Turf grass experts are awesome, price is fair. The communication is excellent. I had a custom request due to some work in our side and back yard and they worked with me to use a walk behind spreader instead of the ride on. These guys are 100% customer oriented. You are not just another number but an actual person to them. This is the first year using turf grass experts and they knocked it out of the park with service and communication. We look forward to 2025.
Good prices, but terrible communications. After 13 calls, 5 emails and several contacts on web form over a 3 week period, i finally received one return email. It didn't even address the matter that i was concerned about -- applying chemicals to my lawn after new seed was germinating. I really wanted to work with a local business and gave several opportunities to address my concerns (including a few burned out areas). Really sorry that this did not work out.
We called in Turf Experts when we purchased an old home that had never treated the yard in 50 years. They brought the yard back to life. Its not an over night change it takes a few years and each spring it looks better. They just did the aeration. I said turn it into Swiss cheese and they did with lots of seed to fall into the holes.

These folk’s exceeded my expectations. Yesterday your folks were out for aeration and overseeding our lawn. It was by chance I was home and able to watch the process. The tech did a great job, he covered the entire lawn, avoided all the marked sprinklers and showed care and attention to detail. I have watched other companies treat our neighbors yards and none compare to the attention to detail this guy did.
I am finishing my second year with TurfGrass Experts. Their work and dedication has been excellent. Great communication and response to customer concerns. Joe and John are top notch in what they do. Our yard has never looked better and the amazing customer service is such a breath of fresh air over large companies like Tru Green and Oasis. I had two really bad experiences with those two businesses and nothing but positive with TurfGrassExperts so I can’t imagine ever making a change!
We have used TurfGrass over the past several years and have been extremely happy with their service. Our yard looks better and better each year. They do a great job communicating when they will be out for treatments and are very accommodating should the date not work for the customer. Highly recommend this company.

Very responsive company. However, their inability to control weeds in my yard made me look elsewhere. They happily came back to do more applications, but my yard still looked terrible.
