Schneider's Lawn Care and Landscaping in Middletown

This company is contracted through the apartment complex I live in and they did a HORRIBLE job of plowing or lack there of. The lots and roads are still covered in snow and they didn’t put any salt down. Just a horrible job all around

To all apartment complexes these guys don't care a rock hit my window this morning There's also salt rocks in our parking lot and they're just blowing leaf blower everywhere in peoples car scratching up the paint like they have no sense they are careless and unprofessional. I literally watched them out my window cut up all the leaves with one huge mower, even the trash and just left it there. On the complex line shredded up trash.

I called this company about doing my lawn service. They were suppose to come out to quote my lawn services. I had to call and keep scheduling several times after they did not show up, always a no show, plus no follow-up phone calls letting me know they were not going to be here. Called on 10/3/2022, all I said was my name and they hung up the phone on me. This company was so unprofessional. No customer service.

They trampled my gladiolus and blew the leaves off of my lilles. They also like to move lawn art around and never put it back. Would not recommend!

They’ve been mowing my lawn for 6 years, they forgot me this week so I called and owner said he’d take care of it. Less than an hour later a crew showed up. Note that they will run over anything in the yard, I’ve lost 2 garden hoses lol But As long as I pick up before they come out it’s all good, quick in and out less than 10 minutes every week and my yard looks brand new.

I have to constantly beg to pay them. What kind of business doesn't want to get paid on time? There are also constant issues with invoices being made out for incorrect amounts, them stating I haven't paid them for months that I can provide check numbers for, requesting bids for extra work that never get brought to me. Seems like the owner of this company is not in the business to make money. I can't wait for my contract to be up.

very unprofessional company! after being called several times on wanting our management company to let them provide lawn care I finally approved it and sent over the quote and was told our properties would be put on the schedule. I then get a call a month later telling me they overlooked my account and would not be able to provide service for me. I called and spoke to the president of the company whom assured me he would call me right back and failed to do so. I was then contacted by an Anthony who assured me that the quote I was given was far to low and if I wanted them to fit me in it would be a higher charge then what was given to me on the signed quote that was sent back to them. Total waste of time and effort!
