Vista Turf has been caring for my lawn for almost ten years now. Vista Turf will bend over backwards to make sure you, the customer, is happy. I have a beautiful lawn that I love because of Jonathan s hard work.

Signed up for services had one visit in Feb 2024 then they go MIA. I can t get anything scheduled, don t return emails or calls until a week later. Just like the rest of our neighbors moved to another company that actually answers phones and responds to emails promptly.

Great Service techs are very knowledgeable although flowerbed services are expensive the sprinkler and lawn care services are not bad!

I recommend VistaTurf to have a great looking yard. While he was treating my yard for weeds, Gavin asked if I had specific concerns. When I mentioned nutsedge, he stated he had treated what he saw. We walked the back yard, and he treated a couple more areas where the nutsedge was harder to spot. I m very satisfied

Patrick called ahead to confirm our appointment time and showed up exactly as scheduled. As soon as he got to our home he immediately started troubleshooting our issues and staking out the trouble spots. His recommendations were exactly right on the money and the cost was very reasonable. We received his estimate same day. An honorable person and very likeable.

My grass has grown thicker and looks really good. I get a lot of compliments on it. The grassy weeds that the treatment doesnt kill have become fewer in number because the grass has grown so thick.

I used to love Vista Turf, but not anymore. They never return your calls, emails, or texts. They say theyre understaffed and they will call you back in 24 hours, but its been 3 weeks and still havent heard from them! I guess I will have to find someone else like so many other people are doing.

I noticed most people in my neighborhood use Vista Turf. I stopped using Trugreen and started using Vista and there customer service and personal touch. Make them worth it.

I have used Vista regularly for almost 3 years now and always pleased with their services. Today, before the tech applied pre-emergent he rang my doorbell and let me know what was happening and the time associated with the treatment. He also made sure the dog was able to go outside and take care of business before he applied the treatment - I appreciated that a lot!

The guys always do an outstanding job. Been using the same company for over 10 years and will keep using them as long as they keep up the good work!

Ive been using Vista Turf for a couple of years and have been very pleased. My lawn was full of roadside asters due to neglect. My neighbors all said the only help was to pull them out by hand, which would leave bare patches. Vista Turf took care of them and my lawn is filling in and looks better than it did when I bought my house. They are good to notify me of upcoming services and are easy to work with. Technicians are friendly and helpful when I have questions. 100% recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Vista Turf is quick to take your money. Ive called several times, left messages with a live person who assures me they will get the message to an account manager (how about a customer service manager instead...). Then no one calls. How about putting some of your profits into customer service instead of shiny expensive placards you leave in my front yard, or the glossy mailings you send to me on a regular basis. Remember, customer service is about SERVICE, not shiny advertisements for your business. I think somewhere along the line you forgot that. Ill be cancelling my service, which Ive had for over a year, tomorrow. Waste of money. Dont use this service.

Bare minimum work, lots of scraggly grass left uncut , weed- type grass undercut consistently, do nothing extra even when grass is practically the same height from 2 weeks prior barely worth the current price, even if competitors are more expensive

I have been very satisfied with the fertilization and aeration services provided by Vista Turf. They have been reliable in terms of completing services on the date indicated or sending an update if a change is needed due to weather. After one year, we saw a huge improvement in the health of the grass and a reduction in weeds. I also appreciate the additional services Vista Turf provides like mulch, weeding flower beds and trimming hedges.

Grass doesnt look like we were promised three years ago. We have water extensively with our well water this year so our yard has not been effective by the drought.

I ve always done my own lawn care and preventive weed care. Due to me owning my business I don t have enough time to apply treatment the way that I want to. I was able to manage my weeds pretty well on my own , but decided to hire a professional company help me manage my lawn care. Unfortunately I did not notice any difference using a professional service and actually noticed more weeks in my lawn. Simply just not happy with the results. I will say in regards to their service. I think they do a really good job with communicating. If there was any issues, they were able to resolve them in a timely manner..

I have called on Vista Turf twice to deal with my sprinkler issues and both times they did exceptional work. First call was related to damaged sprinkler head in the backyard that sprayed water on my roof and neighbor s yard. The second call was for fixing a sprinkler water pipe damaged during concrete driveway installation. My sprinklers work perfectly fine now and I am happy. Btw, request services of Patrick - just a straight up nice and honest guy that won t steer you wrong. Patrick serviced both of my calls and I ve now got his number on speed dial and I m passing out his reference to neighbors.

I have been with Vista Turf for several years now no complaints at all. I use to be with another lawn service but they quit doing sprinkler maintenance. I switched to Vista Turf and found out my sprinkler guy went to Vista Turf. His name is Patrick I was so happy he would still take care of my sprinklers. Love Patrick very nice, professional, and knows what he is doing. You call their office the staff is very friendly and helps you in any way they can. I recommend Vista Turf as your lawn service they provide varieties of many services=)

I had my lawn aerated this past spring by these folks. The office staff is very freindly and helpful. They kept me informed of the scheduling progress to help me with my overseeding in a timely fashion. When the crew arrived for the job, they too were friendly and efficient and completed the project quickly and left my yard in great shape. I am happy to report that, with their assistance and a bit of work on my part, my lawn looks a heck of a lot better now than it has in years. I do plan to call them again for future aerations as needed and probably for any yard work that I can not handle by myself. Thanks, Vista Turf!

Before I started using Vista Turf several years ago I had a particular weed which was taking over my yard. My former lawn company gave me lots of excuses but never really addressed the problem. The first season which I changed to Vista Turf that weed was very much under control. The reason was that Vista Turf did a superior job of applying preemergent. In addition they have installed a large amount of sod, sent a crew to clean out several flower beds, applied liquid aeration, etc. I am very happy with their service.

I feel like sometimes they are not as thorough as they should be. The lawn should be equally mowed and treated. It feels rushed. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality

Have had to call them back to re-service on a few occasions. While they have been responsive to callbacks I feel the issues should have been dealt with on their original treatment.

This has been a difficult year for our yards. Have drought and record high over 100 degree temperatures. Lots of issues over winter. When called they have been responsive. However, we would have appreciated Vista Turf advising us and starting to fix problems earlier in the year.

Bushes planted were really small and expensive

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Have used them for almost a year. Paid for aeration, had a guy come out to look at my yard , suggest a fungus treatment (paid for that) water my yard 3 times a week their weed treatment is SUB PAR to say the least, still have weeds, patchy yellow spots in my yard , and grass looks like it did when I weed treated the yard. I m going with someone else

**UPDATE** no refund was ever issued, and better yet, they charged the SAME CARD I SAID NOT TO AGAIN. Find a better company to use, this one is incompetent. Will not return phone calls or emails. Charged a bank account with the card that was closing. Will not call me back to refund it so I can give them new information. Do not use this place.

I had to cancel my contract with Vista Turf after about a year. I caught them twice not treating my backyard, and when I let the company know, they said that they checked the truck and the right amount of product was used, so I must have been mistaken. I gave them another shot and on the next treatment, the technician was throwing the granules up in the air like confetti on New Years Eve. Well no wonder I didnt feel like I saw much difference in weed control and fertilization. They are affordable, but whats the point, if they arent effective.

VistaTurf called and resolve my concern, I will consider them again in the future.

I had to cancel services with this company. Their price increases have gotten outrageous. Basic mow service for $100 is way too much. They weren t even treating any weeds.

Called for an irrigation repair. Tech came out 2+ weeks after my initial call. Said we had an issue and suggested they re-wire my entire 1acre lot and would send me a quote. Never got quote and was charged $125+ tax for no solution. Called another irrigation company, came out the same day I called them. Tech diagnosed the issue in one hour and completed the repair in another hour. I CANNOT recommend Vista Turf for irrigation repair. Save your money

They came and aerated my yard and the two men who did the job were very nice and did a professional job

Vista Turf charged a premium for their service ($800/month) only to allow chinch bugs to destroy our turf. Imagine paying that much for a service, not providing any solution, ignoring customer complaints that included photos, and then cancelling that customer simply because they brought up the issue. I dont usually post reviews that are negative, but unfortunately I must post something about a business that a) was negligent and b) cancelled service without warning when I called them about the issues we were having. See the attached photos, shameful to do this to a small business whose turf still hasnt recovered from the damage.

Vista Turf saved my yard! My yard was previously serviced by one of Vista Turf s competitors for two years. Before that I used a private company that closed down their residential service. By the Spring of 2019 my yard was full of weeds and it was the worst it had ever been. It looked horrible. After seeing Vista Turf s Facebook videos I arranged for an appointment to meet with someone to discuss my yard s needs. I immediately hired Vista Turf and after a few short months I began to see dramatic improvements. As time went on, I noticed my yard was flourishing and it was not experiencing the signs of distress that it normally experiences through the summer months. For the first time in 19 years my yard looks amazing and I am the envy of many of my neighbors!! If you re like me and you don t know what to apply or when to apply it, hire the pros at Vista Turf! They turned my horrible, weed-filled yard into a beautiful landscape. I am very happy with the results! UPDATE: Vista Turf has taken care of my yard for over a year. My yard looks fabulous! Lush, green grass - no weeds!!

I happened to be home when the service advisor arrived.He was very polite and extremely thorough. I have used several lawn fertilization companies previously and the reason I stopped was the rushed nature of their service calls. Many times my lawn was only 50% treated at best. The service tech took his time to ensure all areas of my lawn was treated properly and even took time to spot treat some weeds that came thru despite previous treatment. This was all done without him knowing I was watching. When I did go out front to speak to him he explained one particular weed couldn t be treated until the temperature reached a certain point. I hope you can find the gentleman that provided the service on my lawn and let him know his attentiveness to his job was appreciated. I hope future treatments are done with the same commitment

I have been a faithful member of Vista Turf Lawn for years now. They are very informative and responsive. I had a weed and grub worm issue a few years ago. They took care of it. Ok I dont do many reviews unless Im totally satisfied. I must say Vista Turf is off da chain!!! Lol I was really skeptical especially because of the ridiculous affordable prices for the entire year but I said what the hell Ill try it out. Besides some bare spots which are my fault because I have grills and other things covering the grass and Dallis Grass which they tell you up front really cant be dealt with except digging up by hand my yard is so freaking awesome!! We actually walk barefoot on my lawn which previously we couldnt do. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a better looking lawn. They have my business for life unless I get laid off and cant afford them, knock on wood.

Two years and thousands of dollars later my lawn is full of weeds (coincidentally the type they arent authorized to kill ) and has never been deep green. Wish I had my time and money back.

VistaTurf is best service in the market.I have had another nationwide big name lawn service provide weed control and lawn fertilization in the past and they just didn t do the job as well. VistaTurf is a local, responsive, straight-forward lawn care service. My lawn has looked the best it has in years. They are affordable and easy to work with. I will likely use their sprinkler system inspection service this coming year to improve my lawns health and appearance even more.

I have been using Vista for a while now to handle all my weed, mowing and now sprinkler issues and could not be happier. They are fast to respond to communication and questions and have been reasonable with scheduling and expense. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I wanted a leak repaired but wanted to charge $100.00 to test my system and then charge me to repair, the 100 bucks does not apply to the repair.Needless to say I called others!!

We requested an inspection and quote to find out why a few zones were messed up. The company canceled last minute the first time and then showed up late the second week, but thats not even the reason for my disdain for this company. The technician was very rude, and after going through the inspection said it was likely a valve (didnt even know) and left an almost $600 quote saying they can start with valve and keep fixing to find and correct the problem. That didnt make sense to me since our house is only 2 years old so I did my due diligence and called a second company. The second company came and found a simple wire issue within the first 30 minutes and fixed it right there for the same cost as the $100 inspection from Vistaturf to give us a fake, inflated estimate with hopes of what I assume was to redo our full system needlessly to get to wire at house. Happy I avoided the nightmare of going through VistaTurf by seeking another company. Vistaturf just trying to take money from people rather than actually help. 0 stars.

Highly recommend! They really transformed my yard with their weed control service. I also used bi-weekly mows and my yard always looked great after their team finished. The office personnel was also very responsive and helpful. The prices were just right as well. One other thing that I really liked is that the mowing team wears their signature logo shirts, which I thought was nice and professional.

Quick, Reliable and Amazing Work! I emailed them asking for a quote and they were at my house the very next day. My front flowerbeds needed a major makeover and I also needed a tree replaced. Since I live under the microscope of an HOA, I needed the work done as soon as possible. Vista Turf told me it could take a couple weeks before they could get me in the schedule, which is acceptable and understandable. Somehow they managed to get everything done before the end of the 3rd business day after receiving/accepting the quote and our yard looks amazing! I cant thank them enough. I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

We have been nothing but happy with Vista Turf. They do the fertilizing, etc. on our lawn. Since moving into our house two years ago, our lawn is looking so much better! We are fire ant free too! As recently as yesterday, they came out and took a look at our lawn because it seemed to be turning brown. They gave us their opinion of what was wrong and now we can work on the browning grass. Luke and anyone who is in the office are very responsive and friendly. They seem to go above and beyond for us. I used this company for a while for my lawn service. No problems there. I had them trimmy hedges. Unfortunately, I now have to pay someone else to replace all of them now that theyve butchered them. And I was charged the full $700+ for the damage they did to my hedges. To be fair, Tom tried to fix the hedges after I told him what his workers did. But there just werent enough hedges left to make them look at all okay. Id gladly share pictures of their finished product to let you judge for yourself if youd like.

Received bush and tree trimming from this company yesterday. The job was done VERY sloppy and choppy. The company then tacked on nearly DOUBLE what I was quoted for the job. I contacted the company and was told no one was available to help me with my concerns and the representative I spoke with REFUSED to provide me with a name or any contact information for anyone available who may be able to assist me. UPDATE: Received a partial refund for the over charge and Vista Turf has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to right the wrong. They have reached out numerous times and come back out to inspect the work that was done. Although the work was poorly done the management in this company is clearly passionate and caring of their customers.

Weve had then do some of the week killing and lawn fertilization as well as mowing. Their spring preemergent kills those pesky weeds so quickly! The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Vista Turf has mowed and applied chemicals to our yard for three years now. We are consistently told we have the best looking lawn on our street. When they mow, one person pulls weeds from the flower beds! We appreciate their sticking to their schedule. They are very professional. This lawn care specialist is really terrific. We own our home in Waxahachie, but live and work in southern California. We had been using a company for about 6 or 7 years but after seeing our yard a year or so ago, we decided we needed to find another company. We were referred to Ronnie at Vista Care and because this referral is very reliable we called them up. Ronnie and Ami are very customer service which nowadays, you really dont find that often. The one thing Ronnie will not do is up sale his services. He assessed visually what needed to be done, asked what our concerns were and it was our choice as to what we decided was most necessary. We asked him to take before photos so we could determine what we most wanted to do which he did. He offers weekly mows; which by the way if you feel you want to skip a week just let them know the day prior. No hassles! We currently are doing weekly mows, fertilization and weed control 7 times a year, shrub and tree trimming, aeration and grub worm applications. If we feel the number of times need to be changed, Ronnie has no problem. Since we really want to have a healthy, thick and good healthy appearance of the turf we are currently being aggressive. If you ever need to reach Ronnie, he answers his own phone and returns email immediately to answer any questions. In a few months I will ask him to take photos again to see how our lawn is progressing. I really feel good about this company and the people who work for him. Give them a try! Read less

First off, I was utterly amazed at how fast they responded to our call for an estimate on cleaning out our various flowerbeds and landscaped areas for fall. It was the same day! No one ever gets to your house that fast! Then, he did a thorough walk around our house, telling us what could and should be done, and what plants were better off being left alone. Then, to put icing on the cake, they were able to schedule us for the very next day, arrived when they said they would, and took about as long as they said they would. No muss, no fuss. It wasnt perfect, but it was darn near close. :)

I have only had Earthtones for the past month or two, they are very reliable and have done a great job. We have them come out for mowing every other week and pulling weeds every other mow. They have made our flower beds look brand new and the billing could not be easier. Working with them and setting up a time was easy as well. They work around my 2 dogs, move my trampoline, and even pick up construction trash that has blown into my back yard. She helped me set up a lawn maintenance and fertilization plan that was right for me.
