From our initial conversation requesting an inspection, to the final stages of the treatment procedure, all was conducted with the utmost professionalism. Our field representative, Aaron Wilton who was at our house the very next day, was very thorough and honest with his assessment. The office staff was extremely polite, responsive, and sympathetic to our situation. The field team who performed the treatment were true professions; from being sure to handle themselves with care while they navigated around the interior of house, to the final walkthrough detailing the work they had performed throughout. Great experience from start to finish with Royal Pest & Termite. The office staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, and efficient. They respond right away and service was set up in no time. After getting a couple of quotes, they were definitely the most affordable. When I requested the letter for the warranty, I had it within the hour. Overall, I would definitely recommend them for getting home tented for termites -- or any other services they offer.

4/20/24 - Update for review - responding the owner respond They end up calling me like nothing happened. The lady keep saying i have the wrong company thinking I m stupid. I got their number as a referral so i know exactly who i called and who is calling me back. After hanging up the phone on me they saw that i posted the review and she called me saying i have the wrong company acting like nothing happened. The price was very high and other companies advise heat treatment for the termites and they didn t know anything about it. They quoted me very high price and never sent me the quote. Very disappointing!! 4/19/24 - I m just in shock. I got their number from a pest control company recommending them. I called and a lady answered the phone. I explained my situation and she said she have a computer issues and she will need to call me back in an hour(understandable). I said ok and asked after explaining my issue do you think i have termites? She answered: no we don t do tenting you should call someone else I explained nicely that this is not my question and she kept screaming at me that she don t do tenting. Then i told her, listen I didn t ansk you about tenting i just trying to understand if i have termites - then she said they do termites. She didn t even Listen to me. Then she transferred me to someone that told me the same thing. I asked why you guy treating me like that? Then he told me that everyone in the office and the system is down(like i care) Then told me go find different company and hang up the phone on me !!! Can t believe companies are behaving like that to new customers!!

I was having problems with bugs in my bathroom, so I called a couple pest control companies and came across Royal pest and termite the inspector Steve came out and told me that my issue was a water leak and advise me to make sure to get the leak fixed and the pipe from the wall sealed. Since then I have not seen any issues! they were knowledgeable and able to come to my house on the same day I called. I highly recommend these guys!

I was looking to move into new apartment found something I liked and wanted inspection for Pestcontrol. I called a few companies and came across Royal pest and termite. There are able to come out the same day and steve the inspector was very nice. and he also showed me some holes that Pest may be able to get in all before I agreed any service. I really recommend these guys they re nice and professional and inspections are free.

We have been fighting termites for over 5 years. We had Royal Pest come out as a 3rd opinion as to what we needed to do and they were nothing but extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and took their time going over EVERYTHING. Marc came out the first time and immediately started diagnosing the house from inside prior to going into the attic from end to end of the house to really see what was going on. He explained all my options and time frame to get the job done. We scheduled our appointment over the phone and again, nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I don t remember her name over the phone but she again was so sweet and patient going over everything from price to time line. We haven t had the treatment done yet, it s schedule for next week, however Chris came out to check on the house (as I was told would happen the week before treatment) and he went through EVERYTHING again in such detail, walked through the house with me to make sure I knew exactly what needs to be removed prior to fumigation. Again, didn t make me feel rushed, was so patient with everything and made sure I was ready and comfortable with what was going to happen. Hands down, this is the best experience with a service I ve had in a very very long time. It was very refreshing and i would recommend this company to any and everyone.

I saw what I believe to be Drywood termite droppings next to my garage so I called Royal Pest & Termite to get a quote for a tent. Steve came out to do an inspection. After his inspection, he told me what I thought was termite droppings was caused by ants, and no tent was needed. Steve was nice and professional and most importantly honest.I highly recommend this company for anything you may need regarding Pestcontrol.

I hired this family owned company to take care of my family. Routinely I had to have them come back out because we found cockroaches. While most were dead , we were still finding them in the house. Yesterday our 2 year old son was playing and there were two large alive cockroaches in his toys. I called the company immediately and didnt get an answer. It was around 5 pm so I figured they were closed. I called again this morning and explained what had happened and said I wanted to cancel. The receptionist was nice, but just said okay and hung up. Maybe my expectations were too high, but bugs shouldnt be found alive when we are paying a monthly fee to keep pests out of our home.

Original service was completed last year 02/2020. No issues other than lack of communication on food / beverage storage or containment during service. Complaint of Strong Arm Renewal Notice after one year of service the company sends out a renewal bill demand for $200.00 due immediately. The notice came in twice in the same month this year 02/2021. After contact the woman in charge of this from the company called and tried to talk her way out of Strong Arm Renewal Notice tactic and did not offer an explanation except that this was the location for service so they keep sending due invoices. Reminder that this has originally been set up by my contractor last year and inclusively paid in full by their accounting department. They have that information but choose to pester & demand monies from the service location. I offered a suggestion that they change their invoicing i.e. Strong Arm Renewal Notice. Especially in this day and age where much FRAUD & SCAMS are evident. The woman only offered another lame explanation rather than agree that this is a problem and find a resolution. BUYER BEWARE!! One Year later the company attempts to collect a RENEWAL NOTICE via a bill invoiced to Pay Immediately. THIS IS A SCAM & STRONG ARM TACTIC(S) - The Owners of this firm should be aware & change this.

Last year I was supposed to do tenting for Termite treatment. First I met with Josh who was friendly and professional, however I did not do the service at that time due to the pandemic. Last week I reached back to Royal Pest services and they were able to assist us with the appointment setup to tint the house. This time I met with Steven who is extremely friendly, professional and shared his business card incase we have any additional questions. Whenever we called the office Simone is always available to answer our calls questions with a friendly and professional way. Royal was recommended by the best termite control company Ive ever known (Im a real estate broker in Florida, so deal withtermite companiesall the time) and Royal was phenomenal! Highly professional, always responsive, extremely knowledgeable and as pleasant as any firm Ive ever dealt with. They didnt find any evidence of live WDOs and told me so, but Im selling an older house and the price was so reasonable, I was able to have the property tented, if for no other reason, to overcome any suspicion of WDOs as many buyers home inspectors make up issues. I would highly recommend this firm, as a real estate professional, even to my family.

I used Royal Pest and Termite Control to tent for termites at two properties in Miami, Florida. I definitely WILL NOT USE NOR RECOMMEND this company. One of my tenants had medication stolen which I subsequently reported to the owner of the company. First, I was told that because it was medication, the gas would affect it and it was therefore removed by the tenting personnel. I explained that the medication was in plastic, sealed medicine bottles which were also placed in plastic zip-lock bags for further protection. The company manager, along with the company president on a conference call, told me that that was not enough and that the worker would remove it. I asked why only a particular and specific male enhancement medication was the ONLY ONE removed and all other medication was left untouched. This indicated that the worker who removed the medication knew exactly what to take and therefore left all other medication untouched. This of course discounted the BS I was being given by the company manager. She then told me that a police report needed to be filed, which I then relayed this to the tenant for further action. I only used Royal Pest & Termite for the first time based on the company reviews, figuring they might do a good or better job than other companies Ive used in the past. I never had issues with other pest control companies nor any complaints from tenants before. Buyer Beware!!!! I WILL NOT USE NOR recommend Royal Pest & Termite Control. I will relay this information to my colleagues and real estate agent friends. NOTE: Medications were taken out of the house so that they would not be under the effects of the gas but the male ehancement medication was the only one stolen from the ziploc bag when it was left in the bushes. Pretty worthless. They basically make a job seem more complicated than it really is and you could easily do it yourself but theyll charge you hundreds.

Still in review process so far not happy there staff is friendly sometimes and unfriendly others there billings systems is messy so watch out and keep all your proof of payments because they will double charge you with no remorse Ill be updating this as I use them hopping they fix there issues, now the extermination part was good and the prices were good as well, will definitely use again just save your receipts. UPDATING MY REVIEW today I had an exchange of emails with the office manager and she will be addressing her credit card vendor so existing and future costumers dont go thru the hassle I went thru hoping this helps future costumers wanting to do business with Royal Pest & Termite.

I am typically not one to post however I thought it is important for other customers to know. This day and age thankfully with technology we are able to rely on other customer reviews when evaluating a company and their service. The main reason I hired Royal was due to the high rating on Google and yelp. I initially met with several other companies in the industry and I am still awaiting proposals from them and in that time Royal responded to my request, tented my property, removed the tent, and tested the air quality to ensure that the property was safe enough. From my initial telephone conversation with Simone, then meeting with the crew especially Nate, and eventually the owner Chris, not only did they address my termite issue but they were all extremely profesional from start to finish. I recently replaced my roof and prior to tile installation I decided to tarp my property. Royal was able to work around my tile installation to ensure that my roof was not damaged during installation and upon removing the tent. They were quick, efficient and ensured that the property was safe enough for my family and I to return. Perhaps of one things that stood out the most was the owners attention to detail. Very few companies and their owner(s) take the time to come out and personally meet the customer as well as inspect the property the same way Chris did for me on a Saturday night at 6:30 PM. It speaks highly of his work ethic, what his company stands for, and the level of professionalism and service they provide to the customer. HORRIBLE!!!! Ill never recommend them to anyone! I waited all day for a job that was never done. I wonder who wrote all these 5 star reviews... I contacted this company due to a termite infestation I had at my house. They were very responsive, and sent me a contract to sign. When I got the contract I noticed the address was wrong so I corrected it and wrote an email to the company letting them know the address was wrong. I also noticed the shed was not included as it was in the quote so I added it and also let them know. The company never sent anyone out to my property. I thought maybe that was normal since I had never tented my house in the past, and some companies are vert techy and maybe they used google map or looked at the property online. The tenting was set for Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. My husband and I went to bed the day before at around 2 am packing all of our things, and our sons things. We also had to find a place and made arrangements to stay outside of the property for 3 days. The day of the tenting, it was raining a lot so it was moved to 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, then 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, then 5:00 pm. I was in contact with Chris all day. At that point, I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction. Melissa assured me that they could still provide quality work because the reps were used to the type of job, and that I had to be patient, etc.. so I said: ok, maybe this is how it works, I dont want them rushing at another persons house and doing a bad job so Ill wait. At 6:30 pm a man comes to my house. I walk out for the first time to meet him, and he has no shirt on, flip flops, and gold teeth. First impression. But whatever, although I didnt think it was professional, and kind of disrespectful considering it was the first time we ever met, I wasnt going to judge anyone based on their appearance and just wanted to get the job done. I showed him what I needed and he said it was too LATE and he couldnt do it also because what I was requesting was not on his paper work. It wasnt his fault. I woluldnt have wanted to do it either after working all day and not even having it as part of the job. We both called the company, no one knew what went wrong, everyone was on a different page, and ultimately the guy left my house after waiting for approximately 35 mins while I was on the phone with the company. Point is... I will never recommend them to anyone. They wasted my time and my money. This is not the way a company should do business. I felt disrespected to say the least. Thankfully my card was never charged. Melissa and Chris were nice; however, nice is not what I needed, I needed a competent company to get the job done. Unfortunately that was not them. This is just my personal experience.

I had my Home previously tented my another company that did a horrible job still had termites. My neighbor used Royal Pest and Termite and they were very happy with their service, so I contacted them to retent my home and I am finally termite free!! Ask for Chris he is a total gem! He even took care of an ant problem I was having!!

Wow...just read a terrible review by someone who never even used their service. I am a bonafide customer...... I have used Royal Pest for 18 months, since moving to Florida, they did our tenting, they do our maintenance pest control, they come same day when I have concerns. The tenters worked hard, fast and efficiently, my regular pst guy, Josh, is a sweetheart, Melissa in the office always gets back to me. This is my HONEST review. The reason I am writing one today, is I had to look up their number to call about another concern and the one star review popped up. I couldnt disagree more, especially about someone who is basing his one star on his opinion that reviews are fake, an Owner a farce. The owner, Chris, is a great guy. We dealt directly with him with our hungry, miserable termites. We will continue to use their service as long as we live in Florida.

Royal is the only company that you need to call if you have a pest problem. We returned from vacation to find termites flying around our living room light. Royal was the second company that we called for an estimate. The experience of dealing with them was pleasant from the first phone call. An appointment was scheduled and Chris and Josh showed up on time (a rare occurrence in this area). Both were professional and obviously knew their business. An estimate for service was given and a schedule was made. The outside of the house was treated for subterranean termites without issue. Then the tenting process. While setting up the tent, Avery ensured that all outdoor items were either safe or moved them so that nothing would be damaged. He also did all possible to ensure as little plant life as possible was killed during the process. Villie, carried the tenting material to our very steep roof, ensured that our roofing, stacks, and solar panel were not damaged during the process. After the house was cleared Josh and his helper completed the indoor treatment of the house. Even though holes needed to be drilled in the floor and walls, they ensured that it was done as neatly as possible while still doing a thorough job. With numerous holes drilled, not one tile was cracked. All holes were patched and work area cleaned. As a customer we could not be happier with the service we received. We hope to never need treatment again, but if we do we will only make one phone call.

This company is anything but good. They were supposed to come in to do an inspection and canceled on me last minute. The day that it was rescheduled to, the exterminator called me to say he couldnt do much for me and he would just refer me to another company. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional but its unfair to the customer. The time I wasted waiting for them not only allowed for the bug infestation to grow but I could have used it to hire a more legitimate company. Thanks for nothing, literally.

Amazing Pest control company, Came to my house and made sure the bugs didnt come back. They are big on customer satisfaction and go not one but ten extra miles to the point where hes crawling around on the floor looking under cabinets to make sure he gets them all. He wiped all the webs down from the spiders on the inside and outside of my house. Also very knowledgeable! Do yourself a favor if you have bugs, Get Royal! Thanks Royal!
