McIntosh has been with us since we opened 6 years ago taking care of all our Lawn, Landscaping and Snowplowing needs here at StoryPoint. They are the best in the business and take address all issues in a timely manner. Their crews are very courtesy and professional to all of our residents. McIntosh is very knowledgeable as to what vegetation to plant where and how it will work with building functionality.
McIntosh services are great. I have had them for all of my yard work for at least 5+ years. The team members are all conscientious, friendly and reliable. The management is very responsive to requests. I recommend them highly.

McIntosh Grounds Maintenance is a terrific local business that has done a fabulous job of caring for our lawn and garden. They are reliable, courteous and incredibly responsive. Anytime we have special requests, they always find the time to meet them in the moment or in the near future - even if it is not part of the regular scope of services for the day/visit. They've handled lawn care and mowing, weeding, trimming, mulching and spring/fall cleanup and every task they undertake is done with great care and attention to detail. Doug and Doreen and their team are skilled and very trustworthy.
Doug McIntosh and his crew are phenomenal!! My family have been customers almost from the start of his business. First my Mom, followed by me when I bought my house and he's also helped us out when my sister needed help. They are much more than just mowers- they do Fall and Spring clean-up, bush trimming, planting of bushes and small trees, landscaping, snow removal and a vast majority of many other projects! Call them, you won't find another person or business more honest and genuine than Doug McIntosh and McIntosh Grounds Maintenance!!
McIntosh have been my landscapers for almost 10 years. Their work is perfect, and their attitude toward the work and the customers matches that. My yard represents some real problems, and Doug and all the crew are simply undaunted by those. Their results bring me great pleasure.

Doug has been prompt returning phone calls and addressing and questions or concerns we have. Doug's work crews have been reliable, respectful and hard working. Power went out at my job tonight and McIntosh plowed once early on. When some customers got stuck a little later, we called to see if they could make a second pass through to clear the parking lot. Not only did Brandon and LJ plow the lot, but they helped push vehicles that were stuck and also waited to make sure myself and a few coworkers were able to get out of the parking lot. If I could, Id give 10/5 stars for tonight. Thank yall so much!!! -- Also, the receptionist working tonight (3/3) was absolutely wonderful and deserves a shout out as well!

These guys are awesome. My yard looks fantastic. I also have them do weeding as we had some we just could not get rid of. They were able to keep them gone all season and when they missed one and I called they came right out!

The parking lot of our church is like the front porch of a home. Because of McIntosh Grounds Maintenance, our front porch is always clean and inviting. In good weather, the grass is always neatly mowed and maintained, the shrubs are trimmed, and everything looks healthy and welcoming. In the winter months, our parking lot is always clear of snow and ice. There are many times in the winter when I drive through unplowed, slippery streets to the church building only to find a parking lot that is clear and safe, ready for people to park their cars and safely walk in. McIntosh Grounds has served us well for many years. Im so thankful for the consistently excellent service they give us.
McIntosh did a great job on my yard last week, they are exceptionally responsive to customers requests and work with you to decide what is best for your landscaping needs. Doug personally stopped by to see how the job was going and deliver the Hostas to be planted. I have used McIntosh for many years and would recommend them for your yard maintenance as well.
They were very quick to turn me down as a new customer, unless I committed to a weekly mowing. I hadnt even gotten an amount of what they would charge.

Waste of money. Never plows in time, leaving you to shovel your own driveway AND pay for it. Id say that the sidewalk service has kept me from getting a ticket, but Ive been getting multiple nastygrams from the mail carrier about dangerous conditions.
Agree with the previous post. Very unreliable. They are very friendly up to a point until you have an issue with them. Their drivers are very aggressive. One of their employees hit one of my large trees with their mower removing bark. They denied doing it yet the home security camera showed otherwise. Took my business elsewhere.
