Fast and dependable snow removal so far this season!!!! Great job!!!

Im still waiting for you to show up and give me fair and equal treatment. But I cant give all details or it would be a novel if I did. I applied on their website filled the name address residential and the proper info. Said wait 12 hours upto 48 hours for a response. No calls no show up its and no one has come. Now I stayed home up to 2pm to make sure I was home but no truck ever drove on my driveway no employee knocked on my door no matter if an employee said they did 100% no show. So nevermind I can see youre not honorable and dependable company Ill find another company I can rely on.

Paid them for two pest control applications in May, by the end of July my pets were itching and I realized they hadnt cone back out for their 4-6 week 2nd app. Tried calling and talking, lady was very dismissive acting like it wasnt a big deal. Called back, a different lady kept cutting me off and then telling me I was rude. I was in the middle of a store and tried pointing out I wasnt rude: not yelling being verbally abusive etc. I am upset and have a right to be!! I now have 7 animals with fleas, meaning each one is on 3 months of flea meds + vigorously cleaning my home. I paid for a preventative service to be done, only for the company to not follow through, not care and not Im spending out 100s of dollars monthly!!!!!! Shame on you!!

My experience with Reder Landscaping has been nothing but excellent. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. Honesty is a rarity in todays business world. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Employee stole 20 Morels on camera. We ve only used Reder for turning on and off our sprinkler system but they ve been helpful each time. No complaints on the work done. A pair of employees came out to turn on our sprinklers and while the duo were working a second truck pulled up. You shouldn t need more than 2 people to turn on our sprinklers, so that was odd. The third employee then stole our Morels without asking or telling us. Called to complain but never heard from management as I was told I would. EDIT: Manager called and apologized. I asked for an apology from the person, as a grown adult should, that stole the morels but have yet to hear anything.

For the first time in my life, I tried to hire out someone who knows more than I do about a topic, meaning I was not going to try and DIY. I had a blank slate of a small area in the front of my house. Exactly SIX weeks yesterday, was when I last talked to anyone. A person came to my house, we discussed things and was told that I should have something in the next week . I m still waiting. I called, left messages. One time I was told they were working out of 2 systems. Clearly I was on the not as important one. I wanted to love this entire idea of help, but I have been basically ghosted. I have found another landscaper who is willing to help on the spot, so as someone who works in customer service, this is a great example of what not to do. My neighbors are also all aware, and they will never seek services. Communication is key.

Great planning and execution by a wonderful crew!!

Steve and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job cleaning out my damaged pachysandra bed. When I expressed a concern about the height of the fence that we were putting around the bed, they suggested putting in a little gate. That was a nice convenience because it means I can get into that bed and still weed out the ash trees and the maple trees that keep trying to grow there. I especially appreciate the cleanup they do afterwards. Everything was left, neat and tidy. They even went one step extra and carried away a large tree limb that had fallen.

I hired Reder this spring to mow my yard. Wow. They surpassed my expectations and my lawn has never looked this good. My yard is fenced with several islands and trees. They are professional and everything is trimmed beautifully before they leave.

We found a leak in a sprinkler line that ran under a driveway in our condo association. Josh came out about 2 hours later, diagnosed the problem, and with the help of Serg, they were able to bore a new line underneath and save the expense of cutting out the driveway! Both guys were super friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended!!

We are very happy with our new landscaping. From the design with Kathy Frost to the installation with Steve, Derek and Juan, everything went smoothly.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done at our house. The team that was sent to remove our old landscaping and install our new look, did just a great job. Josh got the system up and running after some minimal troubleshooting. He replaced some heads and a valve. He showed me how to set the system controller and answered all my questions. He is friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and he treats your property as if it were his own. Professional lawn care and landscaping services bar none. Reder designed my beautiful landscape and helps me to maintain it as well as my irrigation system and field any problems. They are a cut above!

Kurt the tech was a few hours early but Im not going to complain. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very cool guy. The service was top notch, 5 stars across the board. They had the tools to do the job quickly in spite of the soggy weather. He even thought ahead and blew out our waterfall ensuring the pipes dont burst over winter. Its so nice to know we have dedicated pros to count on. Prices were very reasonable and as I wrote, they actually showed up early which I really appreciate.

We have had Reder design and install landscaping--which was very well done and which we enjoy very much.

Had a patio put in June 2021. Didnt receive a bill until December of 2021 with a rude phone call to go with it. Put in a work order in 2022 because there are multiple things that need to be fixed and had a lady call me and say I am on the list . Have not heard anything from them since. I went with this company due to their reputation, that was a mistake. The patio has blocks that are tilted, it was supposed to be mixed gray and brown- I have a row of just gray, the last row should be towards the house because the workers cut the blocks crooked and EVERYONE that comes over comments on it looking horrible. Worst $10,000 dollars I have ever spent! We were out of town when they started and at work when they finished, couldnt even tell anyone our concerns other than thru a work order that has yet to be completed. Will never recommend this company to anyone until I get resolution and my patio looks half way decent.

Snow plowing crew came out at 2am during winter weather warning. If that doesn t say reliable, then I don t know what else to tell you. Thank you, Reder crew!

We were very happy with every aspect of Reders start to finish - from our awesome sales/designer, Steve Baillie, to the great installation crew we had. Steve went above and beyond to help us sort out our design ideas, worked with us using products we had already purchased, had a make it work attitude & was a joy to work with. He was very informative, patient & listened to what we wanted. Hes a great guy! To our relief, he was able to fit our week long project in before the holidays & the really heavy snow fell. Our crew leader was Don Roberts. He did an excellent job running the project, had strong leadership skills, was hard working & didnt mind when we changed up a few things - always said they just want us to be happy with the work. Austin was a great assistant, always happy to help & was a hard worker as well. Hector rounded out the crew and they all did a fantastic job. They were always prompt, courteous, cheerful & cleaned up the job site before heading out every afternoon. It was a pleasure to get to know them. We would highly recommend this company and the top notch people they employ.

Gabrielle was wonderful in helping me place my order for dirt and was very attentive to making sure it was delivered when I requested . Tom who delivered it was very accommodating in putting the dirt exactly where I wanted it, and thank you to Matt who referred your company to me. Reders have done an outstanding job for my yard. I had them do my landscaping refurbishing last fall---excellent job! Also late in the fall I had my lawn completely redone and come spring they were consistently monitoring the progress of the new lawn. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. They handle the maintenance of my sprinkler system--and again--attention to detail!! Last but not least, Karl Sangle and his crew do a fantastic job of mowing and trimming!! If you are considering a lawncare company you need to make Reders your choice--you will not be disappointed.! They are locally owned, they care--even about the little guy--and they LISTEN!

Reder Landscaping has been outstanding with my recent project behind the house! A crew has removed old cement behind the garage door, added soil where needed, added a flagstone area, and has added a three foot area along the back of the entire house where shrubs and plants have been set. Edging and mulch were also added along the entire strip. Brian Weaver, the designer, also suggested adding an underground drain from the eaves where the rain water could travel without being seen. As you can see, there was a great deal of work to be done. I am very pleased and happy with the outcome of this entire project. Things are now looking beautiful. I feel very fortunate to have dealt with such great people. The crew was very pleasant, cooperative, and well-trained. The designer, Brian, did a super job of creating the plan and checking on things at the sight. I highly recommend Reder. We have been with Reder since purchasing our home and moving to Midland four years ago. We were drawn to their expertise: including a knowledgeable arborist and good landscape design group. They continue to be excellent in all areas-hardscape, landscape, plant maintenance, lawn maintenance. We really enjoy the technicians that apply the lawn and plant care products, particularly Erin Wardynski and Ray. They are very thorough and helpful. The irrigation system specialists are top notch for repair and replacement, designing watering strategies for all variables of plant and lawn requirements. We are also very pleased with the service staff in the office. Just top notch all the way around.

Had them do an extensive backyard overhaul worth over 250k. Apparently not enough $$ to meet an actual owner.. Horrible sprinkler work, leading to having to have beds around my pool re-lined, re-laid and re-sprinklered. Had so many weeds it didn t even look like a flowerbed and had many plants and one tree outright die, replaced once and then got the not our problem. They couldn t even pull the weeds out of the pots before transplanting them! Then had them do a core aeration where they caused $4000 worth of damage to my sprinkler system. Took them to small claims and lost because I didn t save 66 rotor heads for 5 months. Suspect it may have something to do with holding many midland county building contracts since 20+ people watching them damage it wasn t enough evidence. Stay away at all costs! There are lots of better, more professional landscapers out there who care about their work and their customers! Wish there was a zero star option.

We used Reder for a lawn core aeration. the technician that did our lawn (Matt Mayville) was awesome and went above and beyond what we expected. It seems so small, but after he was finished, he cleaned off all of our sidewalks, driveway, walkways, porch, and even picked up some sticks that had fallen during a storm the night before. Its not often a company leaves a place much cleaner than they found it. If they are that detailed on every job, I would absolutely recommend them. As is, Im upping my service and will be having them do more work at our house.

Cherryview Condominiums has contracted with Reder Landscaping for year round services since 2016 lawn mowing, weed control, lawn/tree/shrub fertilization & pest control, spring & fall cleanup, spring & fall pruning, irrigation system maintenance and snow removal. Their crews are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and courteous. They do an outstanding job and take great pride in their work. They are keeping Cherryview Condominiums beautiful! Last season Reder did a rebuild of our age-out front-yard (dethatching, slit-seeding, core aeration and final over-seeding). The price was very reasonable, the crew was great, and the results were spectacular. Our yard hadnt looked this good for years, and it has continued through to this 2021 season. Amazingly, Reder installed our front yard when the house was built 30 yr ago, and the crew leader actually remembered installing many of the yards in our (new) neighborhood at the time - a great indicator of the dedication, experience and professionalism of Reder. Last Summer Reder took out an overgrown Jupiper and planted several shrubs. The shrubs are doing ok. The Strawberry Hydraenga didnt produce much strawberry color,but that may have been our hot hot weather throughout August. My issue is my Mulch is still letting ALOT of weed grass thru,and I have developed small hard barnacles on top of said Mulch. Very strange.

Their crew removed an existing island containing plants and two trees. They then laid out a new island along with a patio area within. These men were very professional, worked hard and did an excellent job. Mr. Maddy made sure the area was cleaned up every night before they left. Can hardly wait for spring to see how the new plants come together. In my book - Reder would get five stars Plus.

Very pleased. Richard gave me good, affordable, options for a small space. I had two prior local landscape & Masonry ,companies come out. Did not care for either designs or exorbitant costs, as well as the Very lenghty wait times to start the project. The project consisted of pavers over an existing crumbling front porch & about 20 ft of landscape work. Matt & Mark did a superb job on both parts of the project. We have used Reder in the past and continue to use them for lawn service. We hired Reder to redo our front landscaping. We paid top dollar and expected great results. We received very poor quality of plants. One dead plant and others were just a stem. When we complained to our sales person we were told to contact customer service. We have never heard back from customer service or received a survey regarding our experience as we do with the lawn service. After several communications the sales person came back and replaced the dead plant and stems with respectable plants. Very disappointing we had to complain to get quality products. Would have liked to hear from management to ensure our job was competed to our satisfaction. Very disappointed we have yet to hear from anyone regarding our poor service.

Met with a representative Steve on a Saturday for over an hour talking about landscape plans and ideas. That was over a month ago and still havent received a single estimate or cost plan. Even called twice asking for a statute on the estimate. Zero stars.

Didnt actually get to start but am thankful for the opportunity and patience. The welcome was warm and inviting.

Great staff, facility, and nursery!

$243 for two rhododendron bushes planted. They were supposed to call to schedule appointment to plant them and then they just showed up two days before vacation and planted them and told us to water twice a day. Tough to do that while on vacation. Then one died and hoops have to be jumped through to get it replaced. When attempting to pay the bill they had lost the invoice and couldnt explain the crazy high price. Big time rip off here!!

I have always been very happy with Reders. I purchase several services from them including spring cleanup, mulching, lawn chemicals, grub control, aeration, vegetation control around the outside of my fence, fall cleanup, and gutter cleaning. Ive found all these services to be reasonably priced, performed in a timely manner, and done well. Ive never had to call them back to check on the status of my work as Ive had to do with other landscaping companies in the past. When it became apparent that the technician wasnt aware he was supposed to veg control the south side of my fence, they sent someone to clear the jungle that had grown back there, and begin the veg control, at no cost.

I recently moved to Midland and bought a lawnmower only to find out it had issues and in the middle of mowing my yard it quit. Question:Why do you have to walk on the roof to clean out the eavestroughs?...Answer:You dont...you risk damaging the roof.Very bad practice.Also,they start at 7:30 so better be up !!!

Mike came out to turn on and adjust our sprinkler system for the season. Not only does he know what he is doing, he is just a great guy to work with. Hes a good listener who works above and beyond to make sure your system works as well as possible.

Was like pulling teeth to get them to finish a job. Over charged for work they didnt perform. There was a schedule they set up for initial maintenance with periodic checks. They never showed up for any of them. Front yard never grew in, and had to hire someone else to finish the job. At least that caustic manager B.W. doesnt appear to be there anymore. Boy, he was a piece of work. Unbelievably rude and phony to customers, but the Reder group always sided with him, his overcharges, and apparent mismanagement skills.

Very disappointed, especially considering the price they charge for season long lawn fertilazation care. My early season treatment wasnt until late June and I had to call as weeds were everywhere. They have only been to our house when we called, which we did last week...again....and agreed to an appointment this week. True to form...no show. Dont I pay extra to not have to worry about this? Any recommendations for a replacement?
