I've used their service for multiple years for lawn fertilization as well as mulching our flower beds and have always found them to be professional, timely and priced competitively. Being retired it is always good to greet and talk to Bob who is present for most of our procedures. He answers my questions and is genuinely concerned about his work and the results they achieve. I have recommended them to several people we know on the East side of town.

We worked with Rick and East Side Lawn Care last spring through fall on several issues. Rick was able to address a major problem with our lawn that several other lawn care services had been unable to do. Work was done as scheduled in a professional and courteous fashion. When additional issues arose, Rick was always responsive and committed to making sure they were solved to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use East Side Lawn Care again.

We had a great experience with Rick and his team. He is personable, honest and prompt with his estimates. We have had both maintenance work and large seasonal landscape jobs performed by East Side Lawn Care, including removal of a tree and stump; all efforts were executed in a timely and professional manner. The work was thorough and effective. I would recommend and have recommended Rick and the team at East Side Lawn Care to friends and colleagues.

Rick and his team are completely professional and proficient -- I highly recommend their lawn care services. Sounds like the disgruntled reviewer below was trying to pull his own scam by withholding payment for services rendered and threatening to write an untrue review. Clearly that "review" is an anomaly and folks reading these can tell what's what. Rick would never treat a customer that way.

I have done business with Rick from East Side for about three years. During that time he and his guys have faithfully cared for my lawn--mowing and fertilizing--and done spring and fall clean-ups. They've done a great job. What I really appreciate about Rick is that I can communicate with him via email on my time schedule; he always gets promptly back to me if I make contact and he will on occasion let me know when the ivy or bushes need to be trimmed. I have a service because I don't want to be bothered, and I can confidently leave it all to Rick. The man is as honest as the day is long-- Rick's had my credit card info for 2 1/2 years and I've never regretted giving it to him (but then I wouldn't have given it to him in the first place if I hadn't expected that was the case). I recommend Rick and East Side without reservation.

I'm a property owner on Milwaukee's east side and have used Rick and his company for an array of services. He's always been up-front, professional and responsive, once getting the lawn mowed within hours of us agreeing upon a fee. I would strongly recommend East Side Lawn Care!

I've used Rick's team's services for multiple yard care needs over the past few years. I find Rick to be extremely responsive, honest and hardworking. He always follows up with me to make sure I'm pleased with the work, which has led me to doing repeat business with him. I've used his services for spring/winter clean-up, new landscaping, mowing, snow removal and installation of a new fence. I highly recommend Rick and his team.

If zero stars were an option that is what I would post. Please stay away from this man. Seems on paper like a great guy when you meet him but is as shady as they come. I contracted for some sod services and we agreed on a price. Time came to to provide the service and they just showed up one day. Upon returning home from work only half the agreed upon work had been completed. After some phone calls Rick, the owner, called and asked if we could chat. Knowing full well what was about to happen I agreed. The rest is history. He tried to give me $100 off of the price of $1500 (of which $729 had been prepaid) to not finish the other half, then when I didn't accept he labeled me rude and unagreeable for not letting him out of the responsibility of finishing. If for some reason you do not heed this warning make sure his paper written estimate includes, in writing, exactly what it is he will be doing. Exactly! I was going to let this go but this morning I came home to two strips of some sort of grass killing chemical conveniently poured on only my yard. I am not saying Rick did this or anyone from his company, but I'll let you all be the judge of that.
