While I understand being out of the area, I didn t appreciate the insinuation that I couldn t afford your service. I was already aware the project was going to be costly, and it looks like I ll be taking that money elsewhere.

Scheduling was easy and he did a quick and thorough job removing my super overgrown grape vines that were becoming dangerous for my dogs (plus were filled with wasps) and pricing was very reasonable and lower than other estimates I got. I had some string lights tangled in the vines that I forgot to take out that got partially damaged and he replaced them for free the next day! Would definitely recommend.

Ulrich just finished his property maintenance at my Seward neighborhood home in Minneapoils. Excellent timely work. Their customary attention to detail is much appreciated. Needed a one time mow while my mower was being serviced. Ulrich was straightforward, thorough and communicative and my yard looks so much better than when I do it. The price was extremely reasonable for how overgrown my yard was. I absolutely recommend him and will not hesitate to have him again when (not if ) I dont want to deal with my yard.

Better than expected for a reasonable price

I definitely would recommend Grounded Earth for your lawn care needs, I ll be going back to them in the future. Since we have had a lot of rain this year, and my grass coverage is iffy at best on a good day, my backyard was a complete hot mess jungle with weeds filling basically every square inch (which also brought in wasps and made me nervous to be out there to try and take care of it myself). Ulrich came and made it look beautiful in about half a day, preserving beneficial plants and trimming up shrubs, while taking out the weeds and other invasives that had popped up. So, so much better and faster than I could have done myself and worth every penny (which I thought was reasonably priced)! It was all contactless too, which made it very convenient.

Quick response and great service. Replied to my request the same day and scheduled me in for the lawn mowing service the same week. They do good work and would recommend Grounded Earth to anyone looking for professional and reliable lawn services.

Wow! I am so impressed with Ulrich and Grounded Earth Properties. I found him from google after a person I used in the past gave me a ridiculously high quote on mulch. I needed a property cleanup and mulch install. A friend recommend western red cedar mulch, cause it lasts long, smells great and is a natural insect repellant. Even though it was a little more expensive, Ulrich gave me a fair and decent quote that wasnt much more than the hardwood mulch he uses more often. He was so thorough in everything he did. And he works very hard for a reasonable price. He knows what he is doing and hes very intelligent in his knowledge, expertise and answering questions. Everything went so smoothly and he responded to my emails almost immediately. I even received text messages when he was arriving. I dont think Ive ever had anyone whos done work on my house respond so quickly. He even answered many of my questions in depth and gave thoughtful advice and ideas. But mostly, he is a genuinely nice person. Someone I was really comfortable hiring. I will only use him going forward and Id recommend him to anyone. I highly recommend Grounded Earth Property Services. Ulrich is extremely professional and reliable, and his work is so good that I have even had neighbors approach me on the sidewalk to compliment my yard. With the scheduling and payment systems that Ulrich uses, I dont even have to think about the yard again once the plan is set in place. He just shows up and takes care of the yard whether I am there or not. I have gotten regular yard maintenance, flowerbed care, and mulch installation, and Ulrich has done everything with excellence and attention to detail.

Ulrich was awesome to work with! We just recently moved to the area and our home has a completely mulch yard. I ve never had mulch yard before and really didn t know where to start so decided to hire someone for a spring clean up. Ulrich was 110% the right person for the job! After approving the quote, he promptly ordered all the mulch and got me on his schedule. The day of my appointment, the mulch was delivered and Ulrich took great care of my yard. By the end of the day, all the weeds and other debris had been cleared and a fresh new layer of mulch had been spread across front and back yard and all garden beds. Extremely impressive that it was all knocked out in a single day. All the debris was even bagged and left at my garbage pick up spot. I absolutely recommend hiring Ulrich if you want peace of mind regarding your lawn maintenance.

Excellent snow shoveling service - they notify you when they are on their way over and they were typically at your place the same day that the snow stops. Once therez they are super diligent in clearing paths and squaring.edges. Definitely a big relief on those heavy snow days. Not the cheapest but you are paying for a licensed contractor, which gives you security. I firmly believe they give you your moneys worth in peace of mind and professionalism.

I hired Grounded Earth to clean up a yard, which had become overgrown with weeds along the fences and certain spots around the house. They did a great job, were able to come within a week of when I requested the work and Ulrich the owner and person who did the work is courteous and responsive. Also appreciated their knowledge of the plants in my yard. Will probably use them for maintenance in the future. And unlike a lawn service I used in the past, edging is part of the deal!

We have never had this type of home service before and I have to say, so helpful! Ulrich has a great system set up online for requests, dates of service, payments and communication. His attention to detail with our yard was excellent. We currently have a pretty small and basic yard as we did some work the year previously to clean out dying/overgrown plants and bushes and it is really nice to see what a well maintained landscape looks like!

Very responsive and great work. There were a couple of equipment issues but I was kept informed about the slight delay. As soon as they were able to be resolved the work was completed promptly.
