made their u-turn, they proceeded to the ramp to take them to Broadway. There was not any traffic in the Southbound lane but he or she nearly caused a wreck behind them. Safety should be a priority, especially in a company vehicle as it can form an opinion about the company based on their drivers on the road. This person did an awful job representing your company, myself and everyone behind me seen their unsafe behavior that could have injured several people. I hope your company cares more about their public image than that.

Having read some not so good reviews but understanding that some people just cannot be pleased, I decided to try Natures Best. From the moment I was on the phone with Lori, I was impressed at the full on business like responses to my questions and the quick replies by the departments requiring my requests. I was given two contacts for my needs, Craig with the Yard Clean Up and mowing and weeding and Jake to address my lack of proper equipment (sprinkler system and maintenance of same). Jake was by in a day and Craig in two. So far, I am impressed. Jake and I discussed the installation and maintenance of a new system at my house beginning next spring. We will discuss this at a further date. He made some suggestions which helped me to rethink some of my outdoor design and helped me with the nuances of Montana winters and underground sprinklers. At the designated date and time, Craig showed up with his crew, truck and trailer. The jungle that had become my yard was quickly and efficiently tamed into a shadow of its former glory. As this is a rental property and the ball got dropped at some point in the last few years while my husband and I have been on the road with the management company, it had come to our attention that the alley behind the house was getting smaller and smaller and the weed patch growing exponentially. Even the garbage truck guys were thankful the next pick up day! There was a tree in dire need of pruning the same said garbage truck was having issues getting past and an abundance of suckers becoming a giant shrub under my Lilac bushes and inviting wandering vagabonds to use for laundry storage or what have you. I have a ways to go, but with the help of Lori, Jake and the crew, I hope to have a lawn worth sitting upon, trees without little green bugs, a sidewalk to walk on without ducking wayward branches. So far, I am giving Natures Best a 4 star rating... I have a small patch of sod yet to get picked up for the 5th star! You all are great. Maybe even Missoulas best kept secret! Thank you for making the beginning of my little space happy again.

Jake and his team at Natures Best did a phenomenal job for us. They worked quickly, professionally and were meticulous about the details. They just really wanted the project to be done right and to make sure we were happy with the end result. Cant recommend them enough.

Natures Best is the most professional crew Ive ever worked with, and Ive worked with a few. Always diligent in making sure customers needs are met, yards are not skipped, neglected, or otherwise forgotten because of their amazing organization and management.

Natures Best came through for us in a pinch. We had a concrete project going on which presented us with sprinkler line conflict. Time was of the essence and even though they had a full schedule they still sent Matt out to assess the situation. Matt was fantastic and worked to get the project taken care of in record time. Built a house and received several estimates on retaining walls. Nature s Best had some fantastic ideas of natural rock walls and came in thousands less. All walls turned out amazing and we are so happy! I wish I could attach some pictures but don t see that option. Very happy!

Charged over $200 to spray lawn for weeds, weeds werent even fazed by his special organic formula they refused to make it right. I put a credit card hold on the amount billed, still no response from the company and I have a yard full of weeds still!

Way over priced and very rude!

Natures Best has been treating my yard for years. They are professional and always call the day before they show up. They take care to close the gates so my dog is secure, and their natural fertilizer is safe for my kids and the dog. I just found out they also can treat for spiders.
