I was in a conundrum trying to figure out how to deal with moisture in my basement and didn t know where to turn. I called KG Landscape and spoke with Kent planning to have him come out to do an on-site consultation. Kent spent 25 minutes on the phone discussing the issue, what I d done already and the issues still left to fix (moisture in basement). Due to the unique geography and soil Kent laid out the options he could provide AND other options to consider. The fact that Kent took time to discuss and weigh in on my issue AND give me options to consider that wouldn t result in business for him shows a high level of integrity that is hard to find these days. If you are dealing with yard drainage issues I highly recommend calling KG Landscape.

Kent, Phil, Tim, and the crew did an awesome job building a french drain and redoing concrete sidewalks for me. I needed a french drain for water mitigation and the finished product not only works but is also beautiful. The new concrete looks great and whereas my old sidewalk had sunk and sloped towards my home, the new sidewalk slopes away. Everyone involved was very communicative along the way and answered all of my questions. They worked with me to figure out the best solution that works for my yard and my budget. Thank you!

We have used KG Landscape for two large projects (lawn renovation and river rock replacement along the foundation of our house) as well as lawn maintenance. The entire team does excellent work - from start to finish. They were easy to work with and answered all our queries in a timely and thorough manner. I have been in desperate need of regrading the slope in my yard to either a more level surface or something that did not require mowing. It was dangerous to use a mower on the slope area. At the bottom of the slope is a natural wetland area that needed to be protected as well. I had several landscaping companies give me ideas and quotes, but no one came close to what KG Landscaping offered. Kent came out to see what difficulties I was having and designed the project around my safety concerns and my love of pollinator gardens. The crew was wonderful to work with, they were polite, very hard workers, and cleaned up each day.The crew answered all questions and concerns I had all through the project. I had other work to be done at the same time, i.e., roofing and tree removal from a storm. The crew worked well in finding a way for all crews to work together and not hinder the process. With the work complete I know can access all areas that were too dangerous before. Any small areas that made mowing difficult landscaped with rock and plants. I am now waiting for my prairie grass and garden to grow into a beautiful perennial prairie garden. I would not hesitate to use KG Landscaping again and I feel comfortable advising others to use them as well.

After trying everything to solve a yard drainage problem, I called KG Landscape and they were able to propose a solution that worked. From site assessment to project completion, there was great communication, transparency and honesty that made the process easy. After years of mowing a soggy lawn, it is now dry!

I have used KG Landscape primarily for their summer services, such as fertilizing and aeration, for the past three years. For the past two winters, I have also relied on them for snow plowing. This recent project was the first full-scale landscaping endeavor they have completed for me. Kent was very diligent in ensuring the project was meticulously planned and designed to meet my specific needs. The design turned out beautifully. Started using KG for our lawn mowing service this year and were very glad we did. They do a great job and were so accommodating when we were having work done on the house and other crews were in the yard. They were still able to do a great job on the yard each week.

Kent was super responsive, took my feedback into consideration, and worked collaboratively to create a design that met our vision and was in our budget. He was able to translate our very broad idea of what we thought we might want, and turn it into a polished design that was exactly what we were looking for but didnt know how to articulate! The install was scheduled very promptly in a busy time of the year, and the crew was professional and great at what they did. We couldnt be more thrilled with the final results! KG Landscape did our spring aeration and overseeding. Getting a quote was fast and the price was great. The crew came out a few weeks later (during their first aeration run of the season) and got the work done. Well definitely use them again for more lawn projects. Solid company & great crew.

We hired Kent and the KG crew to regrade, resod and reinvigorate our backyard. Having a less than an ideal set of site conditions to work with, both Kent and the team working on-site were adaptive, creative, pleasant and professional. The work quality was good and time on-site was efficient. I would recommend KG to anyone and would definitely hire them again.

KG has done my snow removal for 7 years. They always do a great job and have the snow cleared quickly. I love the consistency of having the same guys who do a great job and are also very nice. I recommended this to my friends who are now customers. They also do lawn care at my church and the grounds always look beautiful. They are very professional and personable .

Kent was amazingly patient with my many MANY questions through the entire estimate, planning, and installation process. He spent a lot of time helping me find the right shrubs that worked with my design sense and the shade challenges of the space. Then the people on site were great as well. Friendly, helpful and patient with me asking lots of questions and asking for things to be moved just slightly left or right and back again to get the perfect placement. The work they did: They regraded my front yard and seeded it with drought resistant grass and a bee mixture. They put in a lot of river rock, 13 shrubs and a 6ft arborvitae along the walkway and front of the house, all edged with great looking font du lac. Then they put in a big 20+ ft maple in the middle of the yard and ringed that with stone and font du lac as well. Every project has its stresses and unexpected problems that come up, but in the 5 years of owning this house, and dealing with many different home related businesses, KG is by far the best, most professional group I ve dealt with. My father said the landscaping makes the whole house look like it s brand new and stunning. Obviously, I plan on using them for backyard work as well.

Its been a real pleasure working with KG. Last year they helped turn around our lawn with aeration, over-seeding and top-dressing and the results were spectacular! Were now having them help us maintain it. I really appreciate that they have been able to answer all my questions as I learn the ropes of lawn care.

Kent and team were great to work with. We didn t have a lot of vision as to what this was all going to look like. Kent came in, gave us the ideas, 2-3 options for each (in terms of plants, trees and bricks), which made the decision making process a breeze. His team was very responsive and easy to work with. We could not be more enthusiastic with the recent work done by KG Landscaping. Russell, Josh and their crew of professional, hard-working, friendly staff worked in the dirt, mud, and trenches for days to fix our water problems. The communication could not have been better as we kept changing details of the day to day work, adding things here and there. So many unexpected things came up and they were there to respond to every one of our needs! We felt like we were their only customer with the time and attention to detail they put in. We had another outstanding experience with KG Landscaping when they came to aerate our lawn. Eric and Julio were meticulous with their work and I was surprised how professionally done the work was. It was the best aeration of our lawn ever! I want them to come back every year!

I called for lawn Aeration quote, then i replied to their quote to proceed the lawn service, they said will come aeration on next week, but never showed up, asked again over email, when you will come do aeration, they replied i did not approved quote. they finding way to blaming me for their non responsiveness.

Kent and his team designed and built a beautiful landscape solution for our drainage problem near Heights Park in Edina. They are professional, efficient and their workmanship is great.

We hired KG Landscape to rebuild a retaining wall, install a large rain garden and redesign a dead zone in our yard. The project turned out exceptionally well and we re already talking with Kent about another project this spring. To provide more detail on our experience: Kent came out for the initial consult, listened to our needs and suggested a few ideas to get initial reactions and a better sense of our style. He came back in the timeline promised with proposed designs and initial estimates, which we worked together to refine further. Kent was creative in his ideas, willing to present alternative perspectives at the right times, and straightforward throughout our discussions. During the project, we were very impressed with the crew. They clearly were very experienced and worked well together. At a couple points in the project, we needed to make adjustments. Alfredo (lead on the project) was patient, consultative, and focused on delivering a great end product. We re delighted with the results! We were impressed with every step of the process in working with the KG Landscapes team!

I live in Blaine International Village and went out to shovel this wet heavy snow. I was doing the bottom and a truck came threw and the man said I will clear that heavy snow. Not sure who you are but thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have terminal cancer and try hard to do as much as I can myself as I live alone. Having him clear that have stuff saved me days of pain. Absolutely amazing people to take the time to clear the end of the driveway.

KG Landscape recently installed a retaining wall on the side of our house so that we could extend our garden & plant wildflowers. We were very pleased with all aspects of this project. We got multiple estimates, and Kents proposal was both cost-competitive and more detailed than the others we received. Kent contacted us a week or two in advance of when the work was performed to give us a window when the crew would be coming by, and the work was started on time and finished in a reasonable time window. The crew that did the work was efficient and pleasant, even though they were working through a windy & snowy cold snap in April. The end result is exactly what we were looking for and will give my wife a nice new spot to plant some wildflowers and strawberries. Kent followed up with us after the job to make sure we were happy with the final product and see if we had any questions. We look forward to working with KG Landscape again and recommend them to others without hesitation! (Note: the rather shoddy chicken wire enclosure was made by me, not KG!).

We completed a renovation and garage addition last Fall, which left our yard a complete disaster. As soon as I was able, I began contacting landscaping companies for estimates and timelines. I reached out to three separate companies and met with two of the three. Russell at KG was responsive, personable and he listened to what we needed/wanted. KG was also able to get to the work as soon as it thawed in the spring, which was a big plus. KG took our muddied, uneven landscape and made our yard beautiful again. They designed new mulch beds, selected hundreds of plants and installed beautiful paver pathways. Throughout the process KG was on time, respectful of our vision, and the crew was extremely efficient. Russell was very communicative, letting us know of any updates/changes as they came up. We are so pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

2022: We hired KG Landscape to improve grading, yard leveling, and a drainage issue we had in our back yard near our garage. This year was mostly focused on fixing and implementing a solid foundation for work that we will be doing in 2023. The work that was done looks great, and were very happy with how it all turned out so far. Overall, Kent and KG Landscapes crews were friendly, professional, and helpful in providing feedback on solutions to issues we were having. We are looking forward to next years work to install a patio and plant a variety of edible plants.

We had a large front yard project and decided to work with KG after pursing several quotes and designs. What a great decision! Kent was very responsive and provided us with unique and creative design options. His team was very talented and professional, and we appreciated them seeking our input during installation. We also stayed on budget which was much appreciated. Our project extended only about 1 week past the estimate. Highly recommend!

Kent was wonderful to work with. We wanted a low-maintenance landscape design for our triplexs front yard, which still looked nice. He listened to our needs and came up with a great design. Our front yard now has a clean and sharp look with the best shrubs for our needs. His team also planted a bee lawn which has already started to sprout. We hired KG Landscape after a few quotes on landscaping repair, new landscaping and a paver patio in our backyard. Although they were not our cheapest quote, we were/are thrilled with the work. Kent helped us figure out the best design taking into account how we would use the space, was flexible on plants when I said I didnt like the look of certain foliage, and was super responsive in the design, waiting and installation process. We recently worked with KG landscaping on a full backyard overhaul including a new retaining wall, large paver patio, full landscaping job, and yard reseed. They did an amazing job, communicating thoroughly along the way, and managing expectations of timing (including finishing ahead of schedule). We were very happy with service and quality of work from KG Landscaping during our backyard renovation. From the first meeting with Kent until the final touches we had a great experience. We hired KG Landscaping for our backyard patio project. This was a BIG project as it required moving a retaining wall, leveling ground, and building a large patio. From the start of communications Russell was responsive and transparent. We used KG Landscape to give our condo building a much needed facelift. Our building had not had any professional landscaping done since it was built in 2007. We needed every space around the front, sides, and back of our building to be redone and/or cleaned up. We met with Kent and walked around the entire building to discuss what we wanted completed. He gave us a detailed list of everything that was going to be done along with photos of the different plants that would be installed. His recommendations and accommodations of what we wanted was extremely helpful! The crew was very professional and got the entire job done in 2 weeks. They also fixed our irrigation system and positioned the sprinkler heads to actually water our yard/lawn (needless to say we might be dropping our other irrigation company that failed to do this). Kent also followed up after the work was completed to check in and see if there was anything else we needed. After contacting 10+ companies to do this job (some with no response), I am SO happy we went with KG. They were willing to take the time to meet our needs and scheduled the work as soon as they could. 10/10 would recommend!

Kent and his team did a major redesign for our patios and gardens. It was a big project! everything about the project met or exceeded our expectations. We needed better drainage away from the house and got it. At the same time the gardens and patios really are a huge upgrade and just a pleasure. The project took several weeks with the potential for disruption to neighbors. One neighbor commented on how polite the crew was and how they cleaned everything up after each day. We hired KG Landscape to rebuild our backyard patio and a sidewalk with steps leading into the backyard, install two flagstone paths and a small boulder wall to stabilize the patio, and to redo the drainage system and regrade/seed a slope on one side of our yard. We have hundreds of established hostas, perennials and mature trees in our yard, so we opted to move around plants rather than add new or different plants. Our experience was superb from start to finish and we truly couldnt be more pleased. From our first inquiry until the end of the project Kent Gliadon listened carefully, was responsive, professional and easy to work with. The crew worked hard, did excellent work and often stayed late to finish what they were doing. Alfredo, the foreman, was great and checked with us if he had questions to be sure we were satisfied. KG Landscape finished well within the time frame we were given, even though ours was a large project. Yes, work like this is a significant investment, but it has added immense value to our home. Before doing this we rarely spent time in our backyard because the patio, etc., was falling apart. Now we are out there frequently and couldnt be happier with our beautiful backyard paradise. We highly recommend KG Landscape and will work with them again if we have landscaping needs in the future.

KG just completed a front yard landscaping project for us that included a gravel patio and large planting area with boulders. The end product somehow exceeded our expectations and just looks great. Kent was great about coming out right away for a consultation, giving us ideas on what we could do and rough estimates on how the costs could range -- super helpful because we really had no idea. It was obvious from the consultation that KG were professionals and we were comfortable paying a design fee that would eventually go toward the project. My husband was a little skeptical about that part, but I wouldnt want anyone to start tearing up my yard without a good design on paper first. There was a bit of a wait between when we committed to using KG and when the crew could start the project, but most of that was our eagerness to complete the project with time to enjoy it before the cold weather and I know it was just a busy time of year for any contractor. The crew worked their tails off (and somehow appeared to have fun at the same time) and finished the project in two days. They were true professionals. We wanted a simple patio to throw our Solo stove on and a planting area that would look nicer than the dead grass that the sun just scorches during the summer, but the end result exceeded our expectations. The landscaping was expertly designed and efficiently built with no ridiculous surprises or additional work that cost us more money. As far as pricing, KG was about middle of the road, but Im confident no other contractor could have delivered that quality of work at the price we paid. Highly recommend KG and will use them again when were ready for work on our backyard!

I had KG landscape aerate, top dress and over seed my lawn. I wanted to wait a week or so to allow time for the grass to start germinating before writing a review. Russell and his crew at KG landscape were very prompt, professional, and after 4 days of ample watering the grass started to grow. Things are looking good a little over a week later. Don t hesitate on these guys. You ll like the finished product.

I recent switched to this service this past year and have been very impressed with their services. They always call a week ahead to give me a heads up for fertilizing and to ensure to keep our kids and dogs off for the appropriate amount of time. They provided me with several options and were not pushy as they ask what I m comfortable spending and what my expectations/needs are for our lawn. Great job and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with 3 substantial retaining walls and 10 steps with landscaping block. We had about 12-14 pallet of the block delivered to us. In the first meeting with Kent he had a sense of design, how the build the walls and about plants. When the crew arrived they went right to work, and worked for solid days until it was done. The took a lunch break everyday, but other than that they took no breaks. They were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked as a team. The original design was to leave an existing retain wall which has curves in it. When it was found to be very uneven, everyone involved, including Kent made a decision to take it out, but to take it down and reuse the block on the new base because it wouldnt be seen. In the end the new walls were redesigned just a simple curve which was the right change. Other supervisors and Kent were available as needed but the crew worked it without them. They knew what they were doing and did it well. That is hard work they do! They replanted some plants we saved and planted new ones as Kent helped us pick out some new ones. We will enjoy this for many years to come. I would recommend this well-run creative company to anyone that wants a good job done.

We hired KG Landscape to design and construct a new stone patio and garage backdoor pad, deal with some drainage issues in several areas around our house and to install new stone edging around the sides and back of the house. After seeing our house and yard, Kent made some great recommendations about the design and placement of our stone patio and edging, as well as how to repair the drainage issues we were concerned about. Once the project was underway, Kent and his entire team were very responsiveness and flexible as we worked to refine the patio design during its construction. The crew went above and beyond with their hard work ethic, arriving early in the morning and putting in long work days. Alfredo was great to work with and is a huge asset to the KG team! We appreciated his willingness to answer questions during the project, explain what was going to take place next and quickly respond to our requests. Along with the expert patio and edging installation, the team worked hard to remove and replant several bushes and plants and facilitate sprinkler head movement as needed. We also really appreciated the planting of new grass seed and the thorough cleanup done at the end of the project, including power washing the steps and driveway. We are very happy with the results of KG Landscapes work and look forward to enjoying the patio and improved landscaping for many years to come!

KG installed a timber retaining wall. The worked was performed on time, the workman were professional and the work quality was excellent.

KG Landscape planned and installed landscaping for us in a very difficult area to work in due to elevation. Kent was easy to work with and very responsive to our requests as we worked toward a plan. He has good ideas and is realistic about what will work. The installation was very smooth and went very quickly. The men doing the installation were courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. We plan on continuing to work with KG come springtime.

He took the time and gave his attention to understanding our drainage issues and landscaping needs and worked with us to create the design we wanted and could afford. No pressure to buy more. Russell and team did a fantastic job with our front and backyard as well as solving the drainage issues of our starter home. We had Kent & his crew put in our patio and landscaping a little over a year ago and I cant recommend them highly enough. The patio has been awesome during these times of covid and I am expecting will will be out there until the snow flies. But its the wonderful landscaping that Kent designed that really made the project. He built in plants that bloom at different times so that when one is done another takes over, colors that compliment our house wonderfully. I am just amazed at what he can do with plants. The magnolia that he put in our side yard was the talk of the neighborhood. I really love it all.

Our entire backyard was recently gutted, redesigned, and implemented by KG Landscape Management. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The design including changes to how the water would flow through our yard and was a complete overhaul of the grade and pitch of the yard. There was a lot of old growth to dig out and many rocks to move. We are extremely happy with the outcome. The owner and all of the crew were fantastic. I appreciate the flexibility and responsiveness to changes - they responded with new ideas and suggestions to accommodate us. But not much needed to evolve once the design was approved. The crew that implemented the design was easy to interact with. They knew what they were doing - it was clear they understood the intent. The design met all of our needs including water flow as mentioned and providing a manageable yard to care for. Each day the crew cleaned up, swept the sidewalk and driveway, and organized the yard for the next days tasks. They coordinated with us on arrival time etc. The project did not take as long as I expected and when it was finished, the crew hosed and swept all of the hard surfaces and showed us a few things about the new plants. Then the owner came back and did a walk through with us to make sure we were happy and all our questions were answered. I am hoping we can work with them on the rest of the yard next year. Until then, we will be enjoying our new patio and and greenery while weather allows! If you are considering KG Landscape Management, we highly recommend them. Thanks Kent and team!

We looked at several different businesses for a patio/pergola project for our new house/backyard, and we ended up choosing KG Landscape, because they were comparable on cost and communicated a level of expertise that we felt most comfortable with. WORTHLESS!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. Toddlers and elderly people are more physically inclined to move snow from your driveway then these people. If you feel like doing the job yourself then this is the company for you.

It was a pleasure working with Kent and his team. We were hoping to have some drainage issues taken care of related to our sump pump before winter hit. Kents communication was very timely and professional and they were able to squeeze us in! The crew working did a great job. I also appreciated their flexibility. We identified an additional issue with some freezing water/slope related to our discharge after they had come out and given his quote but before they started the work. They were easily able to take care of the new issue no questions asked. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

KG Landscape did an incredible job and on schedule. We had called several contractors regarding our drainage issues. The company with the most impressive web site was called 3 times. They never returned our call not even knowing what the project was!! 2 other contractors came out for a site visit promising a quote never to be heard from again... erg!!! After 2 years we finally came across Kent - KG Landscape and his crew. They put a lot of thought on how to address our drainage issues. Our new system was installed in a timely order as promised. The crew left the site clean. This past winter we had lots of snow, freezing rain and a lake was starting to develop in our driveway near the foundation. We figured the ground would be too frozen for our new system to work, but within a day the water began to drain down the hill as designed. Such a relief as we still had 3 feet of snow in the yard! Thank you Kent we will definitely be hiring you again :-) You can possibly get your project done cheaper, but if you want it done right the first time call KG Landscape.

I recently hired KG Landscape for a drainage issue at my house. Kent responded promptly and made an appointment to evaluate my problem. He suggested some alternative solutions and we agreed to try a regrading first. After carefully measuring the slope with a transit, he scheduled the work. Tony and his crew arrived at the appointed time and were friendly and efficient; creating confidence that they were doing a quality effective job. They removed an old driveway, created a sloping swale and resodded the area. The finished project looks very nice and I am confident that it will drain away from my foundation. We had KG do some demo work, edging and seeding in the front of our home. We are first time home owners and they made us feel very comfortable with all the options ahead of moving any dirt. We interviewed several landscapers and initially chose KG because we liked Kents design approach, flexibility in scheduling when we needed it (fast), and value. We confirmed we made the absolute best choice after having their crew onsite for a couple of weeks and see the gorgeous outcome! A couple of examples of wonderful service - 1) we had a GIANT custom pizza oven delivered and the KG crew helped my husband and the forklift driver carefully unpack, move, and position it perfectly on the foundation that KG had laid, 2) Kent was very accommodating in ongoing design changes and shifts, as well as getting our aesthetic and finding AWESOME historic brick pavers for our patio, and 3) the little things that matter like completely cleaning up daily and at the end of the job (down to washing the sides of the house and the driveway), respecting existing planting, and even laying down some sod for free because they had a little extra at the shop! Just completing our fifth season with these guys. We use KG for landscaping and winter snow plowing. On the rare occasion we had an issue (once) they were extremely helpful and jumped on it and made it right -- fast. I recommend these guys to my neighbors when I dry by their plowed-in driveways as they wait there for someone to help dig them out!

Last summer my husband and I had electricity run underground from our house to our detached garage (by another company) and they cut through several of our underground sprinkler lines in the process. We called KG Landscape to fix the lines that were cut. The young man they sent was on time, very polite and efficiently repaired our broken lines. I was pleasantly surprised that he put grass seed down over the black dirt after he was done. We were able to use our sprinkler system again right away and have had no problems with it since. I would (and do) recommend KG Landscape to my neighbors and my coworkers.

We have been using TruGreen for the past 18 months and decided it was time for a change for a variety of reasons for our landscaping. We love supporting local businesses and after getting quotes from multiple companies we decided to go with KG and couldnt be happier with the decision. They have been very prompt in responding, total straight shooters and go above and beyond. For example, we didnt have a chance to get our new sprinkler system set up and even though they provide that service and we used a different company, they set it up for us so we could mark the sprinkler heads. Wow! Is my landscaping awesome or what! KG exceeded our expectations in every way. The project started off with professionally done proposal drawings. These scale drawings were detailed so we could understand where every plant and tree would be placed. KG also installed a very involved sprinkler system that works extremely well. No more hoses to pull around! The work itself was started on time with a very friendly crew that worked full days to make sure the project deadline was met. After the job was completed our property was cleaned up looking top notch. Lack of communication between customer and the hired company can destroy a project. Not this one, Kent was very clear with what had to be done and always available when I had a question. Our landscaping is now the envy of the neighborhood. I signed up for KGs lawn care services last spring of 2012 and extended my contract into the winter for their snow removal services. I have been nothing short of impressed, in fact they have exceeded my expectations. Its so refreshing to have one phone number to call with a guaranteed hello, how are you? rather than being stuck on hold, and talking to an operator for 20 minutes to get one simple question answered. The men behind the scenes are polite and friendly, and they do what they say theyre going to do. More importantly, they listened to my landscaping wants and needs. We had A LOT of snow this winter, I can imagine they had their hands full. For how much snow we did get, KG stuck to their promise of being at my property within 6 hours of when the snow stopped. They even did touch ups if I called back later on, Ive hired many companies in the past and KG has, by far, been the most reliable crew to work with. Overall, the customer service is the major reason as to why Im renewing my contract with them this year for 2013-2014-- both summer and winter. Thank you KG!

I bet theyre good, but I wouldnt know because they no showed. They told me that they would show up on Friday if the weather was good, and Monday if it rained. Friday was a beautiful day and they never came on Monday either. I called them Monday night and they said there was some equipment problem and they couldnt get to me for several days yet. The fact that I had to call them to get this information is unacceptable.

Kent asked me to put a review of their service on Google and I was more than happy to do so. KG Landscape is one of the most dependable snow removal companies Ive found in 15 years of property management. My company is responsible for a number of commercial properties throughout the twin cities and these guys handle the plowing on all of them. They do some sidewalk shoveling and deicing on a couple properties as well. Everything was put in writing before hand so I know I can hold them accountable. Not the cheapest in town but the value is there if timing is important for the property. Highly recommended.

Signed up for snow removal. Paid $500 for the season and expected quality for that price. They have a contract that states they will come by and dig you out during the snowfall if there is 8in or more. Then they will come back within 12 hrs to clean up the sidewalks and driveway. I called during the heavy snowfall and they told me that someone would be here in 1-2 hours. We were on the list. That was at 4pm yesterday. When no one showed I only got vm until this morning. When I spoke with someone at 8am, they again told me we were one the list but they were now no longer doing dig outs. We would have to wait until they came around for the touch-ups. They refused to move us up on the list even though we never got the dig out. I did ask for an estimate on when they would be here so I could at least plan my day. They told me they would call right back but never did. I ended up not being able to get my kids to school that morning. I was hoping that they would at least be able to keep the promise - made in writing in the contact - to come by within 12 hrs to do the cleanup. 16hr later and counting, they are still a no show. Ive tried several times since this morning and only got voicemail. I ended up shoveling the driveway myself in hopes that I can get out in a few hours when I need to go to school.
