Very pleasant to deal with. Knew answers to all my questions. Followed through with every promise she made. (Rare in todays world).

They are doing a Great Job for me. My yard looks like a Million Dollars because of Stewarts.

I would be extremely careful with this company. Unfortunately I have been a customer for several years. The last two years the communication has been terrible. They just show up and do a treatment and bill my credit card. I recieved a text about an Iron treatment that would happen the day after memorial day. I advised Jeff (one of the owners) to look at my flowering pear trees before we did the service. He advised me he would put it my treatment on hold and to text him pictures and he would look at them and let me know. He advised me he monitored the phone and would look at the photos and would advise me if the needed the treatment. I never heard back from him. Stewarts performed the treatment which he advised me he would postpone until he reviewed the photos. I called in to talk to him and never heard back. I called again and said I never heard back from him. When he did call he almost sounded like he didnt know what I was talking about and looked at the photos and said my trees did have some yellow and so I should have recieved the treatment. He wasnt sincere in his apology and said I could have contacted him again. It is unfortnate that you have to deal with this kind of treatment from a company you have been with for many years. I wouldnt put a credit card on file for anything because they just show up and bill you credit card. I take alot of pride in my yard and who I do business with. Trust me there are many companies out there you can do business with and I would find someone else. He apology was insincere and that just agrevated me more because he tried to make it apear I should have called him back. In an industry that has a lot of competition find someone else you wont regret it.

Very disappointed in these bad actors. I enrolled and prepaid for a years worth of service, 6 lawn treatments plus unlimited service calls in the event I needed an additional treatment on 12/6/2021. I received 5 treatments throughout 2022 and they scheduled a 6th treatment but cancelled last minute stating they would reschedule. I didnt hear back from them regarding the last treatment after a week so I called to schedule my final treatment. They informed me they were out of product but would give me my 6th treatment if I enrolled in the service next year. I told them I wanted a prorated refund for the service they didnt perform and they declined. Do not use this company. Stick to someone reliable and capable of upholding their contractual obligations. If you are like me and were defrauded by Stewarts, I encourage you to file in small claims to recover for what they owe you. EDIT: making this edit after Stewart replied to my review. I never requested a full refund, only a refund for the service that was not received (see original above). I ended up getting the Utah Division of Consumer Protection involved who effectively acted as mediator and got Stewart to give me the prorated refund I was searching for.

Awesome company!! Incredible Lawn Care! stewarts brought us back from the dead!! Somebody, I wont mention any names, but his initials are.....my husband Got a little overzealous in spraying the weeds year before last! It killed the weeds all right, but it also killed our lawn in spots! The following year we didnt stand a chance! The weeds came back and the lawn didnt!! to add insult to injury, we couldnt water because we were in a drought! So we obeyed the rules and had the worst looking Lawn weve ever had! So this year we called Stewarts and we are back in business! Not only do we have our lawn back, but we have a gorgeous lawn!! I would recommend Stewarts to anyone!

We have done our own fertilizer and weed control for years. We were surprised to learn the cost with Stewart s was the same or even less than we were already spending. The results have also been excellent. We switched service providers to Stewarts for another location and the lawn treated by Stewarts has no weeds for the first time in years !

I started using Stewart s Lawn Service this year and today I signed up for pest control. I spoke to Brittley and she was very professional.

Find another company! My lawn got worse and worse with their treatments, large burned spots and areas that completely got killed. Not to mention the morning glory and other weeds that then over ran the areas. I prepaid for 6 treatments, and was surprised when they showed up this year and began treatments. Its in the fine print that they maybe gloss over at best that they will continue to treat and charge until you contact them and tell them to stop. My lawn is way worse off than when it started. Plenty of other companies out there that do more and dont have the shady practices that Stewarts does.

Stewarts has been the best place so far they are always striving to be better if they mess something up they work to make it right. Ive seen this in action multiple times there are some people youll never please but Stewarts genuinely cares about their customers and wants to ensure they are getting quality service at a good price. Give them a shot if you live in Utah if you need someone to maintain your lawn, pest, trees, and shrub needs.

Edit: This company only pretends to be helpful after getting negative reviews on Yelp. Their response when I called in was the absolute opposite of being helpful. Let me specifically note that I asked for a respray in my call and they told me that they 100 percent refused to do so. Now only after posting this review, they are claiming that they provide resprays. Just amazing how much they suddenly care only after receiving a negative review. (End of Edit). I have to begin this review by saying that Stewarts Lawn Care once was a good business. I have been a customer for years. They would thoroughly spray your lawn and if they didnt do a good job, they would come back. That is the only thing that made their very high prices worth it. However, in the last year or so, they have become a genuinely awful and unreliable company. I have repeatedly had weeds pop up because they do not do a thorough job and then when I ask them to re-treat the flower beds, it is an enormous hassle getting them to agree to come back and they fail to properly spray the weeds again. Today was the final straw. They arrived just before it started raining and left right when it was raining. When I texted them to make sure that would come back and complete the job, the office manager Nicole claimed that they had done the whole house. I informed them that I have cameras around my house and I had proof that the technician did not complete my yard. Regardless of my proffer to provide them the videos, she did not care at all. She said that she was certain that they did the complete yard. I also want to specify that the office manager Nicole in particular was particularly unhelpful. She could not care less about customers. It is amazing that a customer facing company would hire people who care so little about long-time customers. I want to promise you that if you use Stewarts, you will regret it. Avoid them like the plague. They are very highly priced, they could not care less about their customers or doing a good job. Please find a better service.

I ve had several different lawn care companies come to my home throughout the years and by far Stewarts Lawn Service is more than great!

We were customers at Stewart s for at least three years and really didn t have any issues. This year we noticed a lot more weeds in our lawn and our ring cam showed one of the applications didn t even get the side of our home property line lawn. We called into Voice our concern and someone was going to get back to us but never did. When we called to finally pay off our balance we said we were going to stop our services and they didn t even care. Just took the payment and closed our account. Zero questions were asked why we were stopping our service. Weird

Poor communication and their service did not improve my lawn much at all.

They always show up when theyre supposed to and answer the phone every time I call. We use them for a tree service, a lot of their competition dont even offer the service. Highly recommended

With the last application no message was left prior to the lawn being fertilized and treated for lawn pests. I have a few weeds in my lawn that have never been killed over two years of service.

They did a great job

If I could give them a 0 star I would they are very unprofessional and they do not get rid of your weeds like they promise. Then you tell them you only want a year of services to check out how they are and they dont listen to you. If you wanna get ripped off then see this company

I would normally have given Stewarts a 5 star rating because their service is good and prompt, and the spray they use is effective. However, after years of doing business with them, they say they dont want my business anymore. They have discontinued the option of the single visit service that I normally use and require me to sign up for 4 visits. Since I dont have a significant problem with undesirable insects, I prefer to keep the spraying to minimum to protect bees and beneficial bugs. I have ordered this service to eradicate wasps and elm seed bugs. I have never signed up for the multiple service option. I cant believe they will turn down my business because I only want a single application. Especially when they are already in my neighborhood. Oh well, Ill find another company who actually wants my business. UPDATE: the company explains that due to labor shortage, it cant do single visit exterior treatments, but CAN do single visit interior and foundation treatment. Something tells me its not a labor issue, but a tactic for locking me in to repeat treatments I dont need or want.
