Be aware this company does not cover damage to personal property caused by their employees!

One of there trucks was working with a business next to mine and parked a truck and trailer blocking the entrance to my business. I went out and asked him to move and he just told me no English and ignored me. Had to complain to the business next door and that guy told the Areoscape guy in English to move his truck and amazingly enough he understood him. Very Unprofessional.

Ive used Aeroscape for 14 plus years at multiple communities for general lawn care, seasonal flowers, snow removal and major renovation projects. Ryan, Roberto, Jose, Elena, Kennady and Eric have all been professional, responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

FIVE STARS do not begin to describe the beautiful landscaping job that Aeroscape completed for our family under a difficult time crunch, just before the snow began to fly. They took our new build lot from a muddy mess to the most beautiful yard we could have imagined. New sod, plant designs, sprinkler and drainage systems, distinctive curbing, rock and pavers, every day the outdoor space of our home became more beautiful than the day before. It was also wonderful to work with a local, family-owned business that met every deadline, kept every commitment, and maintained open and detailed communication throughout the process. Aeroscape s knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous staff was a dream to work with from initial concepts all the way to completion. They also prevented us from making costly mistakes and going over-budget. We could not be more thrilled with the end result, and give the Aeroscape team our highest recommendation!!

Not a huge fan of these guys. They do the landscaping and snow removal for our company. There landscaping is usually pretty good but i do have to step out and tell them to keep grass out of pool and other things u would think would be common sense. My issue with aeroscape comes in the winter time. We have a contract with them and yet I still find myself shoving the walks and being told i need to wait for 2 to 3 inches of snow to pile up before they will come work. The point of snow removal is to remove snow so a business can function. Not to wait till the business day is over to clear it. Definitely find someone better for snow removal if u need ur company functioning through out a snowy day.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, one of the salesman showed up at my house middle of my work day with no advance notice or call. He looked at the yard and said what do you want done. Showed him the yard and the area I was hpping to have worked on. He did Not take a single measurement, did Not leave any form of a bid, simply gave me his cell number and said call us when you have a design plan. Um, isnt that part of Why I am hiring a landscape company? And to then reply to my review as if theyve done so much, wow! I understand residential yards are smaller jobs, but the customer should be treated respectfully no matter the size of the job. Glad I have not used them! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have tried to get a quote from this company THREE times in the last few months. Every time I call I am told their project manager will call me within a week. I have NEVER received a call back. Apparently they are not interested in new customers. I will take my business to someone who responds.

Great customer service and response time by the team at Aeroscape. I had my yard completely redone in less than two weeks. Management was very responsive to my calls and helped resolve any issues that came about. Would recommend to any friend that s looking for a residential yard that needs landscaping done.

These guys were truly a pleasure to work with. They are flexible, honest and try their hardest to work with every type of customer, small and large. Dean was great and an expert in customer service. I couldn t be happier with Aeroscape! Beautiful design of low water front yard landscape. Workers were professional and hard-working. They cleaned up after they were done. Leadership was responsive and timely. My concerns were immediately addressed and the plans were modified to cover extra additions at very fair costs. Great working with the whole team.

My solar company had to use a trencher to put in the electrical because I have underground utilities. They destroyed 1/3 of my yard. Dean and his workers redesigned and restored it; it s gorgeous,

I dont even know where to start, this job isnt even done yet and I am so impressed. I just moved into this house and I was eager to get started reviving everything, especially the front yard. Luciano text me after I submitted a form online, and came out to check out exactly what I wanted and we schedule work to get started since I was very happy with their pricing/the bid that was given. They showed up on time, and got straight to work pulling out an unruly bush on my park strip and tending to some other overgrown items. They have done an amazing job so far and have definitely gone above and beyond! I would recommend these guys 10 times out 10!

Aeroscape has provided us with a beautiful front yard of rocks and plants. Water use is now efficient with a great drip system. We worked with Dean, whose excellent ideas and professional guidance was invaluable; the crew was efficient and successful in creating a new look. This company was perfect to replace our too-thirsty lawn.

They do a super job in my neighborhood. And they are nice and friendly .

From sales to installation and follow up, everything went very smoothly. The guys even came back when we wanted 2 of the trees moved a little. Would definitely use again!

They are just okay and average. Jobs are usually rushed. We experienced a tremendous amount of damage in our neighborhood. The large and rushed machinery would tear up grass and scratch fences when used in small spaces. We had to ask for smaller machines in the tight spaces. The speed bumps and curbs were damaged from snow plows and the lawn had been torn up from snow plows as well. None of these items were ever fixed. We then had a garage door backed into by a snow plow going too fast, we had a sign hit which they tried to just stand back up and leave, we had a fence backed into which they didnt acknowledge and we had a large electrical light pole hit and knocked over and left for a homeowner to find with exposed electrical. These items were fixed once we showed video proof. Some people were great to deal with like Jay in customer service as well as Jason who did the fertilizing and Erik in H2O but everybody else was only about the mony hence the overworked staff who couldnt keep up with tasks like sprinklers and weeding issues. We also had to fight and remind them of what was contractually obligated as corners were cut. Living in an HOA can be difficult because you have owners who are not very pleasant and while he would cause an issue from time to time the board would handle it swiftly. The Lawns looked fine for a mow and trim but nothing else to brag about with these guys. I think they are just too big to take on more and keep up properly.

I knew Aeroscape was the right landscaper to go with the minute I met their estimator. Dean was great to work with, lots of ideas, and instilled my confidence the work would look great. As it turned out the work was exemplary. Dean and the crew who did the job were professional, courteous, and informative along the way.

I heard about Aeroscape from a neighborhood Facebook group. Dean, Sandro, and a team of guys worked with me on my front and back yards, and I was really happy with how it turned out! They were able to get me in before the winter season started and were always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Dean is a great friendly guy and gave me some good ideas for how to get the yard looking nice and modern. Sandro did a great job at addressing some of my questions throughout the process and explaining things. The team as a whole was very efficient and did awesome work. I would not hesitate to work with Aeroscape again in the future for my landscaping needs.

They have came to the property on their own time just to make sure things are running smoothly. Our HOA grass is much greener this year than ever thanks to their fertilizers and maintenance. We had experience with other landscapers and it was very poor. After working with Aeroscape it was a night and day difference. They were very professional and did everything in a very quick time frame. Dean and the landscaping team were very helpful with all of the requests and questions. I would highly recommend going with Aeroscape over anyone in the Salt lake area.

I would highly recommend this company for landscaping! Aeroscape built us a beautiful retaining wall with pavers, put in grass and trees and a fire pit at our house in South Jordan. They exceeded all my expectations! We worked with Dean who was very responsive and easy to work with. The price was reasonable and the men who worked on the yard were there every day till everything was perfect. Very happy!

Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Aeroscape is top notch and I would be happy to work with them again. They took on a pretty big job in a very small space and knocked it out of the park. They even took the time to fix up areas of my yard that I did not ask them to and stuck to their original quote. I gave Dean F our vision and let him run with it. He picked out everything from retaining wall blocks, a fire pit design and pavers to plants and river rocks. I could not be happier with the outcome and almost all of my neighbors have joined us in using Dean and the Aeroscape team for their yard. Stop your search here and give them a call. They will respond right away and do a great job. The team will make sure you are taken care of during and after the project is completed.

Had a great Experience with Aeroscape. They started within the time frame they gave us and had it all done very quickly. The workers paid close attention to details and made sure we were happy. Update! The team is doing much better, but Im not willing to take it back to 5 stars yet. For years here in Daybreak they have taken care of our parks in Founders Park area. For the first 4 years they were immaculate, as of this year their service has been extremely poor and attention to detail even worse.

We had a major flood behind a home next us that was a result of our water lines, it was a big mess. Jose and Gaston were out 30 min after I called to look at the damage and get me a bid on the repairs. Gaston has made sure that the homeowners yard was put back together quick and is even better than before! He was excellent to work with and followed through with every detail. We look forward to our next project with them!

I manage an apartment complex for which Aeroscape handles snow removal and lawn maintenance. My account manager rarely if ever followed up on my request or inquiries. I would give 1 star but my new rep, Gaston, has begun to renew my faith. He always communicates and tells me exactly what is happening with my projects. I wouldve canceled my contract by now if he hadnt taken over my property. He shows up and follows through unlike before him when the follow through was terrible. Glad to have Gaston. Really glad.

I worked with this company due to a flood in my yard that was the result of water lines from a business behind my property. The response was great to determine what needed to be done to get my yard put back together. However, communication could have been better. When the crew came to my property to do the work, the lead for the crew, Gaston was not informed of all the work that needed to be done. Gaston made sure that everything was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. He also sent his tech, Eric and crew out quickly to check all my sprinklers and make sure everything was running as it should. Eric made sure I had no issues with any of my lines and sprinklers. Thank you Gaston and Eric!!

I would not recommend Aeroscape to my worst enemy. 1 star is too much. Their crew has damaged property which they refuse to replace. They do not follow up in a timely manner. They have a complete lack of integrity. Our HOA community will be using another, more reliable and honest company. Truly, avoid any dealings with this utterly incompetent and greedy group.

Just wanted to give a huge props to Gaston Chappuis. He was very professional and informative. I trust him to take care of my lawn he does a great job.

The crew at Aeroscape did a fantastic job on my yard. Removed road-base, put down plenty of top-soil and completed it with a nice sprinkler system and sod. From the initial start through the whole project I was able to contact Tim, Dean, and Sandro, who checked up on things, and made sure my yard was complete to pure satisfaction. They designed a well planned sprinkler system, did a great job grading it out, and backfilled and final graded very flat, and very nice! I can t thank the folks enough, from management down, for taking very good care of the needs of the property and being spot on with any issues which came along. Overall I am VERY happy with the progress and once it is complete I will fill in with pictures and more information.

Gaston has been great. Any issue I have had, he is right on it and gets it handled. He isnt afraid to go above and beyond to ensure we are getting the customer service they promise.

Our first account rep wasnt keeping up with our weeding issues and overgrown shrubs. Gaston stepped in and we are finally seeing results! Thank you!

During a recent snowstorm unfortunately one of their trucks hit our fence early in the morning and fortunately, no one was hurt. We have been so impressed how this company has handled the situation, quickly and effectively in resolving the matter. They couldn t have been nicer. This company has a tremendous amount of integrity and care in the way they treat people, Something other companies could definitely learn from this company.

I Manage a sizeable Multi-Family Residential Community and it is great to know you can count on a vendor like Aeroscape to keep your property looking impecable!! Great that I do not have to Babysit at all.. Their Techs just know what to do and they do it correctly. This is a Huge Time Saver for me. Highly Recommend this company and their services!!

I ve honestly never had a landscaping company do such a poor job consistently. They have destroyed our fence posts, and torn up the bark on our tree. There hasn t been one week of mowing our lawn where they have even done the bare minimum to make our lawn look good. Today I finally had to write a review after they used the weedwacker to mow the lawn. I luckily was at home, and was able to stop them when they were cleaning up and ask them why they didn t use a lawn mower. They came back and went over it with the mower, but I shouldn t have to baby sit.

Employees in company vehicles should be taught to be considerate and smart drivers. I was flipped off and cussed out by an employee of your company IN A COMPANY VEHICLE. They almost side swiped my vehicle because they were trying to change lanes and not miss an upcoming turn. Not a great first impression of a company if you ask me.

This is my first season using Aeroscape for the monthly landscaping at the apartment community I manage, and they did awesome job! The flowers looked incredible and the lawns were perfectly edged and green all season long. Our business manager, Jose, was awesome to handle any requests or concerns promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

Aeroscape came to our rescue this winter. After receiving less than acceptable service from our previous snow contractor, we were left with snow covered sidewalks and icy roads, leaving many hazardous spots throughout our community and a safety concern for many of our residents. Aeroscape was able to come out and clear our property of ice and snow, providing clear, safe roads and sidewalks to travel. We have been impressed by the quality of service and look forward to working with them in the future.

Aeroscape has done dozens of landscape packages for us. They are professional and get the job done right.

We have a rather large community in the Cottonwood Heights area with 136 frail elderly Residents who call Aspen Park home. It IS their home, and Aeroscape is part of the absolute beauty that surrounds us! I have to say that Roberto Juarez is part of the secret. We have five oversized courtyards, and four acres of land around our community that all need Aeroscapes magical touch! Every year, people visit us because of our beautiful flower beds...they are a true showpiece. And, with our wonderfully unpredictable weather, Roberto and his team have been almost instantaneous with Mother Natures havoc from wind, hail and snow! I love that the owner is hands on and takes pride in his companies work and that the same great guys that started with him are still there, it says a lot about the company. We reached out to Aeroscape to look into widening our swing set play area and putting down sand underneath the swing set. This was a large task that I didnt want to undertake on my own as it would require a lot of time, but Aeroscape came in and got it finished in just two days! They were great at communicating and fulfilling our needs just as we desired. I would highly recommend them!

Bryson Greenlaugh, who works for Aerospace as a project manager, is Excellent! When He first came out to our property , we were only able to finish the front yard. I had specific ideas and he listened to me closely and drew a pattern and came back to to give us a bid. I was sooo excited as he was well mannered, worked hard, his plant knowledge was Huge, and knew how to have them planted. He was a good supervisor with his crew. He understood what I wanted and my husband and I were NOT disappointed! We absolutely Love the professional design he drew.. We loved his work so much, that we asked him to come back and do our backyard this Year! We are looking forward to it being done! Thank you Bryson!!!

Talked and showed worker that service wasnt completed in front of our business. No response hrs. Later. Called to explain snow plowing not done in front of our business, receptionist said would take care of. 5 hours later nothing. Customers complaining. Shoveling snow myself so cuostomers dont hurt themselves. Id give zero stars if I could.
