Amazing work!

Boley TLC has taken care of a clump of oak trees for us for 3 decades. The tree roots were heavily damaged by a different set of excavators. Rod s team has kept these trees alive! They also rapidly responded to other trees that have fallen over after storms, pruned our tall apple trees and treated our linden. Good job team!!

Whoever they re sending to do snow removal at the apartment complex I live at is so polite. If they re doing it in the early morning hours (Like today), they put the plow down gently, and they don t drive too fast, keeping the noise down to a minimum.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Boley. A no-nonsense estimate and quote process and they were extremely efficient and kind while on our property. We have a lot of trees and Im sure well be calling them again.

I am a Property Manager for a residential apartment building in Middleton for seniors 55 years and better. We use Boley for all of our landscaping and snow removal needs. I cannot praise them enough for the AWESOME work that they do at my building. Here is a compliment from one of my residents: I was reminded this morning of what an excellent job Boley does with the snow removal here. I was out at 5:00 this morning with Bella, the dog I m taking care of, and the sidewalks and everything were terrible, of course. Boley was already at the end of the driveway getting their equipment ready to plow our sidewalks and parking lot. The next time I took Bella out, the sidewalks were perfect. You would ve never known they were covered with snow and ice this morning. That stuff was actually crunchy and slippery on the grass. So just wanted to give them a compliment on a job well done. They do great work and have a lot of really nice people working here. Definitely recommend if you need tree or landscaping work done. They also do snow removal in season if you need that sort of thing.

We used Boley s for a project yesterday. They were amazing as usual! From the time Rod Boley helped me decide on landscaping until the last truck left, everything was done with the customer in mind. They replaced shrubs, trimmed a tree, and removed an overgrown garden. When they were finished it looked amazinging. I would not have anyone else do my landscaping.

We had Boley plant a couple Arborvitaes in our backyard today. They did a great job! Nice looking tree stock. Professional, friendly, informative, quick staff. And we got a follow-up email from Rod Boley on watering instructions, AND he said to get back to him for further instructions if needed! That stuff impresses me a lot!

The Boley crew came right on time, got after the tree trimming project, and finished before I came home. Also, one of the crew raked half the leaves in my front yard as part of the clean up! Well done. This is the third or fourth time weve used Boley.

What an amazing job! Clyde and Pete worked so hard and trimmed up my crab apple tree (that hadnt been touched in about 30 years) and cleaned up brush and debris from my fence line and now both are looking amazing. I would recommend Boley Tree & Landscape Care to anyone who has ANY landscape needs to get it done in top notch fashion!

We experienced some serious tree damage with a recent storm. I was able to reach the owner right away and within a couple of hours, he and his staff were out assessing the damages. When I returned to work that morning, they had already removed all the damaged trees early that morning. They were very responsive, helpful and returned my property back to safe and good-standing. I have been working with Boley for many years and Josh has gone above and beyond to ensure the large property I manage is getting the overhaul it has needed. Thank you Josh and the Boley team; your hard work and efforts truly means a lot to us.

Sadly, customer service has gone downhill over the past 10 years. When our family suffered a downed mature tree after a recent storm I was glad when I knew just who to call based on great past experience. I have used Boley tree service professionally in the past and recently called them for service at my home. The reception I received when I called was short and the tone led me to feel my service request was an interruption and insignificant to their business. Please note they did bid my job and the pricing was fairly competative, however they neglected to contact me when there was a discrepancy in what service was requested over the phone versus what was observed during their on-site visit which occurred while I was away due to their busy schedule. They emailed the quote promptly. It was only after I left this review that they called me and my husband with a threatening tone referring to the impact of a negative review on their business.

Very professional and quality work !

The crew did a beautiful job with the pruning job. The young man who was the arborist/crew chief was able to answer all my questions about the work and followed my instructions of what I wanted done. We have had work done in the last few years that included removing trees, planting new trees and re-landscaping. The employees are always responsive, polite and knowledgeable. They are efficient and do not leave a mess behind. This is a great company. We are always very pleased with the work the firm performs and the employees who do the work!

We had two trees that were rubbing the roof, and also needed some general TLC. The crew crown-cleaned, thinned, and raised both trees; it was as much an art as a science, and both trees look great. We also had some low dead limbs pruned from a line of trees in the back. The 2 guys showed up on time, did a fantastic job -- including answering my questions -- and did the best clean up of any workers Ive ever dealt with. I would recommend these folks anytime.

They did a great job pruning our 150 year old Oak tree and cleaned up everything after. Highly recommended.

We had a neighbors tree fall on our house during a storm. We called Boley late at night and they called back at around 6 am. Other places we left messages either didnt call until later or didnt call back at all. They had a full crew out that day and removed a huge tree that was on our garage and blocking our entry. They did an amazing job. They were professional, knowledgable and not only got the tree removed but cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommend.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the work Boley did for me and my neighbors. They came exactly when they said they would, did fantastic work, very efficiently and clean up after completing each step. Every employee was very considerate and hard working. Very pleased and recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

We hired Boley Tree & Landscaping to cut down a large locust tree in our front yard. The crew was very friendly and did a professional job. Because we live in a cul-de-sac we have a very small front yard. Amazes us that they took that entire tree down without touching a bit of our gardens/landscaping! They were even kind enough to cut firewood sized branches in to 18 pieces and stack them. Promptly returned to grind the stump. Excellent job on clean up.

Boley Tree & Landscape Care did an amazing job removing a large tree I had in the back, next to Channel 3000s fence. They also had pruned another tree which now looks fantastic. Process was easy and the communication was great among the team!

We hired Boley s to manage our snow/ice and year-round lawn/landscape maintenance. Their teams have done a phenomenal job along with providing excellent customer service for us over the past few years. As for these past 30 days or so, the snow, ice and weather has been extreme and the team managing our property has been perfect! Our parking lot is cleared, and I mean right down to the blacktop, within a very short time after the storm passes, which helps our child care center provide an excellent drop-off/pick-up experience for the families we serve...they have also been successful in maximizing the parking spots available that are so highly coveted by our staff!

Easy to be critical of lawn maintenance companies. Unless they do a perfect job they will always have complaints. However this company frequently maintains our neighbors lawns at our expense. Pushing debris into our property, driving their vehicles on our lawn, failing to clean up after they finish. Request that they park on the other side of the street or clean up after themselves and you receive a snarky shrug. Perhaps with better management or supervision they could be a community-friendly company but contact with the headquarters often is just as snarky. Not a customer. Cannot recommend.

The Boley team recently took down 4 large trees for me. The tree removal team worked in a safe and efficient manner. All debris was removed and my property was clean when they left. I have used their services multiple times and each time they have exceeded my expectations. Their attention to the details of the work is without compromise.

I purchased the annual package for mowing and fertilization. Boley only mowed about 10 time and applied fertilizer twice. I should have a 50% or more refund of the annual fee returned. I emailed Boley 12/26/2012 with no responce until mid January. On 1-9-2013 Scott stated he would get back to me ASAP and he never did email or call again. I then emailed him 1-30-2013 asking what the delay was. Again no responce. I then called Sue Boley on 02/13/2013 and she said they would call me back ASAP. Yet again, no responce back! I then called Sue Boley back 02/15/2013 and she would not take my phone call. As you can tell Boley doesnt want to solve the problem or even talk with me. Im sure they have pulled this with 100s of people.
