Excellent work. They showed up on time, removed a dead 25-foot walnut tree, ground out the stump and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. Price was very good.

We set out getting quotes a few months ago to replace all of the mulch in our flower beds with river rock. Came up to about 10-12 tons. I prefer to do all of my own work, but there was just no way I work out the logistics of doing it myself We have a large asphalt driveway and there was just no way for me to get that much material delivered without damaging something; not to mention it would take me a full week to do it myself...if I didnt die from exhaustion first. Anyway Russell showed up in the rain and walked the area and sent me a detailed quote that evening. Out of all of the quotes he was the only one that had made considerations for the driveway and had a plan. He was also the only one that was going to remove all of the old material and not just pile stuff on top of what was there. Long story short, they arrived on time, set to work immediately, and the wife and I were just amazed at not only how much work it actually was, but how fast they did it. About a billion wheelbarrow trips and two smaller trucks later the work was done, it looked amazing, but even better everything was cleaned and there was zero damage to anything. I dont know how you move 12 tons of stone without at least marking up something, but they did it. These are my go-to guys now for anything that I cant tackle on my own.

We had 2 trees removed and brush cleared for a new garage and 2 giant red oak trees trimmed up. Also they prepped the ground for the garage base. They were very fast and thorough! They finished a big job in 2 days with no issues. Highly recommend.

Bear cleared an ivy infestation and cut down/grinded stumps for 5 trees, all in two days. They are extremely professional and efficient, and their price was less expensive than a couple of other companies. A team even came back on a third day to clear some additional debris at our request. They communicated with us throughout and even took into account the effect on neighborhood traffic, flexing to allow cars in and out. As long as I live in Severna Park, I wont call anyone but Bear to do our landscaping work

Requested a tree removal quote. The estimator was almost an hour late and was almost 3 times higher than two competitors who were within ten dollars of each other.

We used Bear landscaping to clear some woods in our backyard to gain some play area for the kids. Russell (the owner) was patient and took the time to make sure the job was laid out to our expectations. His crew was friendly and polite and even cut out a stump table and four small chairs for the kids. We are happy with the results. The fine grading made a big difference.

I cannot say enough good things about Bear Landscaping. Russel and team did an outstanding job on our property. He came up with ideas we had not thought about. I was happy with his crew and his tree trimming services but I was disappointed that they dug up a power line even after I pointed its location out to him. He sent a guy over and left me with 10-12 foot of live electrical wire laying in the ground. I had considered using him in the future for sodding the yard since his equipment turned my yard into a dirt farm but since he refused to fix something his crew broke I will go with someone else.

Wow! These guys are amazing. We had two large trees die. One was right between our house and our neighbors, and the power lines. The used their bucket truck and in was down in no time. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up evening. I would highly recommend this company.
