This is the first year that I have used Mitch and his team. I'm very happy that I did. My yard looks the best it has in years. I had them do weekly lawn cutting, they never missed a week, and monthly yard cleanup. They are fast, neat and very courteous. I also had Mitch remove all my boxwoods,. as they were infested. Mitch and Brandon then completed the work by putting down topsoil and finishing with new sod. Result was great! Mitch will always return your texts, calls or emails without delay. Great experience and I look forward to next year.
I have never had such a fabulous and well groomed yard. I wanted a fall clean up of leaves gardens and my trees trimmed. Well it looks better than I could ever have asked for. Cleaned up absolutely everything and shaped my trees and garden beautifully. Definitely the best company I have ever dealt with and pricing was very fair
Amazing service and such friendly people that service the lawn. They came in this year to put sod in nd shape my front yard and then seed and design a flower bed for my backyard, Mitch came over several times to talk me through the design and how it was going to work for my property as I had no idea on what I wanted. He designed exactly what I wanted and then executed it flawlessly. They then continued to do the maintenance of the property and that was the best decision I made I enjoyed my summer as my lawn was taken care off.. Not once did I have an issue with them. Mitch was always available if I needed him. I highly recommend M.S. Lawn & Garden 10 out 10

I had availed the services of M S Lawn Care for mowing and upkeep of our lawn, and by far they did an excellent job. We availed their services again for cutting few of our trees in the yard (which were dangerously close to our property) and also to renovate our front lawn… they did an exceptional job by neatly cutting the tall trees and taking care around to respect the surrounding areas and our neighbour's property as well. I was superbly impressed with their professionalism & detailing that too without cutting corners or compromising the aesthetics. They paid attention to our likes and listened to me all the way to create my vision of a beautiful lawn. MS Lawn Care was hired for snow removal during the winter and lawn care during spring, Summer, and fall. The crew ALWAYS arrive on time and the work was completed as scheduled. They do a fantastic job in all aspects . They also took the time to tell us what and how the job would be done and follow up Dealing with them was a dream compared to other experiences we have had with other companies. They show up and get it done. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them to anyone looking for such services.

Your team is professional, but sometimes they cut a little too deep leaving uneven spots in the lawn; specially near the edges. I am happy otherwise.

After repeated polite conversations and trying to get the team/staff to understand (over 2+ years) to cut the grass in a careful way so it doesnt splatter all over the car and damage the paint, they just dont care/understand. Every damn time I have to take the car through the wash after their visit and its unnecessary expense/burden on me.

Mitch is very responsive to my texts or instant messages. Prices are good and less expensive than others we ve priced. Our yard was a mess after winter and I was more than pleased with the work the guys did today!! Everything is raked and bagged so clean, edged and ready for spring!!!
The crew did an excellent job, even though there were delays due to weather and personal reasons. I paid in full at the end of September 2022, even though the job was not complete. They were behind in their other schedules, and I tried to accommodate the owner. I still need stepping pavers installed to the end of my backyard pathway, and 4 more perennials planted (6 out of 10 were). When I called at the end of October, I was told that the crew was done for the year, and the project would be completed in Spring 2023. Ive been calling since April. I finally got through to the company in June, and was told it would not be complete till the end of July. I have since called, left messages (the voicemail box is now full), and texted, (no responses on their social media pages). My last resort to contact them maybe, will be to visit their office and hope to see the owner in person. If not resolved, seems I will have to take other measures. The two star rating is only because of awful customer service. 30 Oct 2023, update as promised to M.S. On Wed 4th October, Mitch and Brandon finally came and finished the job, installing 4 perennials, and about 12 paving stones along the pea gravel walkway. I am now completely satisfied, but I wish I did not have to practically beg to have the job completed. Ive upped the rating to 4 stars, beause I really LOVE the work done by the crew. I deducted one star for having to wait a whole year. Hope you learn from your little gaffe MS.
