The Technician assigned to my properties are awesome., if I am home the are very respectful and answer any questions I may have. The price are resable compaired to others. These are the reason I stay with Lawn Doctor: respectful, on-time, opened mind and very polite.

I am very happy with Lawn Doctor. My front lawn was a mess before they first came, reseeded and cared for it. Now, after 2 years with them I am very pleased with the way the lawn looks. Their customer service is excellent. They are easy to reach by phone or email and the respond quickly to any questions.

Brendan noticed some changes at my property and went out of his way to contact me to clarify my required services. He called and when I wasn t able to pick up at that time, he texted as a follow up. He also responded very promptly to my follow up texts. I really appreciate his communication and diligence in reaching me to make sure my services were correct. He s also always very diligent about making sure gates are closed when he finishes and putting a service notification sign up to keep our pets safe. His customer service is top notch!

Mosquito control! It works great! I am very pleased with Lawn Doctors services. My lawn is looking way better than expected, even though I own a large dog! My front yard is thick and green and I truly owe that to Lawn Doctor. Lawn does an excellent job of caring for my lawn. It is a company that listens if you have a problem.

We spent $1400 on service and our lawn still looked awful. We were told that we would get a complimentary seeding after we canceled, but I had to call multiple times just to get them to even do that. Complete waste of money. There s something off about all of these good reviews. We put false trust into their process and were failed. Our lawn has many dead areas.

I have used this company for years and the lawn shows it. It is lush, mostly weed free, and like a carpet. The staff is very professional and if I call with a concern, they respond very quickly. The program is Bay friendly. I will be continuing annual soil testing to reduce products used if not needed. I believe they will work with me on this endeavor.

Lawn has never been greener!

Decided to blow up my crabgrass and weed factory of a lawn so I sprayed it with weed killer, and just like that my lawn was brown and dead. I then called Lawn Dr in Annapolis and they came out, did a chemical and physical evaluation of my lawn and came up with a plan. I decided to add aeration and seeding. The guys came out and using their motorized equipment they did a great job of fully treating my yard. I faithfully watered for 2-3 weeks and now have a beautiful yard of green fescue. I am hopeful that the grass grows throught next summer and through any periods of drought. So far very happy with LAWN DR!

The lawn treatments are applied in a timely fashion and the technician leaves a flyer stating what was done so you always know whats going on. They also follow up with an email. We get compliments on our lawn all the time.

I am not sure what you need, I am satisfied with the service rendered by the technicians Winston Mobuary and Quentin Day. I would like to request notice prior to the days they are coming so that I could secure my dog and open the gate for access to the backyard. The techs assure me that they have done the backyard on each visit, but I have no way to verify this because they only post the warning cards on the front lawn, not the backyard lawn.

I think my lawn looks better than it has ever looked. I worked on my lawn for years myself and spent a small fortune on fertilizers and lawn products and have found the cost and results are well worth the money I wasted on chemicals and the effort. Not to mention having to find a way for storing leftover chemicals.

They even come back to retreat (for free) if weeds grow back up after initial treatment. I had to call 5 times and I still dont think they cancelled my service. I cant remove my credit card from their website so I just locked it. They wont be charging me for service I cancelled and for killing my grass. Enough is enough. I can turn my own grass brown dont need to pay them to do it, plus Im moving earlier than I thought. My only complaint is that the machine they use does not get close enough to the edges of the lawn and therefore many weeds around the perimeter. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service.

My husband and I signed up for Lawn Dr. services this spring and could not be more happy with the results we have seen over the course of this season. Lawn Doctor has been taking care of our yards for many seasons. We have one of the most public gardens in Annapolis, located on the City Dock. Several positive differences with Lawn Dr., Edgewater. Personal attention and review of our lawn wishes/needs. Very quick turn around. Told me that my plan to add an additional seeding was not necessary because if the seeding they provided in the fall was not satisfactory they would make it right in the spring.
