This is my first year using their services and I am already incredibly impressed. I am paying a bit more than I was with another company, but after 2 visits it is already well worth it. Jordan stopped by just last week and provided a free consultation of my yard and general green space. I went from knowing nothing about how terrible my yard was to understanding the importance of healthy clean topsoil, the benefits you get from that, and pointed steps I could take using Organics to get my yard back to presentable. Showed up. Informed. Concise. Hard to find that in this business. Did a great job of telling me the 'why' behind a lot of the recommended steps we were talking about taking with our yard.

This is my third season with Green Core Organics. Jordan's customer service is phenomenal! Whenever there is a problem or concern with our lawn he responds promptly with a solution. He has gone above and beyond and made extra efforts on many occasions to make sure we are satisfied with results, and doesn't quit until he sees progress as well. His knowledge of the industry continues to amaze me. I always feel like customer satisfaction is his first priority. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Green Core Organics and wanted to contract with them. We asked that they stop by to look at our lawn. Jordan strung us along for weeks. I left work early only to have him cancel last minute. After weeks of trying to work with him, having him reply with possible dates only to not ever follow up, we finally emailed him asking if this when this would happen. Jordan finally called and said that he was busy and wouldn't be able to see us for at least a month. He did not treat us honestly or with respect. I would highly recommend against a company that treats their potential customer like Jordan treated us. They post 6 months later that they apologize and want to offer something. They never contacted me about that personally. I guess I was just supposed to find it and contact them. Be very careful of them.....I was told by someone from them that the Jordan that gave the first 5 star review is the same Jordan that I was talking about. He reviewed his own company and gave it 5 stars

I used Green Core to aerate and overseed my lawn this Spring and was very pleased with the entire process. Mitch was prompt and personal with email communication, whereas the other organic companies replied with generic responses listing services I wasn't interested in. He was conscientious at the job site and called me to confirm that I had an invisible fence, and to address his concern about the possibility of hitting it. Lastly, Green Core was also very affordable. Nice work!
