John was very honest with his pricing and process. I felt I needed a number of different services, but John in fact talked me down. He explained why and the proof was in the end result. Fast forward a few weeks, and my lawn was looking lush, green and full of life. Everyone tried to sell me new Sod, I thought all hope was lost. John took my inquiry seriously and came out, made an assessment, educated me and was honest and upfront about what needed to be done and explained that my lawn could be saved. John came over to help out with my yard. It was a dead pile of hay and he brought it back to a rich solid green. From scarifying, aerating, laying top soil, laying seed and starter fertilizer, he does it all. He is very professional and punctual. He always gave me many tips on maintenance from watering the new seeds to the first lawn cut. The photos are from middle of April to beginning of June.

John came by to aerate my lawn, he did a great job for an honest price. He gave some some great lawncare tips too. Highly recommended.

John is a great guy and I highly recommend him. I was looking for someone to cut my lawn and he surprised me of how honest and dedicated he is, I had some uncovered spots and my grass was yellow and full of weeds but he did an awesome job and my yard looks amazing now. John is also a great handy man around the house, he did some interior work for me very professionally.
