The complex I live in has never been plowed well or in a timely manner. Many of my neighbors and I have been stuck in our own driveways and have shoveled snow at 5 or 6pm after this company did not show. I highly recommend hiring another company. They did not answer any of my property managers calls nor the calls from myself today.
For two years, All Metro provided lawn care and snow removal services for 2 of my rental properties. I recently terminated my relationship with them when I discovered that I had been billed many times for mowing that never occurred. Furthermore, their billing and invoicing system is difficult to audit. To his credit, Scott (the Owner), has been responsive to my emails and concerns, and refunded me for the most recent services that were not provided. However, I need a trustworthy vendor who only bills for services that are actually performed.
I would highly recommend this company! Scott was fantastic with communication and worked with us on some scheduling conflicts on our end. Matt was also super helpful in getting our new system up and running and helping to walk through setting up each zone correctly and getting us comfortable with running everything through the app. They were professional and patient and we felt valued as a customer.
Lost my privacy fence due to the wind storms earlier in the spring. I was able to get a super fast estimate and they were more than willing to work with me and my insurance claim to get a new fence installed. Crew was timely and professional and I have a great looking fence to boot! Highly recommend!
Company was very professional, easy to work with, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had with the projects being worked on. I found a deadly fungus on my tree. Mack was the ONLY one of the "certified aborists" I received quotes from that could confirm it's identification. In addition, all concerns related to the tree located in my front yard near my home and several power lines in my new home was quite hazardous. Even a layman as I could see the tree was in distress and quite a hazard and I was most gratified to receive a qualified confirmation as such. Once realized the removal was expedited and voila! After 3 weeks of worrying if this tree would split/fall (had multiple crevices/bark in large/elongated spaces missing, etc.) on it's own it was gone. The crew showed up timely (even though the power company did not!) and they were very patient in their efforts to evacuate the tree. Once they were given the go ahead all bets were off. Bing, bang and zoom! 30 foot ++ tree dropped, down, cleared out and cleaned up in no more than 2 or so hours. Fantastic!!!! No damage to my property, crew was consistently communicative and open to my question and concerns. ALL cleanup performed as appropriate! They work so well together backing each other up as well. One moving in one direction performing tasks' while the other in another area. Truly a GREAT team. I would HIGHLY recommend this crew to anyone and in fact already have. Stump removal occurred a few days later and that ALSO went off without a hitch. Cannot say how pleased I am with the service I received and again would most highly recommend All Metro Service Companies, LLC for any tree service what so ever including fungi identification and treatment (in my case not solvable; dead man's fingers is a death sentence to a tree). Just had a guy from this company put a Tree Service flyer on my door. I have a no soliciting sign on the door and even thought it's technically not soliciting, I walked the flyer back to him as he was across the street, laid it in the grass and told him that I didn't need his flyer. His response was, "Well your tree needs to be cut down!" I told him as he could see, that it had already been trimmed. He mouthed off something with an attitude like it was bad. I told him that I would not use, nor recommend his company to anyone in my neighborhood and that I will let all my neighbors know of his rude behavior. He mumbled something else back with an attitude. This type of behavior is unacceptable with any business no matter what you do! I would not use this company for anything after this experience, and will warn my neighbors, some of whom I know are planning on getting their trees trimmed, NOT to use this company! Here is a picture of the flyer they handed out. I also called the city of Bloomington and told them what happened, as they keep track of companies who get resident complaints.
If you want to be stuck in your driveway during the winter and pay money for that, go for it. They wont come clear your snow for days, if at all, especially during the record breaking snow storms! Totally would have given 0 stars. Im still not ruling out taking out a bond claim. Highly recommended if you think this sounds like a good way to spend your January!

These people know nothing about plowing snow and have the laziest crew members. Horrible service and will make sure to spread the word. Any landlord looking to hire them is better off having their 4yr old shovel their driveways.
Does not clear apartment walkways or alleyway within the 4 hours required by Minneapolis. They never salt and seem to pack down the snow instead of clearing and hauling away. Alleyway has packed down ice and snow melt from the whole season because of the negligence. Office manager has been unhelpful when I m trying to pay their invoices. Guess they don t want to get paid. Not that they deserve it either way.

There are plenty of more qualified and professional Lawncare services out there. Dont bother with these rude people.

Responded timely to my request for service, stuck to the agreed upon quote, got the job done in a timely, safe fasion, and cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete. 10/10! Would hire again!
Incredible customer service and expertise. While they do a lot of stuff, where I utilize their services is home irrigation.
I contracted All Metro to install sod and rock and to regrade our front and backyard this summer. Scott and his team were incredibly hard-working, diligent and professional and had our whole lawn done in 3 days! Not only that but they also worked some of the hotest days we ve had so far this year! They looked after their employees and make sure that they are staying healthy and hydrated while also getting the lawn done in a swift and timely manner while providing exceptional results. I highly recommend their services!

If there is an option for a negative star this company deserves it! Expecting homeowners to remove vehicles so they can plow in the middle of the night. Setting a time frame but doing the opposite. Sitting in the middle of the road doing nothing for hours. Oh yea and spinning in circles. Very professional. NOT!

I hired All Metro to remove a ton of buckthorn on my property. The arborist was knowledgeable and gave some great Ideas of what to do with the space after I had the space cleaned up. Communication was great and they left the workspaces looking clean and orderly. I plan on having them back next year to take care of some additional projects.
I had services performed this fall. Crew was efficient and prices reasonable.

Dont bother. Starting in Sept. and for a 6-week period, I attempted to get a quote from them for snow removal for the upcoming season. I was transferred to the same persons VM each time. On the third call, I explained that the voice messaging wasnt working, but was assured before being transferred that hed call me. The fourth call was blunt and I expressed my frustration. I hired someone else. I suspect their follow through on their work is equal to their communication skills.
Wish I had enough money to just ignore inquiries. We have 7 properties in the area that we were considering switching lawn and snow contractors on. I guess 700 spaces worth of parking lot and 7 properties worth of lawn care was not important enough to even say thanks for inquiring but we are not interested in your money. We get inquiries for space all the time. We rarely have vacancy, but always reply anyway. Strange, always considered my money to be as green as the next guys, guess it isnt. Not professional.
All Metro did our landscaping and roof and also does our yardwork. Each time they came to our house we were amazed at how professional they were. Chuck, the owner, walked us through everything we needed when it came to getting our roof. He also gave us great advice when it came to redoing the landscaping in the front of our house. The work we had done was done in a timely manner, in fact, we were amazed at how quickly it got done! Because we are so confident in their services, were having them do more landscaping at our house this summer! I would defintely recommend them for all you lawn, snow and construction needs!
