Your Ways work was amazing. I had bushes taken out of the back yard and front of the house. They men working did a very good job. They made the project look easy and at the end very pretty.

For years my lawn and landscaping was entirely DIY, and it looked like it. With lawn mower issues and a patio/retaining wall project one year I looked to Your Way for help. They did such an amazing job that I havent looked back. From fertilizing and mowing, landscaping, irrigation, maintaining the patio and walkway, seasonal cleanups, etc. it has really taken the stress and hassle out of outdoor maintenance for me. My yard has never looked better and I often receive compliments from neighbors.

I was having some issue with erosion on a small hill side, and I knew I needed some type of retaining structure to help hold the hill in place. While I had rough idea of what I wanted - I really did not know what I needed or how to do it. Matt from Your Way Property Services came out and evaluated my site and situation, and presented me with a proposal for an outstanding functioning and looking solution to my problem. I gladly moved forward with the project, and I now have a beautiful bolder retaining wall holding the hill side in place. There are some purposeful steps placed within the wall, and there are beautiful plants placed on the high side. I would highly recommend Matt and his crew for your project. - Jason Commerce Twp.

I am profoundly disappointed with Your Way Property Services. Receiving the wrong arborvitae trees not once, but four times, is utterly unacceptable. Despite my persistent attempts to communicate and address the issue, the company has consistently ignored my requests. Their unprofessionalism and lack of communication have resulted in the worst customer experience Ive ever encountered. I strongly advise against choosing this company, as they have failed to correct their repeated mistakes and provide satisfactory service.

Great workers, and great to work with. Their design was a definite improvement over what I had; the brick walkway and stone border alongside the garage looks great and they resolved the issue with the garage taking in a lot of water in a rainstorm. There were a few unnecessary things I wish I hadnt had done and went over-budget, but I was letting them create their own vision as I didnt have one of my own. A year later, I did have another company improve on the plant layout, however.

Your Way Property Services came out to my house yesterday to do a spring clean up and I was VERY impressed with the results. The snow came early last year so my yard was kind of a mess -- there were plenty of leaves still on the ground from last year. These guys left my property spotless. They trimmed my bushes, picked up all of the leaves, and all of the sticks that had fallen down from my trees over the winter. I was very happy with the work that they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional landscaping/lawn care crew.

Absolutely terrible service every week. The poor manager is here constantly and had to help memorial weekend due to them not completing on Wednesday.excuse after excuse, workers stating we are short staffed and the owner is on vacation. I wouldn t hire or work for them

Matt came out in the spring and provide a quote to install pavers in front of our house as well as a landing for stairs in our backyard. The quote was timely and payment was oh so convenient with an option to pay online. The crew was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The pavers look phenomenal and we ve received many compliments. We will definitely have them come out to do additional work.

They did great work and were very willing to work with what I needed to be done. We had some issues with communication on when they would be out or what was going on and I would have liked to be told what was going on a bit more often than having to reach out and find out myself. Also, scheduling was a bit cumbersome. from the time I agreed to do the work to when they showed up was just about 2 months which is OK but there was a lot of follow up needed to get the dates. Quality and Price was great.

We had a drainage and retaining wall issue. From beginning to end the process was professional. The initial quote/sales meeting was enjoyable. The proposal offered 3 options. The on site team leader met us before the job started and the crew worked together like a family. Everyone was pleasant, seemed to love their jobs and cleaned up every bit of debris. We will hire again. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Ill start by saying we did not choose to have Your Way install landscaping in our front yard. Our builder (Allen Edwin) uses Your Way as one of their landscaping vendors. Your Way mistakenly installed a small landscaping piece at our house in error; they were supposed to install the piece at another house, but their administrative staff had entered our lot number on the work order incorrectly. The installation included edging, a 6x2 pad of river rocks, netting, and a few shrubs. Three weeks after the installation, Your Way came and removed only the shrubs and edging from the installation. We had no notice of this, our builder said they werent getting any updates or information from Your Way, and didnt know why landscaping was installed. They left the river rocks and torn-up netting, however. It looked like someone had vandalized the landscaping. We had to postpone our yard prep four times as we waited for follow-up from Your Way. They finally came a day after they said they would, and removed the installation. Instead of removing the river rocks, they used a skid loader, and dragged most of the rocks through out yard, which we now have to pay more to have removed. Weve postponed our yard prep and lawn installation by nearly 10 weeks due to their error. I understand mistakes happen, but there was no effort to make things right with us. We are new to the Howell area and will tell anyone who asks to avoid this company at all costs. They could have had a new customer if they had tried to make things right with us. As a side note, they were supposed to plant a tree in our yard as part of our builders agreement. They instead just plopped a tree in our yard, and never actually installed it. When they fixed it nearly two months later, they just cut away the burlap from the tree roots. and pushed some dirt around it. The tree is sitting about five inches above the natural grade of the lawn, meaning we will have to fix that mistake too.

We found them so resourceful in discriminating which plants and design would be appropriate for our particular situation. There were a lot of threats to our specific context, and Matt gave us the expert advice, appreciated our hopes, and did not commandeer us towards what was not our preference.

I was told a crew would be out on Thursday, no show. I called and was told a crew would be out Friday, no show again. Is this how a business is run ??

Great family run business! Matt is working with me and budget to landscape my property. He and his designer, created a beautiful, exciting plan that I can complete over time. He gave me guidance on some of the work I could do, on my own, to keep the job affordable. Thanks!

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They matched our previous lawn care price at $38/cut and I was happy they seemed to make the transition easy. Upon getting my second bill I realized they were adding an addition $11.40 per cut as a double cut fee. This was never discussed and wasnt on the previous bill. When I called to inquire they said unfortunately the cost of labor is up and this is how they are making up for it. I asked why I wasnt notified and she didnt have an answer. Im a pretty reasonable person but sneaking in an extra $45/month on my lawn bill is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They didnt offer to refund and I immediately switched lawn care companies since paying $50/cut is ridiculous. I am very happy with our new lawn care company TPC Lawn Care (Tim doesnt charge for double cuts and my lawn looks better than ever)

Andrew was amazing, as he went out of the way to bring the best service I ve ever had for lawn services.. I ve struggled to find someone who is consistent and does as good of a job fertilizing. It shows that they care about what they do and want to provide only the best quality services!! I will definitely be sticking with the company and hope to see Andrew back again soon!

Andrew was extremely quick to respond to all emails and calls. He came out for our initial quote, and then even came back a second time just because we ended up having more questions and requests. The guys that came out and completed the project were super friendly and did a fantastic job. Would definitely come back to Your Way for future services!

Your Way came out and replaced some mulch and trimed busches and landscape. They did a great job for a great price. Will use them again in the future.

This is the worst and most unprofessional landscaping company I ve ever hired. Never performed Fall cleanup in 2019, their Spring cleanup was half done, my kids and I had to finish it. Given the current pandemic situation and delay in starting I tried to be patient, but I ordered Mulch never got it AND was never told it wouldn t be done this year. They were the highest priced company, but I thought I would get what I paid for. Not even close. Their problem is they have too many accounts and not enough resources to support them all. Shockingly, the company is still advertising in monthly mailers.

Efficient update to date and easy to navigate

Great people who care as much or more about my property. I ve had the lawn service for well over 15 years and not a single problem. The fertilization program keeps my yards beautiful all year.

Incredibly incompetent, rude and dishonest. All this before ever using their service. I spent the last three weeks trying to enroll for their service. Keep in mind there was no snow on the ground three weeks ago. Called for a contract several times. Each time their office staff told me someone would contact me in two business days. No one ever called. Yesterday I was told they would email me a contract and true to form there was none in my mailbox today. Today I called and a woman called Andrea couldnt tell me why the contract had not been sent......and Matt, the owner, I hope youre reading this....Andrea suggested I find another service because they were swamped. Need I say more?

Matt and his crew are so knowledgeable and professional. Matt takes pride in his work and it shows. Matt consulted with me offered solutions and the work was better than expectations. I will always use them for any landscape projects. They are simply the best.

Worst place ever ... dont call them . They blew dust and debris all over our customers cars ,they also blew leaves and dirt into our business and then came into our food business with a gas blower to try to fix it made it smell like gas . And they are NEVER ON TIME for snow removal...

A lot of landscape service providers are shying away from projects, but Matt Gorski and his landscape team are trying to get your job finished before the year ends! Ive seen several examples of their work and its amazing!

The work they did was outstanding on my fathers and step mothers property in Ann Arbor. They really took their time and even though they werent the cheapest the work shows that they are definitely worth the money I was quoted for getting the landscape taken care of. Great work and done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their landscape. I will only use them in the future if I need anymore work done.
