I signed up for Clements Lawn treatment schedule, and my lawn is looking great, but I wanted to review another service experience. I had a broken/cracked sprinkler line, and it was before the shut off valve and backflow preventer. So I had to turn off the main water to my house to stop the leak. I reached out to Johnny and explained the situation. He sent out an employee right away. They were able to make the repair, and I had my water to my home back on within hours. My family and I are thankful for taking care of us. I always get a prompt response when I reach out. He is always very professional as well. I am confident in giving my recommendation to Clements Lawn Service.
We’re able to get to my sprinkler leak problem same day. Fixed the problem quickly. Gave me a good price break on a broken irrigation line. Will definitely use them again.
Had extremely high water bill from the city. Called Clements, they came out the next day. Identified the leak and provided options. Repair done the next day. Invoice was lower than original estimate. Sent the invoice to the city and received a partial credit on my next bill. Highly recommend.

The installers sent didnt do a great job. I have 2 sprinklers within 3 feet of eachother spraying the same area. I have 2 sprinklers spraying my tree trunk (I have read that it promotes rot/fungal growth and Im seeing issues on the bark) they filled our garden beds with dirt that had trash (plastic/metal/animal bones), we had to dig up the dirt and replace it. We have a lot of weeds coming up, I dont think they used pre-emergent when laying down the sod. Overall not happy. I contacted the installer about fixing the sprinklers spraying the trunk but havent heard back.
Called in today past lunch and my sprinkler issue was solved by 6:30 PM, great service no mess. Everything right on point. Great service, fast and effective.

Showed up within hours of calling him and did quick work to replace and correct our backflow pump. We had to turn off the water due to the flooding of our flowerbed where the pump is located. Johnny showed up quickly, finished the work within an hour and a half and was easy to communicate with via text. Even texted me after they left to tell me to keep his invoice to take to the City if our water bill was high for an adjustment. Felt like they did a great job and very nice people. Would recommend their services.

Johnny is one of those rare individuals you cant help but like. Hes got a calm, positive, patient personality. We all know what its like to deal with someone who is the opposite. Excellent work at a good price.! Clements Lawn Service repaired our sprinkler system, including replacing a solenoid valve, and made adjustments to the system so that it runs better than ever at keeping our lawn properly watered. These guys are professional, friendly, hardworking fellows, and I am glad they do what they do. I will definitely request their services in the future, and I highly recommend them.
I called Johnny out to change out some valves on my sprinkler system. He had to troubleshoot other issues and fix them. He was here timely and did an excellent job.
