Insideout Handyman in Missoula

We bought a pergola kit from Costco and wanted to outsource the building of that project. The guys that came to our house did a great job building it and cleaned up after themselves very well. We were put on the schedule in a timely manner, they came and got the job done, and it looks great. Would definitely call again for household projects.

I was happy they were able to squeeze my small projects in quickly. Loren was responsive, friendly, and happy to answer my questions and address the issue when I had a miscommunication about my invoice, which was greatly appreciated!

Initially this company exceeded our expectations in communication. After signing a contract via email, we asked for specific job quotes in which I was told to call. I called, the voicemail was full, emailed the details and the receptionist told me she'd let the manager know. I followed up in which the receptionist told me to call - reminded her that the mailbox is full. That was a month ago, all while needing emergency work done. We would have secured another vendor if they weren't able to add an additional customer! Times are tough right now, but no excuse for poor business etiquette.

I was so happy to find inside out handy man! I live over 2000 miles away from my mother. Since my father passed away I have relied on them to take care of home repairs as well as snow removal and yard work. What peace of mind!

I have used this company several times. They have remodeled a bathroom for me. Painted, installed landscaping, and done some minor plumbing repairs. I am retired and I depend on safe, quality workers. I highly recommend this company.

I own a rental and I live out of state. I called with an emergency water leak and they were on site within the hour. Fixed everything, fast, efficient, friendly. The renter says that the wall is repaired beautifully. I will call them again for all of my handyman needs from now on!!!

I asked for help for my mom and quickly got shutdown. I know it's black Friday but google says he is 24 hours. Not professional or polite. Could have asked me more questions before slamming the virtual door in my face. Big mistake. Huge.
