Yesterday Kathryn and German showed up to complete Mondays work and plant the new bushes and tree we ordered. Kathryn was outstanding! She worked around a tricky stump grinding issue with gas lines and we solved a location issue with our new tree. Both German and Kathryn did a fantastic job and the work areas look great! This was after Conor and Victor did a great job on Monday.

I did 2 jobs with these guys related to removing bushes and putting in a new sump pump drain. They did a great job on both and the crews were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Plan to work with them again in the future.

Job was done to contract specs. Would liked to have seen stumps cut a little lower to the ground. Exhaust pipe from furnace was found broken; not sure if this was vegetation related or accident during clearing. A yard gate was left off the hinges - fortunately we currently dont have a dog.

They did great. Team was fantastic and professional and accomadated our special requests. Joe was great at listening to what we wanted and needed and provided options. Kathryn, heriberto, zach and German did great work removing stump and grading. Will reach out to them again for any other needs.

I had such an amazing experience with Crawford Tree & Landscape. My first meeting was with Joe, who developed a quote for me, explained everything in detail and educated me on tree pruning. We decided to cut our tree completely for various reasons. On the day the tree was cut, Victor, Damian and Rolando were amazing. It was raining all day and they worked through it. Arborists do amazing work and I couldnt have trusted anyone else other than Crawford Tree. Thank you!!

The crew (Ken and Dale) did an outstanding job trimming a few trees and installing tree lights at my mother s condo. They arrived on time, explained the work they were going to do, worked efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. Well done all around!

The crew that was sent out did an awesome job on our trees. They were very professional and very careful when they took down the branches so that no property was damaged. Since Google does not permit the same person to provide more than one review for the same business, I have deleted my June 2021 5 Star Review so that I can replace it with ANOTHER 5 Star Review!! In the past 2 weeks we have had 3 different services provided by Crawford Tree & Landscape. So right there is a positive note - we have become ongoing customers since we first started doing business with them in 2021. Steven Lentz continues to provide excellent and responsive service whenever I call or text him. He recently referred me to Jarod when I told him we have some crab apple trees that needed review and pruning. Jarod stopped by to look and make recommendations, submitted a proposal we accepted and very soon we were notified that Chris and Conor were able to come sooner than we expected. They pruned both of our trees expertly and they both look so much better. Conor made sure we had a chance to review what they had done and after they left there was no sign they had been here because the clean up was so well done. Great job guys! Steven had helped us with getting our grading project updated and proposed due to some settling over the last 3 years. We were notified sooner than we expected (8/19/2024) that a crew could be here to do the grading project on 8/20/2024. Kathryn and Miguel arrived first thing that morning to get started. Kathryn and I met as they were starting to discuss some details and our expectations and then they went to work. This is hard work -hauling and pounding and compacting a lot of dirt and achieving a precise angle away from the foundation for the final product. The end result was terrific and once again, no one would even know they were here because the clean up was so well done. Thanks Kathryn and Miguel. BTW - in both places where I mention the excellent clean up, I am referring not only to our property but also the street where the support vehicles were parked. I know our neighbors notice and appreciate that detail! Finally we did have one more treatment for one of our crab apple trees done by Samy (ID 499392 in case I did not spell the name correctly!) on 8/22/2024 and as promised we received a text in advance to let us know he would be coming so that we could make sure our windows were closed before the spraying. One more thing (Columbo),Hats off to the folks who do the hiring at Crawford Tree and Landscape! We have now had the opportunity to interact with many employees over the last three years and without exception, they have all been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient in completing their work. In todays employment environment that is a great accomplishment that I very much appreciate as a retired HR executive.

Most amazing staff and company to have done Business with. Mother-in-law passed away over a year ago now, prior to her passing Crawford tree and landscape cut down some of her trees for her and due to her health condition at the time she forgot to pay them. They have been so patient with us and understanding during the past year waiting to receive the payment for the services they provided. Due to probate things were going really slow. I kept Jon updated on the process and after a year was finally able to pay the invoice. He is seriously the best individual I have had a pleasure doing business with. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I might add that their work was very superb as well.

Representatives JEROD and KEVIN set up two projects. One was removal of two ash trees with pruning and removal of wild buckthorn growth. The other was clearing wild growth in two flower beds and pruning and shaping honeysuckle along lot line as well as removing wild weed growth. This process was professionally done with clarity verbal interchange. The work was done by Kathryn, Hemberto and Mason. They did outstanding work which was constant with no wasted time. It was amazing how much good work was done in such a short time. All the employes were polite and businesslike in their work which was outstanding.

Made a lot of excuses to avoid even giving me a quote. If you live in the 53206 area, dont expect them to show up. Update: After receiving a call from the company to discuss my review, it was refreshing to know that my perception about the company was wrong. Sometimes communication gets lost when texts or emails are exchanged so a phone call goes a long way. I really appreciate the company reaching out to me to clear up the misunderstanding.

Came yesterday to rip out a bush and trim many other bushes. Kathryn and Heriberto did a good job and cleaned up the yard nicely.

I worked with another company that retired and sent their clients to Crawford tree service. I have pine trees with fungus that require spraying in spring. They were great for two years. This year they never contacted me. I have left 3 messages to have someone contact me, each time being told someone could contact me. That has not happened and now it is too late to perform and so the trees are now back sliding....Very poor customer service. I dont know if these trees will make it thru this season......

We use Crawford for our lawn care. This is the third year we have used them and so far they have done a great job. They did a very nice cleanup for the spring, and are always here on time to do the cutting and trimming of our lawn. I am sitting on my porch, watching them work as I type this review. They are very courteous and friendly. They also accommodate special requests, such as taking extra care and blowing off all of the seeds that are falling from our maple trees onto our deck. I really appreciate that. I would recommend Crawford wholeheartedly.

I started with Crawford Tree & Landscaping Service this year. It has been a great experience with many services all under one roof. Today, one of their great crews came out and installed a sump pump discharge hose that had to go under the sidewalk. The crew (Zach, Angel and Kathryn) were very courteous and professional. After they were done they left the site in immaculate condition. See included picture. It is hard to tell that they had even been here, except for the pop up valve. Great work Zack, Angel and Kathryn.

Ok I m not one to leave a lot of reviews but I could not pass this one up! Crawford Tree and Landscape came out and took care of 3 trees for me. I was under the impression that I needed to take my trees down, but no! They just needed to be pruned properly so they did not cause potential problems in the future during inclement weather. Who knew?! There were 3 guys that came out. They were Conor, Isaiah, and Paul. They were sooooo nice and professional and knowledgeable. They showed up promptly and met with me and got started right away! It was a lot of work and they just kept going until it was done. What an awesome job!!! When they were done they cleaned up like you didn t even know they were there. I highly, highly, highly recommend these guys and this company! Excellent!!!

We needed 13 arborvitie trees removed, & a few that needed to be supported after this years heavy snow as well as 2 very large apple trees that needed to come down. After getting the quote & signing the contract, it didnt take very long before work got started. They kept us informed & arrived when they said they would. The crew, Damren, Isaiah & Paul were very good at their job. We interacted mostly with Isaiah, who represtented his company extremely well. They were also friendly, helpful, accommodating, careful and respectful of our property. They really did an amazing job on clean up. We are very satisfied customers & would definitely use them again if needed. As a matter of fact, theyre coming back to plant 13 new arbovities. Ill come back with a review for that work later, but Im confident well be just as pleased. Would we recommend them? Yes, absolutely.

Victor and Chris were terrific! They did the work efficiently, cleaned up the debris, communicated well, and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend them for tree work. Work included removing a birch tree, removing a large limb from another birch tree, trimming two crab trees, trimming some huge arbor Vidal, and trimming a large pine tree to get it away from the house. Received a clear, professional quote from Jarod. This was a big job of multiple, large fallen trees in the back yard. Rainy days caused some rescheduling but all was clearly communicated and promptly rescheduled. Was a bit concerned that the wet soil would result in some yard issues, but Paul, Conor and Chris didnt cause any damage at all and cleaned things up so well it was hard to tell we even had work done... much appreciated!

We had Chris and Aaron out to our property a few weeks ago to do some pruning on a Norway Maple in our front yard. We went over the job just as Joe had written it up and they got right to work. Saturday February 10th Crawford trimmed our 60 year-old silver maple, 30-year old birch and 10-year old Katsura trees. It took several hours. The men had to climb up into the trees to cut the overgrown branches. The trees no longer hang over the public sidewalks and the cross branches were removed. All the trimmings were shredded and removed and our lawn raked. Aaron, Angel and Victor worked togehter quickly and carefullly. We are so pleased.

I had a great crew come out. Victor, Ken and Kathryn. They did a great job and cleaned all the debris up. Victor was very personable and kind.

Did a great job trimming a birch tree and cleaning up. They were here for 1 hr and I understand there are a lot of costs behind the scenes but feel was way overcharged. Be sure you get more than one estimate, which is my mistake.

The team, Chris, Conor, Victor, Ken and Angel were friendly, thorough, and showed up early. They fulfilled our last-minute request to have additional trees pruned without issue. Joe is easy to reach and quick at returning calls. There is very little disruption to employees workday.

I could not be more pleased with the work done and customer service given by Crawford. Thorough and timely. My yard was a mess; lack of attention for many years. They cleaned up hedge beds and dug out invading trees and bushes. They also took down a split-rail fence and redid the ditch. Yard crew - very hardworking professionals who were polite and able to answer any question I had as the job progressed. Mitch in the office listened to my wishes and got everything right the first time. A big thank you to Kathryn, Zach (and one other, sorry). Additionally, I feel their quote was very reasonable and competitive and they came in on budget.

A young man was very kind to my class when we went down by Harbor House on your way to Discovery World on a field trip. As we walked by, he stopped mowing as the loud noise was bothering some of my students. It really helped prevent my students from having a meltdown. I must say, my experience with Crawford Tree & Landscaping left me quite disappointed with their customer service. From start to finish, it was a frustrating ordeal. Their lack of professionalism and responsiveness was evident at every step. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a response from them. Phone calls were rarely answered, and emails were left unanswered for days, if not weeks. Its incredibly frustrating when youre trying to discuss your landscaping needs and receive no acknowledgment or assistance. Furthermore, when they finally did respond, their tone was dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or providing any meaningful solutions. It was as if they couldnt be bothered to prioritize their customers satisfaction. What truly exacerbated my disappointment was their poor quality of work. Despite assuring me of their expertise, the final result was far from satisfactory. The tree trimming was haphazard, leaving unsightly cuts and uneven branches. The landscaping work was sloppy, with plants planted haphazardly and an overall lack of attention to detail. Its disheartening when a company you trust to enhance your outdoor space fails to deliver on their promises. Crawford Tree & Landscapings customer service left much to be desired, with their unresponsiveness, dismissive attitude, and subpar workmanship. I would caution others to seek alternative options when considering their services.

Ive had CTL out to my property in Ottawa twice so far and they have done an outstanding job on both occasions. The first was to control woody invasives like buckthorn & honeysuckle, and to remove several storm-damaged tall trees. The second visit was to do fall cleanup then edge & mulch beds. I do work at CTL, but my wife needed to communicate with the crews, and they were very professional and polite. The final cleanup was always immaculate before they left for the day. We plan on having CTL out again in the future, it is well worth the cost not to have to do it all myself. (And we don t get it for free!)

I had a couple trees planted and it was a great experience! I will definitely use CTL in the future for some grading of my lawn and to fix some patchy grass around my fence.

We had a beautiful Emperor Japanese Maple planted today. The staff at Crawford Tree was terrific. We worked with Mitchell Pierce who answered all my questions and picked out the perfect tree. I approached one of Crawfords crew members when they were doing work down the street and asked if they might be willing to hang up a tree swing from a large oak on our property. They were very friendly despite this being an atypical job for them and got me in touch with the owner, who came out in person within the week to discuss the job and answer some questions we had about other trees in our yard. Joseph was friendly, knowledgable, and honest about what other work did and didnt need to be done in the future, and we most appreciated that he got the crew- Victor, Chris, and Isaiah- back to hang up two swings within a few weeks during their busiest season, just in time for our daughters birthday. We watched the work and they were incredibly skilled and cautious, and cleaned up any small branches from the yard when they were done. The two swings are exactly what we envisioned and our daughter is beyond thrilled. We will absolutely plan to use them for any tree trimming or removal that we need in the future.

We are new homeowners and new to landscaping, but Crawford has set a high bar. Our install crew members, Zach, Dale, and German, were courteous and efficient for the install day. I couldnt believe how much they got done in one day, and it looks really professional and polished. Steve is quick to offer advice and assistance as well, so we feel empowered to care for our new landscaping.

Our companys landscaping services were acquired by Crawford this spring and we were a bit worried about the transition. It has gone flawlessly and we couldnt be happier with the work theyre doing!! Ken, Dale, and Jayden were excellent! Night and day from the last company we used. We were so impressed by the meticulous care they took with our plantings. And Steve was a fantastic guide along the way. They all have definitely made repeat customers of us!

I needed 2 large trees taken down, their crew (Isiah, paul, victor and Chris) arrived on time, despite the heavy rain, they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend using them!

I meet with Jarod Richter, regarding a buckhorn tree for pruning or cutdown. After speaking with him it was decided that pruning was better, I was told verbally that once pruned back I would have more natural light. I was not home when the tree was pruned, but when I made it home I was not satisfied with the pruning. I spoke with Jarod that day who came out in the next day or soon to go over with me verbally. I voiced my concerns, and what he told me verbally initially, Which was after the tree was pruned, I would not need to have pruning done for about 10 years. When he came back out I was told I may not need pruning for 5 years. I was then told that I could get another estimate to have more pruning done to the tree, which would result in more money. In all, I could have just gotten the tree cut down and it would have been cheaper. He spoke in plain English initially but then the contract was in an arborist lingo. When he came back out, he explained the contract in arborist lingo. In all, I would have given a 2 star, but because he came back out, I gave a 3 star. I still left feeling I paid more for the service then I received, as they only pruned one side of the tree and not the other. Please understand what you are paying for before agreeing to the contract, because they give estimates like 4-8 inches, my perception was that they would remove 8 inches, but they only removed about 4.5 inches.

We had a great experience with the entire team at Crawford Tree. Everything from the professional, responsive, knowledgeable and competitive estimate with Jarod to the timely, safe and efficient service of Victor, Chris, Paul J and Isaiah. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them for any of your tree and landscaping needs. P.S. The kids had so much fun watching them...and they even used some of the wood from the tree to create a climbing log for the kids.

My experiences with Crawford have been so great! Overall, they were very accommodating with my work schedule throughout the summer and always made me feel that my project was prioritized! It s very refreshing to have such kind, respectful, and trusting crews working on a home project. To start, my yard had many out of control buckthorns and a dead ash tree. Victor and Chris did a great job with the tree removal! They were really kind throughout the day, and did a great job with cleanup after such a big project. A few weeks later I had another great crew come out for the landscaping. They laid mulch, planted ~35 perennials and shrubs, and seeded nearly half of my yard. Ken was great and was even sure that I liked the layout of the plants before planting. The crew also did a great job with cleanup before leaving after the two days of work. Thank you Ken, Heriberto, German, Tino, and Jayden! I absolutely love my new yard and can t wait to see everything as it all grows!

Had a great experience with Crawford Trees. We wanted some unique flowering trees and Steve helped us figure out the best choices. The price was reasonable among all the competitors. Installation timeframe was impacted by weather but we were wel informed. The icing on the cake was a flawless execution by Kathryn, Heriberto, German and Hank (sorry for butchering any names). They did an amazing job in prep, install and final cleanup. They went the extra mile by using some unused landscape stones to create a border even though it wasnt part of the contract. Great job guys and gals. Would highly recommend this company for any trees or landscaping projects.

Had a basswood tree that decided to grow horizontal, suddenly. They inspected the property and made many suggestions for improvements. The crew of Isaiah, Conor, Angel, Ken, Joe T, and Chris were experts in their field and the tree and bush trimming made the property look fantastic. Highly recommended!

Again, coordinated by Greg Blick, Crawford completed a second project in my yard removing an overgrown hedge row, and weedy trees from along the East lot line of the property. He coordinated the use of my neighbors driveway to expedite this project. The crew, Ken and Zach, did an outstanding job removing the hedge row and trees, and then grinding down the stumps. I plan to consult with Crawford again for a tree planting project I have in mind.

We just purchased a home that needed significant work to clear the view on the bluff. It was a tough job made tougher by the slope of the bluff and the weather. But they did a great job of respecting the integrity of the bluff while still opening up the view. Crawford Tree installed 2 new garden beds, with 9 trees, for me in summer 2022. I was concerned with the summer planting, but they provided watering directions for the weather conditions and helped me select watering aids to remove room for error. The designer (Steve) was very communicative during our design process & the lengthy wait due to nationwide supply shortages. The installation crew (Freddy, Zach, Josh, and Jaden) was communicative, self-directed, and operated safely - stopping on multiple occasions during the hot day for water breaks, and informing me at the discovery of an unmarked (and not-live) underground wire found. I appreciated their attention to safety. All trees were staked and checked for placement by our designer before agreeing that the project was complete! Very happy so far with how it looks.

I was very pleased with the tree trimming that was done on my two birch trees. I was impressed with the prompt and detailed estimate. The work was scheduled the following week. The two arborists were respectful of my property and did a professional job. Before they cleaned up, they asked me to come out and look at their work to make sure that I was happy. Ive never used the company, but Sales Arborist Joseph Crawford is a long time friend who has freely offered me his personal services on small things. He is a professional, safety conscious, and highly knowledgeable person. If the sales team knows how to do the job, you can bet the people they send to do the job are even better.

Our arborist Victor, Amber and Austin were very professional. We had a very large tree, that hung over 2 houses. Absolutely zero issues with cutting down and stump removal. No divots in the yard and no branches hitting the houses. We also used them for our pear pruning and they did a wonderful job.

We are having a fantastic experience with Crawford! We called in Spring and talked with Steve about our front lawn. The dirt level was so high, it was nearly impossible to edge. We also had a very clumpy, bumpy lawn and small bare spots all over, that were more like holes and it was so uneven. Originally, we were going to do the job ourselves. Let me say...SO glad we didnt. Steve walked us through the process of what to expect and when to expect it. When the general time frame came upon us and he knew it would be a week or two later than expected, he contacted us to inform us there would be a delay and why. He was transparent and professional. We really appreciated that. Shortly after that, Steve and his team came out to start the project. Zach and Roberto got to work removing the sod, and grading the lawn, and preparing the area for seed. They seeded, setup sprinklers with a timer, and even weeded a small flower bed that connected with the area, and put mulch down. They cleaned up the yard, even in areas outside of the requested work area. Oh and they were QUICK! Wow! They started in the morning and were done that afternoon. Steve came back after the job was finished and went over the sprinkler setup, and when to cut for the first time, etc. Oh, and they put a splitter on the spigot so that we could still have an open spigot for other watering. Our front lawn is flat and is growing grass. We are very happy with the service performed and the professionalism and friendliness of Steve and his team, Zach and Roberto. We would highly recommend Crawford Tree and Landscape Services and plan to ask them for help with future projects. Top notch!

Crawford addressed multiple landscaping needs for our property, with a focus on simplifying, creating more usable space for our family, and improving aesthetics. We couldn t be happier with the outcome, and the entire team was both responsive and professional throughout the entire process. We already have future landscaping plans in place with Crawford and plan to make them our go-to landscaping company.

Crawford was incredible to work with! Steve and his team were helpful and VERY patient as we worked our way through what trees we wanted to plant in our yard. When the day came for planting they went above and beyond with a few of our ad hoc requests. I asked if they could just set aside a section of the sod they had to remove so I could fill in a bare spot on my lawn. Before I knew it they had prepped the lawn and installed the sod for me! We already have plans to work with them again next spring.

We have been using Crawford Tree and Landscaping for at least 20 years and continue to be very satisfied with their work especially in removing our dead ash trees and in treating many other trees on our property. Recently Austin, John, Pat and Trevor did a great job under challenging conditions including cold windy weather and difficult accessibility when they removed another 12 dead trees and ground the stumps. They left the area neat and tidy.

We have used Crawford in the past for tree removal - and this is the first time we used them for a major landscaping project - again, they did an amazing job. Part of the swale in our backyard was failing, creating a swamp in the corner of our yard. Crawford redesigned it, regraded and adding decorative rock - it looks amazing and will perform so much better in the spring. The crew did a great job and were fast and courteous.I highly recommend Crawford for landscaping and tree projects.

I recently used Crawford to remove two giant willows, and the experience was excellent! The sales rep, Greg, was friendly, broadly knowledgeable and took lots of time to explain everything including various options. He checked back with me on site several times during the three day process. The crew was exceptional Victor, Austin, Shawna, Trevor, Sam, Amber and John Paul. They worked nonstop from early morning until dark, leaving the cut sites cleaned-up at the end of each day. The crew was also friendly and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed with Victor, the team lead, who was always the first to arrive and last to leave. I knew my massive trees would be expensive to remove, but when I saw the seven person crew work so hard, plus Greg, and the multiple trucks and machines (usually four on site), I understood the costs. More notably, the final bill was less than I had imagined. I plan to recommend Crawford to everyone I know and to call on them in the spring to help me plan a new landscape.

We had a very large Silver Maple in our backyard in a very concentrated area that left not much room for error. Crawford Tree & Landscape Services did a great job taking it down safely, and making sure to clean up afterwards. Over-all, very good experience and will recommend to friends and family.

The Crawford Crew did a great job with the removal of our ash tree and cleaning up several other trees on our property. They were professional, very friendly and answered any questions we had about the process and other trees and shrubs we have on the property. They were also very responsive and able to get to our work quickly and did a great job protecting the other trees next to the ash and kids playhouse below the ash tree. Great work!

Crawford has removed trees, cleared buckthorn, weeded and edged beds and applied mulch in our yard. I first used them in early spring and just recently to clear out new growth and trim bushes. Jon and the office were superb in responding to my request for service on fairly short notice. They kept me informed of the projected cost and when a team would be coming. The team, Ken and Lisdon were exceptional. They worked tirelessly to clean up my yard for a 40th wedding anniversary party (attendance capped at 8!). The results are wonderful. Unfortunately after 10 + years of working with Crawford Tree, Im looking for a new service. After countless messages, emails & phone calls going unanswered, I cant believe they remain in business. Simple instructions are not followed. Unfortunate but wow.

We have had a great experience with Crawford since they were first recommended by a neighbor to help us determine if our Ash trees were worth saving. Jon came out and gave us a thorough assessment and recommendation for treatment. So much so that we solicited his advice for the rest of the trees and shrubs on our property as well as the burying of our downspouts. My lawn looks amazing! Zach does a really nice job fertilizing. His eye for detail is second to none. It was a two-part project - repairing damage along two newly-installed sidewalks, planting and tree removal including stump removal. We had the same crew for both jobs and they did an OUTSTANDING job!!!

We hired Crawford Tree Service to treat our three flowering crab apple trees. This was the first time treating them and what a difference it made. In years past, the leaves would all be off the tree at the beginning of September. This year, we still have green leaves on the trees and they are just turning and falling now. Jon was patient with our questions and educated us on the importance of treating the trees. We plan to use them again for this service next year.

Steve Lentz ll and Zach Elliot were on time and worked continuously and seamlessly together to complete a two-part, two-day project. They took down a man-made berm in our circle drive, leveled it and seeded and prepped it for incoming grass. Simultaneously, they repurposed the dirt and built up and sloped an area in our back yard. Just what we requested.

Crawford Tree took my ash tree down when it was tagged by the city from emerald ash borer damage, ground the stump, and replaced it with a beautiful bald cypress. I loved the job on all three phases. I highly recommend their service.

JT and Hayden did an awesome job again on our ash trees (we had them cut a bunch last year too). Although I have them just drop the trees (I make firewood and chip the brush myself), JT cut quite a few into lengths for splitting. They clean everything up in nice piles.We ve also had Crawford treat 18 other ash trees on a scheduled basis and so far they re all doing great . Joe and his team are 1st rate!

We hired Crawford Tree & Landscaping to perform a major trim on a very large Siberian Elm tree in our backyard that could only be accessed from our alley and stood very near our house and our neighbor s garage. A 5-man crew came and did a great job. The company, both the sales associate, Joe Crawford, who evaluated the job and gave us the estimate, and the crew performing the job, listened to our concerns and were very knowledgeable about the tree and how to perform the job with the health of the tree as a focus. Professional. Personable. Reasonably priced. After receiving our estimate we had to pay a deposit when hiring them to do the job. They gave us an estimated timeframe when the job would be done, but they don t schedule jobs until the day before and contacted us via email the evening before. The reason for that made sense since we were planning the job to be done in winter and the schedule would depend on the weather, but they were able to get the job done in late October instead. We highly recommend this company and will call on them again should we need them.

We bought a house on Moose Lake in 2019 and there were a lot of trees on the property. I love trees but they were so thick that we really couldnt see the lake. Our architect recommended Crawford Tree Service for the pruning. When I talked to Joseph Crawford, he described to me a process called Vista pruning. It was perfect for our needs. They just pruned small areas almost like a window in the trees. So we were able to keep all of our trees but yet we now have views to the lake. Their staff and crew are amazing and super friendly. They are also expert at what they do. One person would stay in the house and direct the person outside cutting the limbs just to make sure they werent taking too much. Its really a great process and I highly recommend them!

Called Crawford based on the recommendation of our neighbor who is a customer of them. Joseph came out and spent a little over an hour with me going thru our yard. He was very professional and knowledgeable; he told us he would email us a quote in the next week to week and a half. Its been over a month and still nothing. Ive left 4 voicemails for him, and still no response.

Guy didnt know a tree from a bush. Also he wasnt very nice

A person in a Crawford Landscape pickup almost ran me off the road twice this morning while I was driving down North Ave. He got upset and cut me off because I was trying to merge into traffic. The employee could not leave it at that and proceeded to stop in the middle of traffic on North Ave to try to persuade me to come out and fight him while I had my two young daughters in the car.

Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable! A crew came and took down some out of control bush-like trees at the apartment building where I live. Whenever my landlord would trim or cut them down, the trees would just grow back in full force. Crawford Tree and Landscape was able to permanently remove the problem trees. The crew worked fast, within an hour or two, to clear out the eye sore that my landlord spent hours on every few months trying to control.
