Tri-City Property Maintenance is the BEST lawn mowing service we’ve had. They are professional, punctual, quick and efficient. We appreciate their wide range of services, they don’t scalp own lawn (given tricky hill area), and they include edging during each weekly mow as part of their mowing services unlike other companies.

We would like to give Justin and his company Tri City Property Management, a score of 10 but this rating system will not allow us to do that. We have used them for 2 years now and they are WONDERFUL to work with. They are taking care of our house all year long. It is GREAT to wake up to snow removal on the driveway and the front walk!! They handle all the lawn maintenance through the summer and we have the best lawn ever!! They also take care of our shrubs, and leaves. They are easy to work with, communicate well and do a great job cleaning up after they are finished. We highly recommend them.

He also does fantastic work maintaining our expansive property. Jason has also done some additional maintenance work for us (including staining several decks and removing an old one), and the work was stellar. Highly recommend!
Jason did an excellent job! We are seniors and we had a variety of jobs. Jason sealed our patio, installed a new toilet, repaired a faucet and did other plumbing work. The owner, Jason,is truly a good man and does high quality work at more than reasonable prices. I only wish I still lived closer so that I could hire him to do some smaller projects I have. After coming home late this afternoon, I opened n closed the patio door. The second time it opened and it wouldn t close. I contacted Jason and left a message. Within 5 minutes, he had returned my call and was on his way to help me out. After looking at the problem, he was able to solve the issue by adjusting the rollers.
