I have used Lawn Tech for Lawn Weed Control and Lawn Pest Control (Ticks) since 2013. They have been great to work with over the years. The Techs that come to your house pay attention to areas that the spreader does not reach and makes sure to hand spread those areas so your lawn gets complete coverage. I have reached out to Kristie in their office on several occasions asking questions via email and she responds quickly and professionally each time. They send me an email a few days prior to their Tech coming to let me know and if there is any thing I want to adjust for the upcoming service. I have been using Lawn Tech now for over 5 years, since the Spring of 2018, and I have no complaints about the company or the services it provides. My Technician, Tim H., shows up, performs his services and provides me with a hard copy of the invoice, detailing the services performed for that day. If Tims machinery didnt make any noises, you would never know he was here. Ive only had questions a couple of times and Tim provided responses immediately. Lawn Techs online billing system is simple, detailed and easy to use. My invoice is usually available online in a few hours following the service provided. Kristie I., CSR, provides a follow-up, same day service call, to ensure that all went well and to see if there were any questions or concerns, and to inform me of their referral programs and specials. Kristie is very cordial and polite while inquiring if I have time to speak with her. I just recently received an email regarding the 2023 fall core aeriation and overseeding program from Rich R. After responding to the email with a few questions, I received an immediate follow-up call based upon my inquiries regarding pricing and scheduling. In my experience, Lawn Tech has proven to be a top-shelf family operated organization which is very responsive to a customers needs. My lawn has seen a tremendous improvement each year since signing up with Lawn Tech, and I could not have asked for a friendlier, responsive, dedicated and caring organization. Been a Lawn Tech customer for several years now. With my work schedule it was nearly impossible to apply the various fertilizers and weed preventers in the necessary time windows. My wife talked me into a service. Not having to worry about the weather and where I might be working is a huge relief for me. In doing calculations comparing what purchasing lawn chemicals at the stores Lawn Tech is more cost effective. I have this argument with a couple of my friends every time we get together.

Applications this entire year have been applied by the same technician who met with me on most of his visits, often put down fertilizer just prior to rainfall, caused no harm to any foundation or landscaping plants and fully answered any question I had. Mother Nature doesnt always cooperate. But the Lawn Tech Team is always willing to meet and discuss the individual and specific needs of customers. Ive been a Lawn Tech client for a long time (years!) and my lawn has come a mighty long way. With the help of Lawn Tech technicians, my lawn today looks better than ever. And again, its not always easy with this crazy NJ weather: too hot; too humid; too much rain; too little. OMG! I am always notified ahead of time when Lawn Tech will be treating the lawn. Working from home allows me to meet personally with the technician. We walk the yard together. The tech points out areas of concern, and I point out mine. Treatment is adjusted to specific lawn needs. Recently, Technician Noah (what a GREAT name!) treated the lawn, and explained that days treatment, what to expect in the coming days, and what my specific next steps would be (mow - or not -, water the lawn, etc.) These technicians know what theyre doing and know what theyre talking about. Update Response from the owner: You are 100% incorrect. My primary concern did not stem from the revised quote, it stemmed from LawnTechs ability to hear my lawn issue and offer a solution to it. But since you mentioned the revised quote, I should note that the original quote was from an incentive package, while the ladder was not. That, coupled with a substantial reduction in area coverage, and my wanting to ensure the numbers were right, assuming Id be with LawnTech for years, drove my inquiries. The 2nd field technician (whom was great) answered my concerns with the grass, fully. The 5/24 call from LawnTech was in direct response to this review. I understand why you need to respond to these reviews, but please do so in truthfulness and accuracy. ==================== Original Review: Ive seen Lawn Techs service trucks around the area for years and decided to give them a try. I expressed to the sales person initially that my greatest goal was to grow more grass (my property has a lot of patches and weeds). This conversation was in early April, so I asked if seeding can occur during the year. He said yes. I assumed the sales person was selling me on a program that helped me grow new grass. That was not the case. The communication with them was laborious. One time I called the sales person and I was told he was restarting his computer and hell call me back once it was up. 30 mins later, no return call, so I called again. And asked if he was still restarting his computer. Eventually, they had a field technician come out to assess the property with me. Something I had inquired about during my first call with them. This field technician was knowledgeable and offered me clarity. So far, the experience with Lawn Tech has been disappointing at best. But I had decided to move forward with them and see how it goes. This review will be updated after the season is over and after Ive had the chance to experience their work. I hope it works out.

UPDATE: June 13, 2022 Continue to be pleased with the service LawnTech provides. Hello. I wanted to take the time to thank Lawn Tech for their continued lawn care services. In particular, to the technician, Noah C., who is a real pro! He does a thorough walk through to examine my lawn and backyard to see the progression of the last treatment. Ive never seen that before, and Ive had a few lawn companies come treat my property. He shows that he has an actual interest in the process and care of my lawn, and not just some guy doing his job. He does an excellent and thorough job of treating the turf, really getting into nooks and crannies of my property. So, bravo! I really appreciate the care and enthusiasm he shows, and it definitely gives you guys an edge on the competition. I was having a problem with Japanese Stilt Grass. After 2 years of treatment I had no stilt grass in my yard. It is all around us but none in my grass. Great job lawn tech...

You will pay a lot more for this company versus others. My lawn has looked gradually worse all year, it looks worse than other homeowners lawns that have no lawn care company. If I could upload pictures you would not consider using their service. Huge patches that looked great are dead. The really frustrating thing is when you try and speak with them there is no answer, even when calling the phone # they provide on their invoices. Beware.

I have been using Lawn Tech for many years and have had no problems with thier service also there is no pressure to add extra services that I do not need or want which is appreciated. I usually call or email ahead of my appointment and talk to Beth if I feel there is something I want the tech to know about when he comes to my property such as applying lime so he can do a ph test.

Excellent service that is spot on for maintaining my lawn. Some COVID related hiccups in the past few months but things are always handled professionally and with the customer in mind. Lawn Tech is very efficient lawn care company. They take samples and does a thorough evaluation of your soil and lawn. Treatment is well planned and scheduled not to interfere with normal outdoor living. Additional treatment are done upon request free. Other lawn treatments are offered upon if recognized and needed. Your are given the option for this additional treatments and given a reasonable long payment plan that s very unnoticeable to your monthly budget. After two months of treatment my lawn was weed free and by the fall it was thick and fluffy. Longing forward to next spring and a long lasting lawn care relationship.

Extreme heat, cold, humidity, mountains of snow. Too much rain; not enough rain. The battle rages on - and Lawn Tech is on our side - always receptive to our concerns. They send a Tech out the next day if requested for one-on-one discussion and expert analysis. The recommendations are valued and accurate, and always improves conditions.
