Both Steve and Mike are professional, however, Steve was so cooperative and welcoming. Unlike Mike, he was not welcoming to answer my question though he appeared to be welcoming. He was rushing as he doesnt have time. Great salute to Steve, the staff, and your system as everything was smooth and effective from inception of the request to payment, just wow. Excellent service at a very competitive price - the staff are very good at dealing with your custom requirements.

Over priced. Last year was under $220 this year over $400! Just to help keep weeds away. No thank you. Do it myself!

Having issues with weeds, who dosent. We have been using Nutrilawn and they have never disappointed us. Its a constant battle with weeds. We over seed well and let the services from Nutrilawn do the rest.

I do not care about grass, I spend my time outdoors on plants and flowers. But, I share a large front lawn with a neighbor, and my backyard is surrounded all around with neighbors as well. My neighbors weeds became my weeds. Eventually, despite my efforts, both my front yard and backyard became weed lawns. In desperation I contacted Nutri-Lawn. They came, and to my surprise, in just three applications both my lawns began to look like healthy grass lawns. Everyone at Nutri-Lawn who I came in contact with were excellent and responsive. If you have a weed lawn, I would highly recommend contacting Nutri-Lawn.

This company is very reliable and on time as per their advance emails of when they will be on the property. They are not pushy with adding on services and prices have remained fairly stable over time. The weed control product they use is vastly better than it was 5 years ago. I would recommend giving them a try.

Can & his team, starting from admin at Nutrilawn has taken care of our irrigation system for almost a decade now. Always have been nothing short of reliable whenever they are needed for any repairs or maintenance. Ive been using Nutri-Lawn since I moved into my house in 2018. They were the one company utilizing pet-safe products and I have a dog and live on a ravine so that was of importance to me. I have to be honest, sometimes I lament them because my lawn comes back so intensely in the spring that if I dont mow by a certain point my neighbour has to tackle it with his ride-on because my electric mower cant hack it. I have no complaints about their services and lawn is happy, healthy, thick and green.

Avoid at all costs!! I signed up for Nutri-Lawn s best package last year and not only did they miss several appointments without any notice, they also missed the timing of key fertilization of my lawn, etc. Customer service would just give excuses and excuses and no compensation for the missed services. I tried escalating the issue through the company and have not heard back from anyone so just gave up. I even doubt if I received all the services I paid for last year. Terrible company that treats you like a number. Funny enough I keep getting their marketing mail about resigning up for this season . *rolls eyes* just stay away and go with someone else.

The technicians are really nice and knowledgeable, the products used are environmentally responsible and scheduling is very easy. There is also great communication, I get an email telling me the date of my next service and also reminders of aftercare if needed.

We called Nurti-Lawn for weed control after the dandelions took over pur lawn this year. The person who came out was extremely helpful in explaining what we need to do to get our lawn into better condition. I also really love that all of the products are pet friendly, as we have a dog who means the world to us and we cant compromise when it comes to his health.

Nutri-Lawn provides good follow-up recommendations for lawn care, and provides their services in a timely manner. The Slit Seeding and Liquid Aeration services are helping to revive my back lawn. The pre-service reminders, whether by e-mail or a phone call, are certainly welcomed. The office secretary is extremely pleasant and professional when dealing with customers and takes time to answer any questions and provide any suggestions.

Nutri-Lawn provided me with a very competitive quote to install an irrigation system. It took about a week to install, which you might think is a long time, but they worked very thoroughly. They were not in a hurry to get the job done, so it was done right. They dug under prominent tree roots and installed the proper number and types of sprinkler heads. The installed 5 zones, three for lawn, one for perennial gardens and one for a vegetable garden. They even went the extra mile to separate a small shrub area that would have been easier to incorporate with the vegetable garden, but instead ran a separate line to reach this area. They really installed a quality system using quality workmanship. They employees were well mannered and the company trucks were recognizable. My inside plumbing was hooked up to a water softener, and it was re-routed so the hard water would be going to the lawn and the house would continue to receive soft water - no point paying for soft water to go on the lawn. The installation service also includes one shut down for the fall, and one opening for the next spring.

I used Nutrilawn last year and was happy with their services. I was not aware of automatic renewal, and ended up receiving a bill for services I didnt explicitly ask for. I am not a fan of this practice. However, my issue was addressed quickly and professionally via their customer service - I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I will use this company for more services in the future. They are friendly, professional, on time. I knew exactly who will be coming and how much I will be paying before the visit.

The tech that did my aeration was very thorough and professional. He did not rush and made sure every inch of lawn was serviced.

DO NOT HIRE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LAWN RUINED. They have worst kind of equipments and incompetent service. I had 1 application of aeration with seeding and 3 of weed control. Absolutely no result after aeration and it would fill your lawn with new kind of weeds because of the cheap seeds they might be using. For the weed control, I had 2 applications thus far, and 1st one was sprayed carelessly and for the 2nd application they sprayed while it was heavily pouring rain(weed control does not work during rain). If you speak to their call centre guys, they are trained to read out agreement and say we do not gurantee or take responsibility of the quality of service, and blame/yell at you instead. Their agents would say all kinds of lies to you and they do not record their own calls to not get caught(I would highly recommend anyone calling them to record their calls if it is legal where you are and advisable to do so). I agree that they do not have to gurantee, but a customer would expect competent and quality service. Even after reading this you feel like hiring them, Good luck to you and Bad luck to your already existing grass!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR LAWN! We hired Nutri-Lawn to fix our weeds problem in our backyard. However, not only did they not get rid of our weeds, but they also killed off our existing grass. Please see the attached photo for our dead grass.

Good followup if problems. Takes the worry about when to do what for your lawn. Helps if you are older and have physical issues with some of the gardening tasks.

Hi,My lawn had completely dried up and Nutrilawn sent their specialist to access the condition of my lawn. I took the services of double aeration, overseeding and topsoil along with the weed control services. After 3 weeks of completion of double aeration, overseeding and topsoil application, my lawn is back to its original shape.
