Trugreen in Mississauga

The team at Trugreen is great! They are a dedicated team who really take care and help their customers. Veronica has been a great partner, and we'll continue to go back as a result of her dedication.

After several years tru green have been ok. Their phone line for service is terrible. They have left my double locked gate opened twice now and my dog got out! How can you open a gate and not close it…..signs, two lock system….just totally irresponsible technicians. This is not OK!

Regret paying up front for the year. Feel I had quicker and better service when I paid after being invoiced. Just hung up after 1 hour 13 minutes on the line to now find their office is closed. Lack of customer service left me on hold after they closed the office with not even the courtesy of someone taking my call or at least letting me know they just closed. 1st service was 4-22-21 and didn’t receive my weed and insect spray. Fertilizer only as it was too cold with the promise someone would come back to spray. Never did come back. I called on 5-10-21 and spoke to Sai who said my weed spray would be scheduled within 72 hours. Asked her what about my insect spray as I was very specific when I signed up that insect and weed was to be done on every service. She told me I don’t have that service on my account! I paid for the Tru Health Program which comes with surface insect treatments. Still no one came. I called again 5-14-21 to be told that my acct says someone came 2 days ago. Are you kidding me? I wouldn’t have called trying to get through for an hour had someone already come! Was then promised by Jay that someone would be here today 5-17-21 to do the weed and insect spray. Guess what! Again no one came! Asked Jay about the insect spray and he said I had to call sales to pay for grub control. I spoke to sales who confirmed I already had surface insect control in my existing package. Does anyone there know what they’re doing! And today, again, no one showed up to complete the 1st weed and insect spray that is overdue from 4-22-21. This service is inexcusable and I’d like a manager to call me with an explanation.
