Schultz Property Maintenance in Minot

I contacted them almost two months ago for a quote and even met their technician in the field. However, despite sending multiple email requests for an update, they never provided a quote. They even promised to get back to me but ended up ghosting me. Not very professional from their side to be left hanging like that. Good communication and customer service are essential for any business, especially local ones. It shows how much they value their potential customers. Sadly, for whatever reason, this seems to be a common issue among local businesses in Minot. The excuse of being "super busy", like most of the business claim is not a justification to poor customer service and ghosting potential customers. A simple email explaining the reasons of a delayed response is all it takes to show customers they care. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for your business. Improving customer service and communication skills should be a priority of any business to succeed in this competitive market.

Absolutely LOVE Sarah and Daren! We had purchased a home that was brand new with HORRIBLE soil that prevented our grass we had laid from seeding properly and I always wanted a nice lawn. So my neighbors suggested I call Schultz and I am BEYOND glad I did!! We chose to sod our back yard and when I tell you they did a PHENOMENAL job that is kinda an understatement. We followed their instructions on care and our grass rooted so well. It was long and lush just like Fabio's hair! I would recommend this awesome business to ANYONE!! I can't wait for them to do our front yard this coming summer!! Thank you so much Guys!❤❤❤❤❤

EDIT: The company contacted me various ways to try to remedy this situation. They ended up offering us complimentary services to compensate for the original job. Daren showed up personally to talk to us and ask questions and make sure we were satisfied. Props to them for caring enough to make this right. Thank you. I paid up front and the job was very sub-par. The crew did not check with me after their work to see if I was satisfied. Did not even complete all the items on the invoice that was given to me. I just expected with the price I paid to have a professional job done and that was not the case.

This team is AMAZING. I requested a quote online and within an hour I received a call informing me that someone would be out to assess my property to better give a quote. That process MAYBE was another thirty minutes and an hour later I had two guys over plowing my driveway!! They EVEN helped dig/push my stuck car from a snow pile in my driveway. OMG you cant beat help like that.
