Killingsworth Environmental in Mint Hill

Service is not working at all. We still have all the bugs outside. Seems like they don t spray and only spread a granule outside that doesn t work. They also require a contract so unfortunately we are stuck with this for a year. Lots of money for nothing! Extremely disappointed.

Tried to call for a quote. Impossible to reach a real person. Can t imagine how difficult it is if you re already a paying customer.

Some things to note. If you move they will not cancel your service even though they can not service the new location. You just pay for it. In additional they will not cancel the auto renewal when you call, they force you to wait for a call back from a retention team. Lastly you are unable to locate the terms of service anywhere other than a secure email that you get when you first enroll that expires and is no longer accessible to review the details of the contract with your own eyes and they will not send you one. Some pretty shady business practices if you ask me. The service while you have it is what you would expect but heaven forbid you dont want to continue.

They are nice and helpful. However its been over a month, ants are still rampant and mosquito chase me to the door. They are coming back in a couple days. So well see.

Jacob came out to begin service on our house for the year. He was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done that we needed done. Because my husband travels, we got the bed bug policy, just in case. It was more affordable than other companies.

I truly have my Killingsworth with this company. I ve had a termite bond for the last 4 years, and this year we were do for a pretreatment. Every seven years we have to treat the entire perimeter to keep those little bugs away. I have had a wonderful experience with Killingsworth and highly recommend that you, give them a chance to earn your business.

The guys that did my insulation could not have done a better job or be nicer. I will use Killingsworth as much as possible. In desperation I called Killingsworth to help me with a mouse problem. The next day i was delighted to see Alvero was at my door ready to do battle with this pesky rodent. It means a lot that the same manager continues to care for my property. He remembered thay my son had a stroke and is unable to speak, an incident with my car and my dogs. Jacob, he educate me about the different type of bugs or any living insects that we have here in the Carolinas even about a black snake. He was polite and he listen and answer any questions I had. Killingworth team is the best. I recommmend.

We noticed that our heat was not working and we thought it was the thermostat so we called Killingsworth. Someone was able to come out the day we called. Tony Kannenburg was the technician that showed up for the call. We explained what was going on and Tony said it wasnt the thermostat. He went under the house and found out that there were several wasp nest in our exhaust vent which would not allow the heating unit to run due to a safety feature. Who wouldve thunk? Tony came back in the house and explained the situation to us and stayed for about 20-30 minutes to make sure our heating system continued to work. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our system is still under warranty so there was no charge for the visit. My husband and I were so impressed with Tonys knowledge with our system that we felt the least we could do is buy him lunch! GREAT customer service Tony, keep up the good work!!

Jacob was friendly and professional. He and his partner showed up on time, they explained to me what they were going to do, and answered my questions. The drill holes (for termite treatment) were evenly spaced and filled in nicely. He took his time and did a thorough job. When the job was finished, he explained the documents I had to sign and invited me to call if I had any questions or difficulty. It was pretty straight forward and the kind of service that every customer should receive!

Alvaro Rojas was my service provider. He was extremely thorough and professional. When he found evidence of old termite damage outside a window, he did a great job of explaining (and showing me) why it was different than another place that was just water damaged. He provided the report via of email as requested almost immediately. The office staff I contacted to set up the inspection within two business days. I definitely recommend Killingsworth and will be using them to protect my home. And thank you Mr. Rojas for providing such excellent service!

We have been with Killingsworth since 2001 and are quite happy with them. Besides doing a very thorough termite etc spray and warranty they also check our crawl space to be sure all is nice and dry. If we ever see a critter inside or even in our covered porch, we call back and they come immediately and the problem is solved. Very good service!

Over the last several years we have been dealing with another hvac company who installed our unit, we had too many issues to even begin to type out with them. Killingsworth can out and saved day. Ive worked with Brenton to treat bed bugs at an apartment complex multiple times since September to present. He has always been helpful to tenants to explain what needs to be done to prepare the units, supplied bags as necessary for personal items, and helped move furniture as necessary. He takes the time to talk to tenants and performs the service professionally. He always gives extra effort where needed. Yesterday he helped me throw extra trash in the dumpster and clean out a unit, which was not part of his job. I have enjoyed working with him on this project.

Tech was on time...did a good inspection, explained what he did, first class operation. Had some major work done a year ago.... I am satisfied with their work. Word of Caution... There are crooks out these, use caution when having work done, I was sold on KWs warranty and others feed back that was posted on work quality.

Customer service is a BIG deal. Zach delivered on EVERY level, in spades. The service we paid for was pest/insect removal. What we received was ultra-friendly service and super timely, kindness to our kids and dog, and my wifes confidence that well no longer have spiders & centipedes as our roommates. And lots of dead bugs. My only complaint is with Google - they wont let me give 15 stars.

My husband and I have used killingworth several times for different services. Everyone from the person that scheduled the appointment to the technicians have been very friendly and helpful. This last time we called it was a very cold day and we had no heat. I called first thing in the morning and had appointment for the same day. Jonathan Ingle and his crew had a diffucult task but they stayed until they resolved the issue and we had heat. Thanks for providing great customer service. We will most definitely use killingsworth again.
