Extremely disappointed and just disgusted. They never checked around the house for entry points. Didn’t help locate mice inside I had to tell them based on traps I had already set out. They put a total of 4 traps inside that look like pizza pocket sleeves. Never checked the crawl space for signs of mice. Didn’t check any of the rooms in the house. Didn’t spray outside or place traps outside. Completely worthless.
They used Trimec 992 for my last treatment. They told me they stopped using Trimec 992 right after they treated my lawn because of its ineffectiveness. I noticed right after the treatments that many of the weeds and plants in my flower bed were dying/dead. Even weeds across my sidewalk in my lava rock died. I was told that only our grass was sprayed so it’s impossible that the herbicide could have killed those weeds or plants. They claim it is just a coincidence. I disagreed because I don’t use weed killer myself and never have. I know my lawn and have lived at my house for 8 years. I hand pick my weeds. The weeds, perennials and annuals are completely dead in one section of my front yard and in the lava rock across my sidewalk in the park strip. This is obviously from the herbicide since it can’t differentiate between weeds and those plants. I’m completely fine with it being accidental however the company refused to admit the possibility of fault and said since I don’t have video evidence when the technician was there they will not make it right. They also canceled all future services for my home. I thought that they would maybe buy me a few salvias to plant where mine were dead or give me a discount on a future service. I had no intention of canceling I was just upset that my plants were dead. They are still dead along with the same issue in a section of my backyard. I also believe this particular herbicide was sprayed too closely to my fruit trees according to the distance the manufacturer says to spray. I hope whatever product the company switched to will be better and they will take the precautions around edible plants and pets seriously.
All Green is always willing to talk to us whenever we have special problems or questions. We buy a package at the start of the season and that always is a nice way to do things! Great service:)
I love their service. The customer service is kind and knowledgeable. The service agents are always right on time. I love that. It's imperative to me that if I'm being told by a company that they will arrive at a set time, they do so. ALL GREEN is a great company.

I was referred to All Green by a friend who has used them for several years. I had a terrible infestation and I was surprised by their low prices and even more surprised when they were able to send someone so quickly. When they got here they spent plenty of time answering all of our questions. I was surprised by this because everyone seems to be in such a rush but I appreciated their willingness to educate us and answer all questions. They were very careful while spraying, especially inside. They treated our house and belongings with respect. I am glad that I gave them a chance and I also signed up to have them come back.
I have used them for almost 20 years. My lawn always looks great and no dandelions. Yea. Very professional. I recommend them to everyone as I want their lawns looking as good as mine.
Found this company through one of the, I guess, managers..? youtube channel, by chance. I called requesting a specific detailed evaluation of my lawn like on their videos and was told that what I needed is their package of fertilizer and pest control services. What I was hoping for was an experience the opposite of trugreen (nightmarish), but so far it's been a company that seems to model themselves after TruGreen. They were scheduled to come between 7-9am and did not arrive till 11:30am. Their technician was not aware of my primary concerns and was just simply there to do their usual 10 minute spray job and leave. He stuck around a little longer to hear me explain my concerns though. But when I handed him a jar of Billbugs he claimed that only a few of them were bill bugs. And I knew that I had put about 3 non billbugs in there, but the rest were definitely bill bugs. He tried to claim that my very obvious Billbug eaten damage was from lack of watering. He said that the chemical that he sprayed was also Turf insects control, but 4 days later I went out and in a 3-ft by 3-ft space I found another 20 Billbugs who are still alive and well in a jar. Also when he left they stabbed their big silly sign in my front yard even though I obviously knew he was there and didn't give them permission to use my yard as advertising, and he happened to stab directly through the center of one of my favorite tulip bulbs. I jokingly said that I hope they didn't have green dye in their spray, and he said that they used to but they stopped because of complaints of overspray onto siding and such. I'm feeling pretty uneasy about a company that would ever put green dye in their spray, even if they don't anymore.

I had All Green come and spray for pests and rodents and they were very friendly and professional. It didn t take very long and everything they used was safe for pets and people. I haven t seen any pests since I ve had them out. Please consider All Green if you find yourself needing any of the services they offer.
The technician was an hour and 15 minutes late and full of excuses. Again, a simple phone call would have alleviated the stress and anger. They NEVER come in the allotted time frame. If i was not tied into a contract, we would be long gone!

I was tired of my neighbors lawn looking sooo good and mine yellow and full of weeds. My neighbor gave me the number to call and they were so responsive and professional. From first call to first application it took a week. Very convenient so far. After they sprayed the tech called me and confirmed that he was done and whst to expect. The weeds are already showing signs of wilting. So far everything has been great. Well see how the summer goes and if my lawn will look as good as my neighbors. Im very optimistic considering how things have gone so far.
He came in the afternoon and began edging which was hard, then moved to cutting the very long grass. He finished up with blowing off the paved surfaces and was exhausted after what he said was an hour and half, which I believe. The grass was too long for 1 worker . We planned a higher rate for the next time.

he was very fast, too fast. he walked through the garden instead on the cement which he probably didnt know it was planted so he should always walk on the sidewalk. otherwise he did a good job. very thorough and punctual

Update - Chris gave me a call and is extremely helpful they are working with us on the few issues we have had and got me back on the schedule for the next day to resolve. Not super happy as of late Ive been using them for about a year now and I still have a bunch of weeds coming up in my lawn and seeing spiders in our house even a few weeks after they sprayed.

My lawns behavior is TBD as they have only been out twice now, but I never know when they are here or what precisely they are doing as they just show up, do the work (?), leave a receipt, and leave. There is zero interaction. Same day update. I was contacted today to ensure I was satisfied with the service and received a thorough explanation of our services and what to expect. I additionally had a very professional conversation around the communication options available to me and modified my selections where needed. This step alone shows me that these guys care about their customers and what they think and perceive. I look forward to the partnership as we move forward.

This company has been great. I paid for a years worth of service and it was a great deal. I have not seen any black widows, a lot less bees, spiders and ants. They were able to come while I was not home. I left my shed and garage doors open and they made sure to close everything before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Ive been using all Green for pest control for years and have never had an issue with them. If you set up an annual plan with them, theyll re spray for free if the original spray doesnt work (depending on the plan of course). I recommend getting on the plan that allows for free re-spray because to me, its totally worth it. Ive used them for my lawn care on and off over the years because I have a hard time justifying the cost for grass but, inevitably, I always end up going back to them because overall, they are cheaper and the product works better than if I do it myself.
