Just had 1 Tech Properties LLC take down a tree close to the house.They were very professional and had it down the same same. Everything was cleaned up better than when they came. Price is the lowest around and they didnt try to bump it up because they had to move a few things. Fast Professional and very friendly.

I shopped around looking for a reputable tree service that could do the work that was needed at a lower price point. Luckily I had somebody refer me to this business. I reached out and had a very quick response and estimate within the day. The price was the best I was able to find that incorporated removing the root balls as well as tree removal. I dont think any company could have done better. I read one negative review because I was confused why they would give a negative review... I would just politely say to that person, when youre having large trees cut down if youre expecting people to grab the pieces and stack them nicely over to the side, thats an unrealistic expectation. You paid for it to be cut down not organized. I thought they did a phenomenal job at a very fair price and were super efficient. Included in the cost was getting rid of the limbs, it was worth the small amount paid. So if somebody wants to cut corners and do things on their own all I can say is, sometimes its not worth it. Just pay the extra money to an awesome business that is very reasonable on their price and save yourself the headache. I did three trees on my own and thats when I drew the line because I have better things to do with my time and I dont have all the equipment to make it easier.

They are fast and clean up very good after the job is done.

Todd was the first to respond when I sent out a few requests for an estimate. He showed up on time when he said he would. His price was fair. The day of they showed up on time and worked hard all day. They did an excellent job, exactly as I asked. They cleaned up all the debris and even blew the driveway clean. The best part was when he took me for a ride up in the bucket! I would highly recommend this company!

Todd and his crew did above and beyond what I expected. He not only oversaw the job but jumped in to get as much done as they could (hired to two days) Prompt response, on time, attention to detail, and even salted my drive as he left (hired for cutting down trees) Quality work by quality people.

Excellent work removing my huge tree, cutting large stumps, and grinding the stump. Also, cutting several smaller trees and bushes along my fence. Very prompt, professional, and personable.

This is a shockingly dishonest business. We had done business with them once before and had no problem. The owner, Todd Collins, was asked to come to my property for another initial estimate. He then decided to show up to my home and then remove the tree without my consent or an actual contract. He then tried charging me $800. He then texted us and said there was no charge given the lack of a contract/estimate. He then kept pestering us to pay him per the demands of his business partner. He ultimately decided to take file a lawsuit in small claims court with added interest. Guess who the judge sided with? Not Mr Collins and one tec properties. This company s behavior is shameful and disappointing. They also owe me for the tree they stole from my property. I was going to use that for mulch.

Needed a tree removed and they came right out, removed it. And cleaned up professionally and efficiently.

Todd was responsive to our inquiry about his services & prompt in giving us an estimate. We waited only a week for him & his crew to come to do the job. We were not home on the day they came and asked for him to come back to do some more. He was there the next day to do what we wanted. Did a great job cleaning up the debris. Had 4 trees cut. Estimate was great. Before the work was done, we indicated we want to keep the wood. We were told that they would cut into manageable pieces 2-3 ft long. Left wood in very large pieces but responsive to the issue. Remedied the issue quickly

Clearly all negative reviews are not legit! Todd and his guys did an awesome job removing 2 large oak trees leaning over my house. Job was turned down by several tree guys because of the difficulty. They were in and out no damage to the house or landscaping, at all!!! After they left know one would have ever know the the trees were there. Trees and stumps gone at a great price!! Highly recommend!!

Todd and crew did a fantastic job! They responded quickly to an urgent tree situation after a storm. They had a huge tree cut down, nice pieces cut AND STACKED for bonfire and left the area so clean you couldn t even tell they were there. Highly recommend!!

It was the first snow of the year and a large tree limb fell off our tree took up most of the yard. We called 1 tec they came out took care of the limb and even cleaned up. I would give them an 11 if I could. All the guys were great!

We had problems with tons of clover, and with the first application 99% of it was gone. Our yard has never looked better and we would recommend this service to anyone.

Great company all around! They were super responsive & very reliable. Did an amazing job over the winter season with not tearing our yard up when plowing our driveway & making sure our sidewalks were shoveled as well. We ended up using them for a mowing company come spring/ summer & they kept our yard mowed promptly along with keeping it fertilized. During the fall season they were super on top of doing our leaves as well. Definitely would recommend to anybody needing lawn care or landscaping done!
