I was very impressed with the service i received from Baileys lawn and landscaping. Worker did their job very efficient and were polite.

Our landscaping has never looked better! Professional crew did a great job and didn t leave any mess behind whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

Had a drainage problem between my home and neighbors (2 downspouts and 2 sump pumps draining to an area with poor drainage). Baileys came right on time, and finished the same day, keeping as much of the grass as possible for replacement on the pipe they put in, to move where the water drains.

They did a very good job at a fair price.

Fantastic landscaping company. Dan and his team were extremely responsive and helped guide us through the project from idea to completion. We completed a large hardscape and landscaping project that has transformed the outside of our house from eyesore to people stopping their cars to tell us how beautiful it looks!!!

Two years ago they installed my irrigation with small sprinkler heads that cover only a corner of my large property. Meanwhile my next door neighbor who has a smaller property they installed jets. When I questioned them about this they never gave me an answer. At the same time, I had a flood in my basement because the licensed plumber they contracted decided to take lunch and leave his helper to finish a job he started. At this point I started asking to see credentials and found out the shocking truth! His helper was unlicensed! Even after all of this, I still retained them for my Spring and Winter Start Up. Unfortunately, just recently I had to cancel them because they took my money and never delivered on there word as usual. This was the last straw, I usually do not write bad reviews and like to give people the benefit. However, I have learned over many years sometime you have to expose people for who they really are otherwise they will continue to do things like this to others!. I hope this review serves as a warning to help someone out there not to repeat the same mistake. Please people do your research and dont just rely solely on good reviews

Baileys installed a patio and seat wall with lights for me and also added some landscaping. I am very pleased with the work that they did. They arrived everyday at the time they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took their time and did a very good job, I would definitely recommend them. There were a few minor issues and they promptly returned to correct them. They stand by their work and do a very professional job.

We are pleased with the landscaping work done by Baileys. We has a small bush and weeds growing rapidly under our deck. Baileys gave us a good price to remedy by removing this material and placing filter fabric and stone underneath to curtail this growth.

This past summer, Dan assisted me with expanding my current patio, which after seeing Baileys work, I wish they installed my existing patio in the first place. Baileys also installed a large retaining wall for my new pool and landscaped. Mike and Nelson were professional and meticulous! Dan came back and replaced 3 trees that didnt take with no issue. We are so glad we found Baileys! We initially called Baileys to have stone edge put around our front yard flower bed and to have a flower bed designed in the back yard...with the possibility of getting a quote for a patio. Dan came out, was right on time and listened and took notes as we described our vision for our yard. A few days later Dan came back and showed us what his design was for the flower beds, it was exactly as we envisioned. At this point, we were so impressed with Dans vision and professionalism, we decided to get a quote for a patio with a fire pit as well. Dan was more than accomodating with with time as we agreed to meet us after normal business hours. Again, Dan came up with a design that more than met our expectations! To make our dream yard complete, we asked Baileys to added on a sprinkler system, sod in the back yard and some additional landscaping to make our dream yard complete. Mike and Agostino, who worked on the patio and stone edge, were really friendly guys and worked very cleanly. Weve had neighbors whove had patios installed by other companys and their yards were not kept as tidy. Mike and Agostinos craftsmanship was also second to none; the results were amazing. Ricardo, Nelson and Alex worked on the landscaping, sprinkler system and sod. Its was fun to come home everyday and see our backyard transform into something incredible. Tessa, who works in the front office, was very friendly, very responsive and continuously sent us emails keeping us in the loop of what to expect next, as everything was very carefully coordinated. From the beginning, Baileys gave us a timeline for completion and they were good on their word. Baileys has an amazing team that is friendly, professional, has the experience and expertise. Bailey s repaired some sunken pavers on our patio which had created a tripping hazard. They also repaired pavers that had sunken in a step landing leading into our bedroom. We moved here a year ago in April. I am so happy that our next door neighbor had used Baileys Lawn & Landscape because as new residents you have no idea who is the BEST. I have to say not only are they the best landscapers we have ever had but the most reliable and reasonable. They even call you if the weather is bad and they are not able to come that day and they re-schedule. This is what I call excellent service. We have now used their services twice and could not be happier with the way our back yard has turned out. I was also shocked when I received 2 thank you cards in the mail for our business. That is something that no longer exits.

Horrible customer service! I emailed them in May about issues with my lawn being cut unevenly and received no response. I called them in August about the same issue and bear spots being cut into the lawn and someone said theyd come out and look at the lawn. I waited until the next week and after receiving no response, I called them. Then I was told that someone would call to meet me at home and walk the lawn with me...I waited a few days...no response. I called the office again and I was told someone would get back to me...smdh!
