Sold me what they called top soil that is obviously not top soil just dirt with clay and sand. Called another place and thankfully actually got some soil. The light sandy pile is from Bedrock and the dark real soil is from a reputable business.
I called to set up an appointment to have a travel driveway. I was told by the wife, who was very pleasant, that her husband would would call me later. I did speak with him and we set up an appointment for the next Wednesday. After the time he was to. After over an hour being late for the appointment at my house, I called the wife and she said he wouldn’t be in the area. I asked her why he didn’t call and let me know, and all she said was he wasn’t in the area and she was sorry. She told me he would call me later in the day. No call from the husband at all. On the second morning, she called to decline the opportunity to go the job. I guess he leaves a tough calls to his wife. That’s all that had to tell me from the beginning Knut because of all the positive reviews I stayed with them. I donot recommend the way this company does business

You need to know that there are still excellent small businesses that are honest, do EXACTLY what they say they will, have outstanding prices and ALWAYS STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. This describes Bedrock PERFECTLY. Joyce and Danny Burgess are two fine people that you can trust. They do excellent repair work and always stand behind their work. Their prices are cheaper than shopping on-line and I have started buying from them first because their prices are the best. So many times I have become disillusioned with many small businesses, but you have to give BEDROCK a chance before shopping anywhere else. THEY ARE THE BEST.
Love this small owner operated business. They carry the best brands, have parts for equipment they sell, do repairs at a reasonaeble price and have reasonable prices on their equipment: what else could you need. Check them out and you'll be convinced to shop local: it also helps your local economy.

This was my first time and I wont go back, they told me 2 to 3 weeks, I called after 3 weeks and not fixed, they couldnt give me a new date. One more week passed and call again and not ready yet, when I asked about the date when can be ready they told me the same, that they were busy and they didnt have a date. After more than a month I went to pick it up hopping they did something but theyvdixnt even touch it. If I knew this was go7ng to happen I font leave it there, people should be more responsible and not waste other peoples time. Im sure im not the only one in this situation, you can see all the machines out waiting yo be fixed. I advise you dont take it there unless you want to wait forever to get it fixed.

Friendly staff, great service and product
Ive done business with Bedrock in the past for various reasons and it has always been fine. This time they replaced the carb, manifold, fuel line, plugs and fuel filter on my zero turn. That was what I took it there for, and to their credit, that is what they repaired. However, I got my mower back with a problem that it didnt have when i took it there. They were having to shake the wires going to the pressure switch to get the mower to run. Their answer? thats how we got it. I told them that it wasnt doing that when I brought it there, but there was no offer to fix the problem. ( I guess they thought that I was lying to them).When I approached the mechanic, he told me that the wires are wore out, then walked away as fast as he could (as I was talking to him), lol. Why not offer a solution to a customer that has just spent $400.00 on a mower repair?
