I requested Jo Jo s to ground a tree stump down. Took a few days to get to it, no biggy. Once they got to it took about 45 mins. Done a great job!! They have also cut a 60 pine tree done for me in the past. Did great!!

JoJo s Bee Law and Tree Service was very quick to get the free estimate done and sent my way! They got me scheduled two days after on thursday morning, but had an incident with a driver and had to push the time to the afternoon on the same day. I had reached out around 1:30 to get an update that way we were home when they arrived and i never heard anything. There was no communication the rest of the day after leaving multiple voicemails and texts. It wasn t until 8:20 the next day, on Friday, that I received a text stating they will be there at 8:30. I had mentioned in a previous conversation earlier that week that we were not available on that Friday, so we agreed to a time the next week. The crew arrived on time that next Tuesday and got straight to work and was done in a timely manner. We had noticed that they were using our tools in the backyard, which we were okay with, but was never asked if they could borrow them. Then, by the time they left, we noticed a shovel was missing. We reached out again and had explained we had a shovel missing and was told the crew had it but we still have not gotten it back just yet. We also had noticed our back gate was ripped off the hinges after the crew left. It is a very old gate so it had to be closed a certain way and I notified them to let us know when they were leaving so we can close the gate ourselves that way we could avoid any more issues with it but again there was no communication . JoJo s Tree Service was very good at removing the dead trees and very quick with the job buy have to give two stars due to the other issues that were included with the service.

Was supposed to trim the shrubs and ended up cutting 3 sage salvia plants that were fully grown

Good service

Jose and his team pruned and thinned my trees that were over grown and dense. He got the limbs off my house and the curb appeal of my house is much better. He has a bucket truck to get high limbs and inside the branches. He also has a chipper to break down the trash limbs. His cleanup crew was excellent! He is prompt and I reliable!

I had an appointment set or an estimate, first day I waited til the time then I ended up calling like 30-45 min later to see if they were still coming and was told he would reschedule me for the following day. My husband and I waited again and they never showed. I understand stuff happens and that it is a busy season as well but I feel it is very unprofessional to not at least tell a customer/future customer what is going on. Id like to think they do a wonderful job but sadly we had to go with someone else instead.

Called to have Mulberry tree trimmed. Service was prompt and yard nicely cleaned up. Care was used to protect lawn when moving heavy equipment across it.

Our quote online was off from the original quote we were given in person; however, it was quickly fixed and taken care of with no problems. Jo Joes returned my call quickly and was able to assist with a tree that was leaning into the power lines. Once the power company removed the part of the tree within the power lines jo Joes came back the same day to remove the remaining piece along with other trees. Very professional.

Cut down trees in a tight spot. I expected it to be a little expensive but good lord. However they were in and out.

I contacted this group on May 13th. The initial process was great - they came over the same day and gave us a quote that was easy to understand with photos of the trees we needed trimming and prices via email. They completed a portion of the work and did a great job although they never called me to schedule and just showed up. The remaining work which was our main concern was never completed. I reached out several times to schedule. They were able to give me a date but never showed the first time. I requested an updated date and didn t hear back for over a month and then finally they scheduled a new date but again never showed up. Lots of promise for this company but the lack of communication is disrespectful and was a deal killer for me.

Jose is the man!!! He came by the same day I called and quoted me. We were able to work things out and he got the process started very shortly after. It was a huge project so it took 2 days to complete. But the quote stayed the same and I m very happy with the product and service from Jose and the crew. Took down quite a few larger trees.

Noticed their sign in a neighbors yard so I called regarding tree trimming. Call was answered immediately and was a short and pleasant conversation. A quote with photos was received via email within the hour where I was simply able to accept. Trees were trimmed with all dead branches removed and yard was raked clean off all debris by the time I made it home from work. I was then sent an invoice via email that I was able to pay electronically. Was blown away at how simple of a task this was and would absolutely recommend them.

JoJo s came and removed 5 large dead trees from a very tight space! Houses, businesses and electrical lines were all in close proximity! They were quick and efficient! Nothing was damaged and their clean up was exemplary!

Had Joe Joe s come out and remove the tree that had died on my property. They were very quick to come out and give the original quote, and super quick to come out and get the work started.

The original appointment was for a Thursday to grind some stumps. They called and asked if they could come on Tuesday at noon instead. We rearranged our schedules and took off work to accommodate them. Noon Tuesday comes and nobody shows. I finally got them on the phone at 3, only for them to reschedule for Thursday, like we had originally agreed. My wife and I each lost a day of work without them even having the courtesy of calling us and letting us know that they couldnt make it. Totally unprofessional. We ended up using someone else. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

We ve used Jojo s Bee many times, always pleased with the excellent tree trimming, on time, great cleanup. However, when we contacted the company on the phone, Monday, June 7, sent email and last placed a request on their website, for an estimate to clean up Mom s yard and haul off a tree blown down during heavy winds, finally was contacted and set up a meeting for June 10th to get info for estimate, we were told we would get an estimate and do the job on June 15, Tuesday. We never heard back. Several more phone calls and emails we still haven t been contacted, it s now Wednesday, June 16, no estimate, no work done, no returned calls or email answers. I understand busy, but really?So disappointed we finally have given up and found another company who actually showed up on Tuesday

Called for an estimate and set up a time for them to come the following morning. My husband waited at the house for the 30 minute window we were given. Towards the end of the appointment time, I tried calling twice and could not get ahold of anyone. 15 minutes after the appointment time, I was contacted and asked if we could do it that afternoon instead. I agreed, but said we would not be able to be there but they were free to look around on their own. Got a message later that evening saying they had not been able to make it again, and asked to come the following morning. Again, I agreed. They never showed up and a week later I have not heard from them.

We had some Palms that didn t make it through the winter storm and this group cut them down and dug them out at a really fair price. I couldn t be happier.

We had them do major tree cutting and shrub removal. I feel the job they did was terrific and the price very reasonable. My only reasons for not giving a five is that it took six weeks to get get an appointment and several times I had to call to inquire about things versus them calling me. Other than those two things very pleased with company and will certainly use them again in the future.
