The team at AdvanceScape is absolutely amazing!! They recently completed our backyard and we cant say enough good things about the job they did. Their level of professionalism, amazing communication, and hard work was simply phenomenal. We want to give an extra thank you to Chris, Brandon, Angel, Brandon, and Russ who had to battle through some atrocious clay in our yard. They persevered and brought our vision to life and we couldnt be happier. The transformation is astounding. Even though its hard to tell in the before photo, the back yard was basically just a hill and was pretty much weeds. We cant wait to actually be able to enjoy this now truly usable space. December 2024 - 6 month update We have now had the new ProVista St. Augustine lawn for 6 month so I wanted to provide an update. As a part of the contractors work AdvanceScape to assess and modify the existing sprinkler system. Two additional irrigation zones were installed. As a result I am downgrading my 5 star rating to 2 stars based on the lawn condition presently and the amount of work I am now faced with doing to get it back to an acceptable standard. They did a good job with the landscaping aspect however they fell short on the irrigation part. The modifications made resulted in one rather large area receiving overlapping spray from different zones and has caused fungus at the grass root level. At the same time there are a couple of smaller areas that are not adequately covered and results in stressed grass. I cannot make adjustments to the run times because of the way the zones are laid out. As I have recently learned what should have been done was a better assessment of the spray patterns and the rotor nozzles swapped out to ensure a matched precipitation rate across all sprinklers for specific areas. Instead, all of the rotors were installed with the default 3 GPM nozzles regardless of the spray arch they were set at. While the AdvanceScape team did a great job in the other areas they we contracted to perform I can no longer recommend them to install irrigation systems. They simply did not do their due diligence when designing spray pattern coverage and they do not follow up to see how the work is holding up. June 2024 We bought a new home about a year ago and the lawn the developer installed was pretty much a failed effort so we contracted AdvanceScape to come out and remove the existing crapgrass with something we d be proud to have seen. We worked with Cory to come up with a plan that included not only installing ProVista St. Augustine sod but also some foxtail palm trees and hardscape work that included a couple of planters and a paver stone walkway. The team, under the careful and meticulous eye of Chris, did a fantastic job. Sadly, but of no surprise, they recommended a revamping of the in-ground sprinkler system due to it not providing adequate and even water coverage. While this was a significant undertaking, the AdvanceScape team was able to accomplish everything in about a week and words cannot adequately convey the difference. We now have property that is not an eyesore and have received numerous comments by neighbors that are also unhappy with quality of the lawns they were left with from the developer. I strongly recommend and endorse AdvanceScape for all your land and hardscape work. The demonstrated pride, patience, and dedication is admirable from Cory to the office staff to the guys working long hard hours to make sure everything is perfect. Call them you ll be happy you did.

Advancescape always knocks it out of the park for whatever I need. They are always fast and very professional. Would definitely recommend Cory and his crew.

Advancescape did a great job removing bushes and a palm tree including stump grinding. They also put in 300 sq feet of sod. I can highly recommend them.

UPDATE (11/2/24): Ive adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 stars after the job was completed a day after my initial review. The team does good work and Im sure it wouldve been a 5 star experience if there was communication that kept us in the loop about delays or issues throughout the process. Theres no reason why we shouldnt have been contacted about the appointment the first week of October, when the hurricane occured the week after (that it would need to be rescheduled). It felt as though we fell off the schedule and were trying to be fit in when there was availability because of this. Does my lighting look good now, yes. Was the sod replaced well, yes. Should I have to follow-up every week on where things are at or if the schedule will be followed, no. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Im writing this because my fiance is too nice to cause waves. Redoing the lawn and exterior lighting has been a project hes been looking to have done since August. After seeing the reviews for Advancescape he ended up having the company come out on 8/30/24 to get a quote. We received a quote on 9/3 and had questions that werent answered till 9/13 (but accepted the quote in good faith on 9/5 - this probably shouldve been a red flag). Call was received to schedule everything on 9/6, with the lawn set to be sprayed the first week of October. This is where issues started, nobody showed up to spray the first week and the hurricane formed the second week (no communication on the delay). We ended up with a text message a week after on 10/16 that the company would be out on Monday 10/21. Nobody shows up on Monday so an email is received saying theyll be out to spray on Wednesday (lawn was finally sprayed on 10/23) after explaining that we were at the end of our patience with the delays. This week the crew shows up to remove the existing sod on Tuesday 10/29 and the one highlight was at least how personable Chris was. Unfortunately, during the process our fence post is damaged (which Advancescape at least owned and said would be fixed). The backyard was partially sodded before dark and tools were left so we assumed the team would be out today. NOPE, my fiance had to contact them to get an idea of when theyd be back and asked for instructions for the sod installed. Only communication was that theyd be out tomorrow morning, never instructions for the sod so he ended up just watering it for the time available online. Long winded post, but it helps to outline why we currently would not recommend Advancescape despite all the positive reviews. Our project was ~$10k and we feel as though its been ignored and put on the back burner multiple times from September to now. Unfortunately, after the lawn was sprayed it was too late to cancel the project, but its very hard to have a positive outlook for the work when the company hasnt been reliable or good with communication. Being proactive with delays or communicating where things are at goes a long way and sets up a good experience.

I have been using AdvanceScape for the past two years for maintaining my lawn, trees, bushes. They do an excellent job and are responsive when I need additional help or projects. They helped fix my tree ring and now it looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with our landscaping, lighting design, tree maintenance and removal not to mention the general clean up of some of the old beds. My new paver pathway extension is perfect! Christopher and the team were incredibly polite, respectful and asked wonderful questions to gain feedback and approval along the way. They left our home clean at the end of each work day ..and even accommodated my neighbors suggestions (!). It has all far exceeded my expectations and I could not be any happier. Cory and his crew have been taking care of our landscaping for several years. We recently needed to re set the pavers in our walkway due to tree roots and the work needed to be done as soon as possible. Cory was able to accommodate our needs within a couple of days. Brandon, Chris and Omar did a great job. Pavers are now nice and smooth.

We just had our front landscape redesigned and installed by AdvanceScape. They did an awesome job making the front of our home beautiful. Both Corey and Chris show a true passion for their work, which reflected in the design and installation. They were able to create the vision we had in mind.

They are always there in your schedule date, they are fast, detailed and when I have a request they remember without having to be reminded. I don t like to have my flower beds blown off around the pool because debris comes in the pool area, they remember not to do that. I appreciate it. I just had my front yard completely redone. Totally night and day. Corey, and his crew especially Chris was amazing! They priced the project fairly and did a tremendous job. They discovered a break/leak and fixed it immediately and changed out sprinkler heads as needed. The admin staff was warm and very friendly and accommodating. Corey and his crew were terrific. They cleared the backyard of overgrown shrubs and weeds, pulled up several out of control bushes and hauled off all the debris IN ONE DAY. We were amazed. They planted 4 palm trees and laid sod over the entire hill and rerouted some of the sprinklers. We did not lose any sod and the palm trees are thriving beautifully. Very good quality products. They also left the work site in clean condition. They were very considerate of our property and considerate of the neighborhood as well (professionals). Cory and his team at AdvanceScape did a fantastic job at my home in Clermont. He changed the shape of my landscaping beds, added a border, rock, plants, and boulders in the front. He added a double foxtail palm and magnolia tree in the back. He changed/moved irrigation as needed to irrigate what he installed. He also put in some new sod. There is quality in all they do, and most importantly (to me) - they are NICE! So easy to work with, which is a bit hard to come by these days. I cant recommend them more highly. They have done many jobs in my neighborhood and they are all the best quality!

Great family owned company, owner shows up regularly and gets his hands dirty too

They get the job done, even if it means they leave your gate open a time or two (tried to reach out to the location but no one got back to me so I ended up having to catch the guys working to ask them to close my gate/so far no other problems). You also have to pay for 4 weeks a month even if your grass does not grow fast or if its only needed 2 or so times a month ( no other plans available except 4* a month service) no idea what they do on days when the grass does not actually need to be cut. They guys are nice at least but I could definitely see some changes being beneficial on the process/policy type side.

Advance Scape did a wonderful job installing a landscape border wall. Christopher did an outstanding job with the project; from detailed preparation of the work site to precision measuring/cutting of all materials. He worked with me on the design and kept me well informed as the job progressed. I would definitely recommend Advanced Scape for landscape projects.

I have a big landscape project at my house and Advancescape has been so great to me so far. Cory and AdvanceScape crew were great. They did a combination of a new landscape install around a tennis court, and also redid the entire area around our pool. Cory and Chris both collaborated on an awesome design and we couldnt be happier with the result. They had various crews at our house for about a week and everyone was professional and courteous. We pretty much gave them creative liberty with the project and they delivered a great finished product. Really good people to work with.

I cannot recommend AdvanceScape highly enough. They were referred to us by our pest control contractor (Hummingbird, who is also amazing!) and I am so glad we gave them a call. They have been maintaining our yard with weekly cuts and weed pulling for almost a year and have always done a fantastic job. We recently completed construction of our pool, and prior to construction starting, AdvanceScape came out to reroute the irrigation system which saved a huge headache of not having our system function during construction. Cory (the owner) strongly advised to reroute prior to construction instead of cutting and capping, as is typically done, because we would have lost our lawn during the hot summer months with no irrigation. Very happy to have taken his advice, and the work was done very reasonably and very professionally. With the completion of the pool, we had AdvanceScape come and do the restoration around the pool which included sod, stone, plants and landscaping border. Words cannot express the satisfaction that we have with their work. The time and care that they put into the job really shows. They truly care about their work and treat the job as it is a piece of art. The entire staff has been nothing but courteous, professional, timely, and just enjoyable to work with. I decided to redo my front lawn and garden. It was a overgrown mess. The owner (Cory) came out to do the measurements and get an idea of what I wanted. I am so happy with the result. Cory and his crew are awesome! Everyone from the ladies in the office to the guys who come out each week are always friendly and make you feel like their only client. I have had AdvanceScape take care of my lawn maintenance for almost 3 years and have never once been dissatisfied with how it looks. Their attention to detail is the best Ive seen - If there is one weed growing in your landscaping they make sure to grab it. We are about to build a pool soon and asked Cory for a quote on capping off the irrigation in the back and removing 2 very large palms. When he came out he walked through numbers and because he has been in the business for awhile, shared the cost I would have by replacing all the sod in the back if I just capped (Im sitting on almost one acre) compared to the upfront reroute cost. I love that he is always transparent and doesnt pressure you into one thing or the other...We decided to re-route my irrigation instead and so thankful I did as my yard continues to stay green and will only have a small area of sod to replace at the end. Chris (who did the irrigation) made sure to walk me through the process and adjusted midway when I thought it would be cutting it close to pool area (my fault - not theirs), and without hesitation got right to it. I cant wait to have them come back out after the pool is finished to create a landscaping design and complete our backyard oasis. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any landscaping needs. -John

We recently completed an entire renovation of the landscaping around our house. We removed all of the cheap builder-grade plant materials - which provided no color variations and lacked aesthetic quality. We received quotes from 3 companies, one of which was AdvanceScape and they were right there with the other companies with their cost estimate. We chose AdvanceScape because the owner, Cory, and the office team were very responsive to all of our questions and we have absolutely no regrets about our decision. In all of my years working with contractors, I ve never encountered a company that was so thorough, so passionate about their work, that paid such attention to detail and that offered their creative suggestions for our consideration. Chris was the lead when it came to performing our landscape renovation and he and Cory had such creative visions for our property that far exceeded what we were able to think of. The pinnacle of creativity was when Chris and Corey suggested adding two Christmas palms and some additional boulders to our backyard landscaping that essentially took our project from something that would look nice to something that now provides us our own backyard oasis. The attention to detail was shown from how they placed robellini palms, how they used plywood to run their equipment over so our sod wouldn t be damaged, how they cemented down our rock border and how they carefully laid the stone within our beds. We also had them install uplighting on the Christmas palms and some pathway lighting, which added to the cost, but in the end was worth it because it looks phenomenal at night. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Only used them for about 4 months. I had been leaning towards firing them because I never knew when they would show up. Had to call and complain because our grass was so long you couldnt even tell if they had shown up. Then we wouldnt receive invoices. We called multiple times about the lack of an invoice (the beauty of modern phones is a call history) and my husband even stopped the owner in the street one day when he saw him in our neighborhood to ask for them. No address on the business card either to send payment even without the invoice. We had to finally resort to posting on their facebook page to get the address and then suddenly got a past due invoice. How are you going to send a past due invoice when you never sent the original? Conversation with them was totally unprofessional. Wish I had seen a previous review stating the same. Yes, this business was cheaper than my prior landscaper. You do get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. You will avoid a lot of hassle.

Unfortunately I didnt have a great experience with this company. When he shows up he does a great job but I cant recommend them. He rarely has shown up. He cashed my check and left a bill seven days later for the same thing. I message him via text, which hes responded on before that we would no longer be using his company any more. Shows up pounds on my door, calls non-stop and tells me I have to pay for a service I didnt request because I fired him in May and decides to mow today, June 1st. Then threatens to sue me for it. Horrible business ethics. If you search Facebook for his business youll find Im not the only saying this.

The final clean-up that they preform is outstanding and our yard is one of the best in our subdivision. My wife and I are so glad we found them and we recommend them to anyone who asks about our landscaping. AdvanceScape does it all, from mowing the lawn to trimming the bushes to fixing the in ground sprinklers. You need it done, theyll do it.
