Good job on the trees but yall left a huge mess on our lawn. For that much money, clean up after yourself.

The true test of a business isnt how they what they when things go right, but what they do when things go wrong. Stuff happens all the time, mistakes are made, problems arise, but the mark of a great business is when they take care of you through every issue. Throughout the tree removal that I hired Tims tree care for, they repaired a fence, came out to re-grind a stump because they missed a spot, and repaired a sprinkler line that broke due to the re-grind. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again.

I ve been using Tim s Tree Service for many years now. Tim s pricing is always reasonable and work done is top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Met with Tim, quote seemed okay, ultimately more than we had budgeted for, but I had no perspective on tree pruning before that quote. When I emailed back about our quote to let them know I would like to remove some trees from the list and to get the cost closer to our budget, I never heard back from them. Ghosted me. I followed back up with a another email, but again, nothing. I called once and went to voicemail, but didnt bother leaving a message. I moved onto another tree service, lots of others out there.

Tims Tree Care did a fabulous job trimming our trees yesterday. Tim spent a lot of time explaining the best way to trim and care for our trees. The price was very fair, the crew was super nice and professional. They made sure we were happy before they left. They show up when they say theyll be there for the estimate and the work. They know what they are doing, and left no mess behind whatsoever. We will be calling them again next spring to trim the other trees we have!

Tims crew did an amazing job! They came while I was at work and when I got home, I couldnt even tell that they had been here because they left my yard and driveway immaculately clean. I was so impressed. They trimmed a tree that offers shade to my flock of chickens and they were so nice to let the girls out of their cramped little coop when they finished. I was so pleased!

I dont normally do reviews, however I do look at reviews when looking to hire. :( Tims Tree Care was exceptional from start to finish. The crew arrived on schedule and were very polite. They did an amazing job of pruning a very large English Oak Tree. Wow what a difference. It looks amazing. They cleaned up so well you couldnt tell they were even there. They did an amazing job. Not only were these guys prompt, but theyre very reasonably priced. When he first came over to do the estimate, he took the time to answer all of my questions and explained it in a way that I understood. I originally called about trimming some trees but wound up having them grind some stumps and do a little yard cleanup/vine removal. The gentlemen that came out were super nice and funny. I will be using them for all of my trimming/yard maintenance needs in the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

What an amazing job Tim s crew did cutting down a huge elm tree and trimming a crabapple tree. The crew were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about trees and they did a fantastic job cleaning up. They came on time on the day they said and I couldn t be happier about the overall job. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Tims Tree Since 2012. They have always been quick to respond and do amazing service. They come out to do tree removal and was in and out within 30 minutes and always provide a smile. I highly recommend this company for all your Tree service projects.

Very pleased with this company! Tim came out, as he said he would, (unlike another company) and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Chris came out to do the job and as a certified arborist, knew what he was talking about and did a GREAT job! There ended up being some small damage to a birdbath but they made it right! The 2 boys that came to my home tried to do everything but what they were being paid for. One even told me it was an optical illusion that the trees hanging on my roof were not even though the Owner and I discussed trimming them away. they did not do what was in the estimate and I will never use them again, I am actually suprised the owner didnt call me to say he would send them back to do the job right says alot doesnt it! dial another number

Tim came out & gave us a quote on trimming & also on removal of 2 trees. The crew was courteous, friendly and worked fast and efficiently to get the two trees down faster than expected. They did a great job on clean up and we will have them come back out later in the spring for stump removal and additional trees removed from our back yard. Great company and I highly recommend them!

Very happy with Tim and the work his men did on a tree in my neighbors yard but with huge dead branches overhanging on my property. Amazing to watch them work! Would definitely use them again.

These guys did a great job of not only trimming our oaks and our mulberry but also removing diseased Aspens. Knowledgeable and gave us the info we needed to improve the overall health of the trees in our yard. Will be calling in them again in the future.

Tim came out and gave me a free estimate to trim two trees and remove a few others. His crew arrived and was very good at communicating throughout the process. I had two very large maples trimmed and 5 trees removed. Tims crew was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions about future tree care.

I had such an amazing experience with Tim s tree care!! They were super professional, nice, and genuinely care about you and your opinion. They came and gave a really affordable estimate and we were able to book them the same week. I told them that I wasn t able to be there on the day they came and they said I didn t have to pay until Monday after I saw the results. They were so nice, I decided last minute that I wanted more trimmed and they accommodated! They came the same day I called and to my surprise were able to cut the extra pieces off! Honestly, such a good crew of people and I m so glad I choose them to trim my trees! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Tim s Tree Care has earned my business for life. I was experimenting yesterday with my Mavic Pro 2 drone s auto-pilot function, and it flew itself into my neighbor s maple tree, about 35 feet up. At 6 pm. And got itself thoroughly stuck. After calling about ten different tree services and leaving messages explaining my issue, I gave up on the idea that I would be able to get my drone out of the tree before morning. I got two phone calls shortly after 9 am, Tim and another tree service. The other company said that it would probably be another two or three days and would cost $250. Tim said he could have one of his guys come over in a few hours and he would do it for substantially less than my other quote. George showed up around noon, and had my drone down in a jiffy. So while I can t speak to their tree cutting abilities, their prices and professional service have made me a huge fan. Thanks Tim and George!

Awesome! I had a tree fall in my front yard after a wind storm. They were able to get to my house that same morning. Very professional and reasonable estimate. Even though they were booked out two weeks they still took time to help me clear the tree from the front of my garage! Would highly recommend

Tims tree service butchered my tree. It was not a trim, it was a butcher. I am totally not impressed.

Will definitely use this service again! I called to have an estimate given on taking down a huge Chinese Elm, George came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and knew his business and was very friendly. The day of the removal the team arrived got right to work and quickly removed the whole tree except the stump and another piece we wanted. The only way we knew they had been here was some sawdust and the stump! Very efficient and clean! Well done guys!

I thought they were great! I love the work. I felt the estimate wasn t jacking me around. I will be using them and recommending them. I m a light sleeper and the trees are right outside my bedroom window. I had no idea they were here working. Until 9:30 am. I m not saying that will be the case for everyone, but it was for me.

Support local business!! We just bought a house and wanted this giant of a tree gone from our backyard. Tim came out and gave us a quote and so much knowledge on how to save our pine in our front yard. His team came out today and removed our tree and I couldn t be happier!! They were on time and freaky fast. They removed all of the mess you wouldn t even know they were here. I would 100% recommend them for any service they offer. I had a yard full of overgrown trees and one that was doing damage to my roof that needed to be cut down. I called Tims Tree service based on the reviews and I am very pleased with the work they did! They came out in a timely manner, cleaned up everything, and their price was the most reasonable bid I received. I will definitely be using their service again!

I personally didnt use this company but my neighbor did. First of all they came into my back yard without my permission. I guess they needed to get to my neighbors tree from my yard. Then there was damage done to my deck though it wasnt anything major its still my deck that you didnt have permission to be on Then when the company was told about the damage they said they wouldnt take care of it. So basically if you want to do business with a company that doesnt care if they damage things and doesnt have any integrity this is the company for you. Basically this company is more trouble than there worth.

Tims Tree Care was reasonably priced so I went with them. If you are worried about a company being insured, or taking responsibility for damaging property, this is NOT a company for you. I hope this review will serve as a warning to other potential costumers. The company damaged my neighbors deck by throwing large limbs onto their deck. I wasnt too worried because the owner, Tim Simmons, said that the company was insured prior to coming to my house. After asking the company to fix the deck before I pay Tims Tree Care, Tim literally yelled at me, calling me a liar. Since I knew I was telling the truth, I sent him photos of the damage that was obviously caused by this company and Tim still denied responsibility. Since then, he sent me an email that I will quote verbatim, Your balance will accrue 18% interest after 30 days. and compounds monthly. After 90 days of none paymnent it will be sent to collections. If you are an English teacher, dont look too closely at how he wrote that. Im not the best at spelling and punctuation either, but I think he wrote this off the top of his head considering the errors. The spelling and grammatical errors arent the issue though. The issue is that Tims company damaged property, denied responsibility even after showing evidence, didnt ask permission to throw branches and logs into my neighbors yard or deck, treated my neighbors and myself poorly, and then out of anger attempted to threatening me with interest and sending me to collections. I would not try and damage this companys reputation. The owner of this company, Tim Simmons, has done this on his own. I am just letting others know about my experience. Here is the end result. My neighbor wanted to sue his company, but I talked him out of it. I dont want to ruin this mans life over very bad customer service. In fact, my wife and I are paying him for the job he poorly completed. (This is not because of his empty threat of interest or collections. We actually have nothing in writing that connects us to anything at all.) Now, with my neighbors help, we are fixing his deck. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I think the company would do a great job if costumer service and damage to property was not something that needed to be considered.

These guys are amazing! I had three big trees around my deck with some big limbs hanging over my house and they cut them down without putting a scratch on my house or deck! Tims crew is hands down the best in the tree business. Had them cut down a huge tree in a extremely tight spot, right between my main power line and the house, they did not make a single scratch. They also did some trimming on two other very tall trees, and as a rockclimber I can tell you what his crew does its safe and proffesional (very impressive nonetheless). Everyone in the crew was respectful and sympathetic, they worked as a team and worked hard. I would recommend Tims Tree Care to anyone without a doubt.

We had a huge cottonwood tree that needed to be removed. The space they had to work in was very restricted as the tree was close to both my house and a neighbors house. They were able to remove the tree with only very minor damage to our fence which they promptly repaired. The whole team was efficient, respectful and very clean. The price for removal of such a large and difficult to remove tree was excellent and significantly lower than other bids we received. I have been thoroughly impress through the entire experience and will definitely be using Tim and his team again. I would recommend them to anyone!

Responded quickly, gave a fair bid, and when it took longer than expected, he kept the price low and close to the original quote when he could have charged considerably more. His team was on time, clean, courteous. They did the job thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Just not what you hope for in a professional company to work on your property doing this type of work.

BEWARE! Whatever you do don t choose this company for your tree service needs. They began on Monday and I was told (by Tim the owner) the work would be completed by the end of the day. The work was not completed until Friday. Tim showed up at my house on Wednesday (2 days before work completed) demanding to be paid right then. I paid him. I also showed him where his team severed the wiring on landscape lights and damaged my box woods (bushes). He told me to submit a repair bill (for the lighting) and he would pay for it. I submitted the repair bill the following Thursday and he refused to pay it stating, we did an extra hours worth of work for $200 so call it even. As for the bushes he said his employee said it was already damaged and he refused to pay for them too. Cameras all around home show how bushes were damaged. Very dishonest and dismissive of me when I tried to state my case. They leave stumps too so if told they will be removed, don t believe it. Would not recommend anyone to use this company unless you want to be ripped off.

Tims Trees came today and they did a super job trimming a very large tree in the front! They explained what the were going to do, completed the job in very satisfactory time and their clean-up was fantastic. I am more than happy with their effort!!

The guys gave my 40ft cottonwood tree an outstanding trimming today, and when the job was over, they left my place looking immaculate! The trimmers listened to my concerns, answered every question, and provided valuable insight into the trimming process. Would I ever use Tim and his crew again? Most definitely!

Tims Tree Care is AWESOME!! We have had him do several jobs in our HOA. Large tree trimming (trees over 40 feet tall). They did such a wonderful job trimming and cleaning up we had him removed a couple of trees, debug over 55 trees, and remove stumps. We will be calling him in the spring for tree shaping. His guys are professional, polite, and well trained. And Tim is professional and it shows that he loves what he does. Just found Tim doing a random internet search. Great reviews and informative website. Prompt response. Came next day for quote. Spent a fair amount of time educating us on tree and shrub trimming. Very impressed. Tim is a self motivated local small business. His crew is just as knowledgeable as he is and very professional. We had one tree removed, 8 trees pruned, many shrubs cut back or shaped. Plus they removed all of the leaves. We will have them back in the spring and every fall. I will never rake another leaf again!! Our yard looks so much better because of them.

We lost a tree in a windstorm, and while we were calling other companies to take care of it, someone from Tims left a card in my door. Im so glad they did! Tim beat the other bids, and the crew that they sent out was just awesome.

They was fast and professional did exactly what I had asked plus some my yard looked better then it did before they came!

I had Tims Tree Care come remove 5 trees that were dead or dying and treat some other trees. They did a great job and even cut and stacked the trunks so we could use it for firewood. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I wasnt home when they finished but was pleased to find they hedged and shaped our shrubs for free. I would highly recommend using them to any one needing tree work or yard clean up done!

I very rarely submit reviews on Google. But I was so impressed with Tim and his tree service crew that I felt compelled describe my experience. Before we hired Tims Tree Care for a moderate tree trimming job, Tim himself came out and gave a very thorough assessment of the state of our trees and then he recommended what we should trim. He did not try to up-sell, and I appreciated that. His bid was hundreds of dollars lower than two others we had. His crew arrived exactly when scheduled and got the job done despite the dwindling sunlight. I was impressed enough that I retained TTC for another job and have one planned for the spring. By the way, Tim is well-connected in the home services business, and he made two very useful recommendations (house painter and window glazing). I wont bother with getting new tree-trimming bids in the future. TTC has earned my trust.

Excellent value and service. Tims crew came out in the morning and took down our huge sycamore tree by days end. They cut up and left the pieces exactly the way I requested so I could use them for firewood and camping. I was very impressed by the friendliness, cohesiveness, and professionalism of his crew. They had a relatively tight area to work in between the house and the power lines, but had no issues, and left the place clean and tidy. The big companies that advertise in all the mailers wanted twice as much and took forever to return my calls for a quote. I defiantly recommend Tims company.

Absolute hacks! Most ridiculous display of tree work Ive ever seen! Completely unsafe and irresponsible! 3 days to down 3 trees!!! What a joke! No wonder theyre cheap!!!

Unlike the glowing reviews, I have had a truly god awful experience with Tims Tree Care. This is a completely amateur crew, who failed to alert and work with Rocky Mountain Power despite working near a service line, which they then hit with a tree limb. As my power (and my neighbors) began going in and out, they had the audacity to blame RMP for this, and took no responsibility for it whatsoever. I put in a complaint with RMP, who sent a level headed competant fellow, and after inspecting the premises, saw that my elderly neighbors conduit was damaged, ripped up due to the service wire getting hit. Ricky Mountain fellow alerted us to the fire hazard, and had us get in contact with the landlord right away. All the freaking while,Tims Tree Care, aware of the damage THEY caused, keeps working away, arrogantly trying to shift off the blame on RMP (which is just infuriating). Like are you kidding me??? To their credit they had an electrician come to inspect the conduit after being confronted by RMP, but I am highly doubtful that would have happened if Rocky Mountain was not here. To top this all off, its 8pm on a Friday night and my power is completely gone, along with my neighbors. I have never dealt with such rude and incompatent workers in my entire life, and if you want quality work done by quality people, this is not the company for you.

Tims crew removed a large dead pine tree from my back yard. They did an excellent job. They hardly let any branches or leaves stay on the ground for more than a few minutes before they cleaned them up. The raked everything and hauled all the material away. They left the yard cleaner than before they came. They were very careful of my wooden deck which was directly below the tree that was being removed and caused absolutely no damage. They were very efficient, professional, and pricing is reasonable. Overall, an excellent experience. I have had them back to remove ivy that had grown up another pine tree. Again, a good experience. I recommend them; best Ive found.

We had Tims Tree Care come out twice this summer and both times we were quite happy with their work. They were great to work with, hard workers, clean, and affordable. We were impressed with the work they did, as were our neighbors. We would definitely use them again.
