We’ve been Weed Man customers for about 5 years now. They are always very thorough and we’ve been very satisfied with their services over the years. They provide great customer service as well and their technicians are always very friendly, I’ve only ever had positive interactions with all Weed Man employees!
We started with Weed Man about two years ago, and our yard done a complete turnaround. It was pretty much all weeds when we started, and now is just about completely grass with very few weeds. I will say aeration and over seeding is definitely a must on top of the normal weed spraying and fertilizing package. The slow release fertilizer is tiny little beads that is spread all over the yard and is so much better than the spray fertilizer that other companies use! This is why we went with Weed Man over their competitors. We get many compliments from our neighbors/friends and have been asked many times if we had new sod laid, to tell you how great our yard looks now!
Seemed to be a quality product but customer service was severely lacking. Had a scare with a dog reacting to week killer and needing to go to the ER. Called weedman to get the type of product they used for poison control and was essentially told that they close in 5 minutes so they couldn’t help me. Said they would send me the chemical safety sheets but did not. Also said they would leave a message for a manager at the local branch to call me and have not heard from anyone almost 24 hours later (not that them calling the next day would have helped). Please fix your customer service!!!
Weedman has always been great at communicating when they are coming, what are some trouble areas in my lawn and how they can correct them. The person applying the applications is always courteous and knowledgeable. They do a thorough job of applying the application. If you want your grass to be the envy of the neighborhood I highly recommend weed man.
I've been using Weedman for years. They are an excellent company to work with. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only critique would be the sales calls asking if we'd like additional services. If I say no thank you, I'm not interested, that should be enough.
The weed man company has serviced my property for the first time this year. And I have to say it hasn’t looked this good in 20 years. I am very, very satisfied with how my lawn looks. As well as the companies quality of service with their communication with me. I highly recommend, this company for their quality service and the variety of different types of applications for various issues that could arise with my lawn and flowerbeds.

This company according to them, mixed up mosquito incorrectly last season resulting in big strips of damaged/dead grass in my front, side, and backyard. The biggest problem area being in the backyard has yet to be fixed. I am very unhappy with this company's ability to communicate and/or show up when they say they will. All I've gotten in response to my attempts at getting my grass fixed is attitude and incompetency. All they cared about was collecting payment for services they came out and performed that I did not want, and when I brought up my dead grass in the backyard, was again met with attitude and disrespect for my property. I received an email stating they weren't coming out for service due to equipment failure, then came out to the property anyway without notice interrupting my wife at work and continued to give her attitude at the front door. We have temporary fencing up until we can get some new chain link installed, so to access the backyard a portion of the fence needs to be unhooked and pulled back. Something that they had done all season last year. They then decided to rip my fence post out of the ground and throw it in the front yard, I'm assuming to get their aerator machine in the backyard, and then failed to put the fencing back resulting in our dogs getting out of the yard. Their solution to my dead grass problem? Aerate the backyard and toss an extreme amount of seed all over without any watering instructions. Again, I asked for a specific area to be treated/fixed and they instead sent someone over to throw a tantrum in my backyard. I understand I have dogs that run through the yard and tear up certain areas, I wasn't expecting them to somehow do the impossible and bring life back to trampled earth, but I did expect them to make right what they damaged with chemicals. Overall I have hated every second of my experience with Weed Man and even though my lawn is still damaged I paid the bill in question in full and told them to never come back to my property again. They seemed totally fine with losing a customer, took my payment and hung up. I will be looking for someone else to come out and fix what they have done. Really disappointed in the way my wife, myself, and my property has been treated by this company and their obvious lack of character.

Keegan from Weedman always did a terrific job. He was patient and always listened to my concerns regarding my lawn. I had a lot going on in my lawn and backyard. I didn t want to lose any of my plants but had a major problem getting ahead of the pampas grass/weeds that grew between my fence line with my neighbors fence. If you are familiar with pampas grass you know it is difficult to get rid of. Thank you Weedman.

We ve used WeedMan for years but 2024 is the first year we ve used Mosquito Hero and we are impressed. We have a large wooded property and managing mosquitoes is a summertime necessity, especially after all the rain we ve had this season! Mosquito Hero has been our new bestie , allowing us to enjoy our yard/deck. If needed, a second application can be applied to keep the yard safe from mosquitos Thanks, Mosquito Hero!

Weed man pulled the old bait and switch. Was quoted a price for 6 applications. Than after the third application was called and told our yard is bigger than they thought and would need to charge $120 more for each of the next 3 applications. What a scam. Would never do business with this company ever again.

Our lawn has improved greatly in the last couple of years, mostly thanks to Drews help and guidance. We removed several large trees and patched big swaths of grass during the very dry summer of 2023. Drew treated these areas carefully and by fall you couldnt tell the difference between old lawn and new! We have put a lot of effort into our lawn and landscaping, and I feel like Weed Man is worth the investment to keep in in great shape.

Our technician Curtis put our first application of slow release fertilizer down today and also checked the yard for evidence of grubs today. Very friendly and answered all my questions. This is my third year with Weedman and my yard is the best in our (new) neighborhood. FIVE STARS!

The Weed Man Lawn Care in Broomfield, Colorado talked my 95 year old mother into a years worth or lawn care, charging her credit card for a full year that very day. They set up an online customer account . The first Fertilization and weed control came to $ 126. This for a lawn that is already lush and green. You see she already has a lawn service who mows and feeds her lawn on a regular basis. Going door to door in a senior only subdivision reeks of predatory sales tactics. Now we are trying to get a refund. My family is contacting our local news channel who is known for exposing these types of scams . April 2024
