Tech Jake went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He answered my weed questions and was courteous and professional. Lawn is looking better every day!

Met with Dallas today as he was servicing the front yard. Explained issue with low areas in backyard and experiences with past yard services. He assured me that he would not run tractor in low areas with delayed water drainage and would hand spread fertilizer. He made a note for future applications. Very receptive and courteous. Looking forward to working with this family owned company this year.

Amazing job! We had some major fungus and crabgrass that was out of control. The team came and within a month our lawn is luscious and weed-free. Not only that, but the team is crazy responsive to emails! I am so impressed with this company, and the great work they do. This, by far, is the best lawncare service I’ve ever used. Last year I had the worst looking lawn on my street.This year my lawn is the BEST looking lawn on the block. THANKS to Emerald Green Lawns! This company deserves a 5 Star Rating!

I appreciate very much that this father(Bob)-and-son(Chris) team have never failed to TIMELY answer/reply my occasional phone calls/emails regarding their lawn care services. They're very honest, dependable, and trust worthy. I'm therefore renewing my 2nd year "Traditional Program" service contract with them.

They are good at first, then they start getting sloppy. Also, they misdiagnosed problems with my lawn at least 3 times. In one case, my lawn was dry and browning (because the sprinklers in that zone weren't on long enough). Tom said it was a fungus and recommended an additional service. The first time I believed him, paid, and nothing cleared up. (Then he recommended doing another one.) The next time I sought better advice, changed the time on the sprinklers, and it cleared up. If you don't have to keep getting second opinions from other (more knowledgeable) sources, AVOID Emerald Green.
