Back To Nature Lawn Care in Milan

Tried to charge me for a service no performed sent me to collections. I will be sure NOT to recommend this company, and actively campaign against them to neighbors.

Didnt see him or what he did. I called you to cancel our service.

I Dont see any lime on my yard. Not happy

They do what they promise. When I had a question the tech got back to me with an answer. My lawn looks much better and the moles are gone

Excellent product and service. My lawn always looks great. My tech, Bill Tackett, is excellent. He has an additional skill in that he knows lawns and all the problems owners face. Hes very observant and notices even the slightest change in my lawn. He just doesnt show up and spray. He analyzes.

Wish he could come a little bit later. So we could clean leaves in our yard. Basically the treatment was all on the leaves.

I noted the the person driving the utility vehicle bumped a small tree in my front yard. The tree is young and could suffer. Fortunately it looks like it was not affected significantly but this is over concern as my trust is put in Back to Nature to care for my yard mindfully.

We have been very happy with the lawn service from back to nature however, I really wish we would ve been given a heads up when you were coming as I would ve had the leafs raked up to get better soil absorption. Our yard is covered in leaves and it was just fertilized.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Tyler Spalding for taking such good care of my lawn. He is one of the best. Takes his time, is very detailed and the result is having a great lawn. He even checked to see if my lawn was going to be cut before an application which it was, so he delayed the application until the next day. Back to Nature needs to keep him so many can enjoy his talents.

Ron was very friendly and able to explain why patches in my lawn have recently appeared. They are from skunks digging for grubs. He was able to apply the treatment right away to eliminate the grubs and prevent further lawn damage.

Back to Nature was as good as their word in providing weed control and continually improving our lawn for 2024! Their staff were prompt and efficient and always had time to answer our questions and discuss lawn conditions. Also, they were thoughtful about addressing how to best manage weed control with pets as we were concerned about the use of pesticides with a dog in our home. We trust Back to Nature and will be using them in 2025 to continue to improve our lawn.

The grass seed applied to my back yard was remarkable. In just 13 days, the grass was coming back. In three weeks, the grass was the best I have ever seen! It looks and feels like professional sports turf. Outstanding. Four years later, we have had excellent lawn health and advice/service. Just de-thatched last week. Waiting for broad leaf application to do its thing. Over seeding commences soon!

I m a new client with Back To Nature and very pleased with the services I ve received! Two of my neighbors had used BTN and specifically recommended that I contact Jennifer Meyers for information! Jennifer happened to be out in the field working and stopped by that very afternoon! I had evidence of a grub infestation and she gave my info on the treatments BTN had available! She was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns! The grub treatment was applied within 2 days! I highly recommend both the company and Jennifer Meyer! We used to have swarms of Mosquitoes but now they are almost no existent. Ron Mouat is our specialist who is talking care of our yard. He is approachable and very knowledgeable about the condition of our yard. He has made recommendations on how to address problem areas of the yard and keeps an eye on the progress of the lawn. The service was excellent and I highly recommend it. I had a section of my lawn that needed weed removal. I planned on doing it before Back to Nature would over-seed, but I was busy with work and didnt get a chance. They came and actually removed the weeds before seeding the area. Thats not what the service included, and they went above and beyond in my opinion. Shows that they care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely keep using them from now on.

Was disappointed when Tyler first came by as I was mowing and knew he couldn t do the treatment. Later I heard the machine and saw he had returned to do the job! Nice work.

I was very disappointed in the service. They sent me an email in late December said they followed up with a notice in writing in January. Dont remember either, but those are busy times. I received, without further notice, an aeration service in late August. I never ordered the service. I did have the service last year, but they gave me the wrong one. I didnt think I should have to pay, but they demanded the money.

After completing a lawn leveling and overseeding project this spring, I contacted Back to Nature to take over the fertilization, weed control and aeration. Ryan Cunningham has been extremely responsive, answering my questions and providing valuable insights and tips regarding watering schedules and mowing tips. In addition, I receive a call or text a day or two before the application is applied so I can prepare accordingly. After a summer with Back to Nature and Ryan, Im impressed!

Weve used Back to Nature for a few years now for weed control and over-seeding, and weve loved them (especially Rob and Billy (awesome technicians) and Jenn (amazing office staff)! Today, Back to Nature applied an insect killer application to the entire lawn (outdoor ant issues) and I had many questions... I would like to highlight the excellent job Mr. Tyler Spalding of Back to Nature did. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He absolutely cared and even had other recommendations for me. He also noticed a few weeds (not in lawn, but by my trees) and applied some spot weed killer to them. Tyler obviously is passionate about his customers and his job. Nice job BTN, he is a keeper!

I have to be clear that I do not use Back to Nature, but my neighbor has for years, their lawn looks great. The issue is the company leaves fertilizer on the sidewalk EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I called and the receptionist was lovely and confirmed there is a company policy against leaving fertilizer on impervious surfaces. Hope to update that the issue has been remedied.

Nice work & nice folks. You get a call before they come, each time. Ther was obvious change the first year. Its an expensive job to get rid of grubs (front lawn). I just wish after 3 years they could get rid of some bumpy, round, brown spots. But, Im glad that when we start to see those hard to kill weeds, you let them know, and they usually respond quickly to reapply in those annoying spots. Always kind on the phone. They will make your lawn look better.

We have over 5 acres for these poor employees to cover yet they NEVER complain. Always arrive on time (contingent on the weather). They have always been responsive to my questions or revisions. ALWAYS polite & friendly!!! I promise that our yard is much much better with their assistance. The cost is very pricey but would be around the same price for us to do it ourselves. You cant beat it. This company is our lifesaver on all aspects. We are on year 5 and still going.

I love my service guy and service. The price is cheaper than others and they allow you to tailor your service based on your needs. I will refer them to a customer of mine for grub control in the spring.

They take care of their customers, If you have a problem with your lawn they will come out and without charge reapply the service you werent happy with. I like the services they have and they let you modify the services to your price range. They also give you $25 if you refer a friend so they can grow their business. Great Company!!

Wonderful experience! Called for estimate on core aeration to my lawn ,receptionist was very polite and friendly. Price was reasonable ,she explained how booked they are but would try and work me in! Told me maybe 2-3 week and would call so I could mark sprinkler heads. OMG ! Back to Naturecalled and sent a very ,very good tech ,Andree ,he was early, professional,and took a great deal of time to do the job right! Andree focused on doing a nice job , no mess, not rushing just to get to the next house ! Seemed like mine was IMPORTANT ! Thanks Back to Nature !

Back to nature has been phenomenal to work with. We are on an organic treatment plan, and they are very responsible about the products they use - and also respectfully let me know when we might need more chemicals to address certain issues. Billy, our technician, is extremely thorough in his service notes to let us know what was done each visit, and he highlights any areas of concern that he sees so we can stay on top of things. He goes above and beyond - and his expertise is invaluable!

Ive been using Back to Nature for a few years now. My lawn looks so good after they ferttilize. Trying their bug spray this year. Not been disappointed yet.

We skipped spraying for 2 years and the lawn is now a weed patch. Just signed up with BTN, excited by what they offer, with a two year plan to restore the lawn without starting over. I was very happy with their approach. Cody came to our house on a Saturday morning and did a great job educating (and selling). Thrilled now to see the great reviews here. Ill be back with an update next spring when we see how much progress they are able to make with a first year of applications!

Just had my first service visit from Back to Nature. It s been two days and there is a dandelion genocide happening in my yard. I love plants. Normally I d be ok with a few dandelions in my yard to feed a bee or two. But the dang things had taken over. I ve never before been happy to watch plants die, but they had to go. Seriously though, I m very happy with the service. The first weed / broadleaf treatment was definitely a success!

I used back to Nature for tree diseases at much lower price than previous service. They were on time, carful, and results were the same as the high service. Randy was very pleasent and careful. great service

Poor communication ! Lawn at our rental never looked good the year they did it. We started doing it and looked better after only one application. Would not recommend
