Person today 12/16/2024, was very rude. Would not answer my calls. Could not speak to a owner of the company. Not good WHEN YOUR CALLS ARE NOT ANSWERED.
This rating is strictly for customer service. I’ve had to call several times about an overcharge on my account and each time I received an attitude like I’m inconveniencing them. I’m the one who was charged twice in two days. They finally corrected it and never even called me to tell me. Very disappointing after using them for two seasons.
My lawn has been full, thick and green. I had to remove two very large Oaks that provided shade throughout the summer. The trees were compromised. I am confident Perennial will be able to get the lawns back on track. Great company and Service staff. Dan Permenter
I have been using Perennial for my lawn fertiization for years and I take pride that my entire lawn looks perfect all the time. People are always stopping to say it looks like the greens on their golf course. I will always use this company, great service and excellent customer service.
I’ve been using Perennial lawn care for over 15 years and even though I moved I asked them to treat my grass at my new location I’m very happy with their promptness and constant maintenance of my lawn I recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right. Always on schedule, friendly and knowledgeable staff my lawn looks great
Do not use if you want a green healthy lawn. Their equipment always fails. You don't get the treatment you pay for. They leave a treatment ticket as though the job was done even when they provided no treatment. Truly, buyer beware.
You have to make getting access to review your messages easier Ask what information you require in one step customer number address and password all at the same time.
I switched to Perennial after using another service for a few years. Had some issues where the lawn took a bad turn due to poor weather conditions killing the fine fescue. The company came out a few times to assess including the owner. They came up with a new plan to get the lawn right and it looks amazing. Thick, green, and lush. Best lawn in the neighborhood!
I HAVE USED PERRENIAL FOR MULTIPLE YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB
They went above and beyond in the aerating and seeding - raking out dead grass, adding top soil and special seed with fertilizer to bare spots.

BUYER BEWARE.....Purchased a Hunter Hydrawise sprinkler system from PERENNIAL LAWN SERVICES on June 27,2019 they charged me $670.00 which I found out from the manufacturer that it only costs $250.00 they almost tripled the price! Hence the reasoning I am no longer using them for any services including my lawn!! The manufacturer tells me its under warranty for two years. Perennial (owner) tells me its no longer under warranty because I dont use there service so..... Im not under warranty!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE INFORMATION!!!! CANCELLING MY SERICE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH INSTALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT!! BOTTOM LINE IF YOU CANCEL THERE SERVICES THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR WARRANTY!!! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT A STAR BUT I CANT POST IF I DONT!!
I absolutely love the work they get done at my house, restored my lawn from that terrible blizzard we had! Killed all the weeds, made the grass greener and healthier!
Have been using them for ten years, exceptional results.
When they came, it was fine. but trying to get them to answer a question, not so much. I called to have the aeration done in the fall, couldnt get anyone to answer the phone or answer any messages I left. When I did finally get someone, they told me it was too late in the season., but they would have someone call me and stop by and see if there was any suggestions they could give me. That never happened. Now its the spring and there isnt anything there to service, so I cancelled. Ill move onto another company.
