Previously used this service for a full clean up on our property back in Oct 2021. The people were very friendly and professional and they did a good job. I called again last week to set up another service but without the full clean up. Someone scheduled me and quoted me $750 which is a bit of a hefty sum so I called again to do a re-estimate without certain added services that didn t need to be done. I even mentioned also interested in setting up a summer contract Got a call back from someone named Tyler. She was not friendly and sounded annoyed whenever I asked her questions and said my scheduled date would have to be rescheduled, most likely pushed back. She couldn t give me a set date and didn t offer to get back to me once she could confirm a new date. I told her I needed it done by that date as we re having family out of state over at that time, that s why I scheduled it beforehand. She basically just said it s either this or that, type of ultimatum. Not pleased with her customer service... a great company but her lack of accommodation on that call didn t sit well with me at all. I canceled the service.

Ive used Parkview in the past and theyve done a good job. However, last year and again this year Ive made appointments to get options and estimates for tree planting mulch spreading and estimates along with mulch. In both cases Benjamin not only did not show up but never even called to say he wouldnt be able to make it. This is unprofessional. I waited around for two hours. I wont be requesting any more estimates from Parkview.

These guys are awesome. I contacted them 2 weeks ago when I noticed a crack in my lawn sprinkler control system. They replaced faulty parts and made a custom irrigation manifold to replace the cracked one. Not only were they able to get the job done well, they knocked it out from start to finish today! Thank you parkview, I am very much looking forward to our next project together.

Unprofessional, worst customer service, unresponsive. its impossible to schedule anything or get reply. Seems like several customers have similar complains from them but looks like they try to reply here but do not want to improve their customer service. Writing this for my parents, and do not recommend!

giving them a two... which is really the benefit of the doubt!!! basing my decision on the very poor behavior of their driver!!! today at 4:05 p.m. he ran my vehicle off the freeway... just to make his exit on to 527, so he could run another vehicle out of his lane to make the northbound I 5 entrance from 526/527 interchange. I will never hire a company whose drivers show such little regard for others.

The complex I live in uses this company for their landscaping needs. Within the last few weeks of service, whoever was using the riding lawnmower damaged my brand new barbecue. The thing is only a few months old and has never been used. The manager in our office contacted them and they are denying it was them. Im sorry, but there is NO WAY a human can push this thing hard enough to bend the leg into a 90 degree angle and CRACK the metal. If they needed it moved (and no, it was not on the grass) all they had to do was knock on the door or roll it out of their way. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I usually don t write reviews but based on my experience with them for around 6 months, I am happy with their lawn service. They are truly personal, professional, and proactive like it says in their site. Give them a try, you ll get a top notch service. I ll recommend them to our HOA.

Parkview Landscaping is the best lawncare service in Washington! After signing up for their bi monthly service, I no longer have to even think about my lawn since I know it will be done when I get home! Such a time saver and great value.

I have a really big lawn and I could never keep with mowing the lawn and also I could never do it neatly. I then hired Parkview to help me with lawn mowing and since then my lawn has always looked tidy and well maintained. Thank you Parkview. I could not be happier.

Parkview has shown excellent integrity in their work, from the speed of which things are done, to the quality of the work performed. Every worker who arrived had an excellent work ethic and professional manner. I have been delighted with everything done so far, and I highly recommend them.

Customer service is pretty responsive. There was an error on my invoice, and they were able to correct it before any type of processing (because they verify prior to processing). Service has been pretty good. They are usually there before I leave for the morning, so I know that they are doing their job. Patches and weeds have been gone since they started. I did take a break during the winter because of the weather and being away on vacation for a month. They were able to put a hold on my service and will continue again in the spring.

Very reasonable pricing and easy customer service from the owners. Very prompt with getting back to me with my questions and quotes. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for any type of yard work, big or small.

First year for us using Parkview for full service maintenance. Crew is usually responsive and hard working. Benjamin comes out to quote extra services very promptly. I did need to ask about schedule for fertilizing and weeding. Crew did great work on fall cleanup and pruning. I did need to point out what I wanted trimmed and to what point. Second year should be even smoother!

Weve been very happy with the results each time we have a job. They have done great on multiple yard cleanups, hedge trimming and tree trimming. Well continue to use them long term.

We are very happy with the service. The guys are hard-working and will do whatever you feel is necessary. They are flexible and very hard workers. I will renew my contract next year.

Called up Parkview for a last minute landscaping job (to tidy the yard and trim the trees) and they came right out and did the work with no hassle and priced right. There was a tree they had to come back and re-trim, and there was no liner used under the flower bed, so weeds came back within a week, but knowing that now, I think Id just request using a liner in the flower bed the next time around and all would be fine. Great service!

We hired Parkview to help freshen up the curb appeal of our house before listing it for sale. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with. However, they chose to use an orange color mulch that was different from the black mulch we already had in our flower beds. Thankfully we realized this before they spread too much of it. The problem was quickly fixed...even though they werent able to return the orange mulch and had to take a hit. This was our first experience with a landscaping company. They did a great job, but we know now to be more clear about what were looking for in the future.

Parkview is awesome. They came in on schedule and under budget. They handled the design and install and we are looking forward to having them back to do maintenance as well as the backyard. Benjamin was quick and responsive and the crews were really great. I could tell they really cared. This is what contractors should be like.

The Crew at ParkView Landscaping are the most professional and diligent that my wife and I have met in our 17 years at our home in the Mill Creek area. Ben takes the time as often as needed to come out based on our schedule to talk about what we need and offer fresh ideas that not only enhance our yard but also meet our budget. Recently for thanksgiving after a particularly nasty wind storm that left our yard and beds covered in debris, we needed an unscheduled clean-up and Ben magically worked us into the schedule. Thanks! One last point - before starting work, Parkview provides a detailed quote with prices and schedule he is open to change based on our needs. I have never had a landscaper be so detailed and forthcoming with a guarantee on their services.

Parkview Landscaping had very reasonable rates, especially given our yard that was in desperate need of weeding. They were able to come out fairly quickly from the time I approved the services, which was very appreciated. (Especially by my husband!) The rates for monthly services were lower than expected as well and I plan on having Parkview maintain my lawn during the sprint/summer season. I would definitely recommend them.

Benjamin was a rock star every step of our landscape project. Communicated well, tons of useful design expertise and customer service first. Likewise his employee where very attentive to our needs.

Parkview showed up earlier than expected to core-aerate and dethatch our lawn. They completed the job and picked up the clippings as well. Work was done in 1 day, and cost was minimal. We would definitely use their services again in the future.

Parkview (Benjamin) was the only company to get back to me within 24hours of leaving a message. Looking to remove two larger trees, replace with some cedars (privacy barrier), service irrigation and clean up yard. They had a guy come over next afternoon to locate (buried under mulch) the control boxes in a very overgrown and large front yard. Did servicing and repaired a couple of valves and asked locations. Came back as scheduled and worked quickly to remove and replace trees all in the same day. Quick, respectful, fair prices, nice guys to work with.

Benjamin is doing best job every time. Had irrigation winterization this winter. Great work.

The day was June 22nd, 2017 - two days before my sons wedding. Relatives would be showing up from out of state on the 23rd. With all the preparations, cleaning like a mad woman, catering details, and frankly the insanity that comes with putting a wedding together... I completely forgot about the yard! One brief moment to see what was needed to make it more presentable, and it was obvious that I needed a professional landscaping company. I had heard about Parkview Landscaping and gave them a call, explaineding my dilemma. Maggie listened intently, and said it would take a miracle (summer=busy season!) to get a crew to my house the next morning (June 23rd), but she would do what she could. I told her that I knew it was a long shot, but appreciated her trying. Maggie called back within an hour, and (to my delight!), said a crew would be out the next morning at 10am! The two-man crew, Reilly and Mauricio, showed up early, worked hard and fast for two hours on a hot summer day. My husband and I were beyond impressed with the amount of work they accomplished in such a small amout of time. They loaded all the brush into their dump truck, made sure we were happy with the results and headed off to another landscaping job. Both of these young men were polite, smiling and very professional. The next day, I received an email showing the total charges. Again, I was impressed and surprised at the affordability! Truly, I had expected it to be much more. Needless to say, I highly recommend Parkview Landscaping. They saved the day for me, during a stressful time, and they earned a life-long customer!

Parkview Landscaping does an exceptional job on lawn services and care! One great difference that separates Parkview from the rest is costs and quality of service you receive. Their customer service is outstanding as well, my lawn grows slower in the winter and I can easily start and stop service at anytime and do not have to pay any extra charges. Their online payment service is easy to use and makes payment easy...I can also requests less or additional service through their website ! I would recommend Parkview Landscaping to my mom!!!

Prior to autumn leaves dropping all was good but after I had noticed that since clippings were not caught/bagged the shredded leaves were scattered on the lawn. I would have made more of a deal if the property were not a rental. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Reliable, friendly, and honestly priced service!

The first time around (last year) the team did a great job of taking care of our yard (lawn, trees, bushes and mulch). Everything was professional and smooth. Next time around (this past spring) I asked for their availability and it took a week to get reply saying that even their estimators are booked weeks in advance. This time (july) I contacted them a couple of weeks ago, they sent a person to estimate the work. The estimator was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice. However it has been more than a week since then and we still havent received any updates. No estimates, no next steps, no availability schedule to perform the work. Received no replies at all over the email when asked for updates. It is very frustrating that its impossible to schedule anything or even just receive replies :(

I called them to come do a spring cleaning of our yard as a one time job that needed to be done quickly as we were having a big gathering at our place. They were able to get the job done even earlier than i needed it and were very competitively priced. The guys were very professional and polite. They made our yard look amazing. Since they did such a great job we ended up hiring them again for another job of thatching/seeding/mulch as well as starting to come out for bi-weekly maintenance(mow, edge, weed) since again their prices were very good. They did a fantastic job on everything theyve done for us.

I have been using Parkview for years and happy with the service. They have done variety of work over the years from general mowing services to more complicated projects. Benjamin and his crew are very efficient in what they do. I would recommend their services to others and would certainly keep using for my own projects in the future.

We recently moved to Mil Creek and needed to find a landscaper. Parkview has provided a complete 12 month set of services for home landscaping for the last year at competitive price compared to other bids we received. They have provided mowing, fertilizing, law replacements, seeding, weeding, fall blowing, pruning, moss control, and sprinkler maintenance for our new home. They have always been good about letting us know when they are coming. Their crews are easy to talk with and are willing to do the extra work we sometimes have asked for.
