The company is unprofessional. My neighbor is using their services and the workers blow the debris into other neighbors’ property and don’t clean up. In one instance, the worker run over my plant and completely damaged it and placed it back to conceal the damage. Upon reviewing ring camera recording, it has been confirmed that the damaged was done by JC landscaping. Contacted the owner, who at first tried to deny the footage on the video and gaslight me into believing that the damage has not been done by his worker. Promised me the replacement. Still waiting for the plant. It was 3 months ago. Joe is not a person who is following on his word.
JC Landscaping & Design, Inc. did a wonderful job with our paver renovation. They worked with us on the pricing to meet our budget, they crafted a well thought out plan and design, they were able to quickly mitigate any unexpected challenges and completed on time. What really stands out about this company is their ability to give customers white glove service. We also had an issue where a couple of pavers stained after a few months that they took it upon themselves to come back and swap out with no additional cost. I would highly recommend using this company for any paver or landscaping project.

Joe and his team at JC Landscaping & Design are absolute pros. I needed the front of my house completely redone. Joe stopped by quickly after calling and gave me a quote within days. A couple of weeks later his team came in and transformed the front of my house in day. They ripped out everything I had (grass, bushes, plants) and replaced it with a beautiful layout. If you're looking for a 1st class landscaper who is local in NYC (added bonus for being in Queens), JS Landscaping should be your first call!
Horrible customer service. I contacted them for an estimate on landscaping work. Someone by the name of Joe called me to set up an appointment. Unfortunately, we did not meet but he went to the property we discussed what I wanted and was told I would get an estimate in a “few” days emailed to me. After a few days and no estimate I texted “Joe” he said he “was working on it” That I would have it in a hour… NEVER happened. Suffice to say I would not do business with them with such terrible customer service. There are better landscapers don’t waste your time
Hired this guy through a referral, my friend said give this guy a call, He is good. Let me tell you. He is not good, He’s GREAT!!!! My house looks like a magazine. He goes above and beyond. He did so much extra and he didn’t even ask me for a penny.. Joe loves his job, and love his business.. Extremely Highly Recommended!!!!!! Not only an incredible business. What a nice Guy!!

Highly recommend JC Landscaping and Design for all your landscaping design needs. Our front yard was due for a makeover as it was blah and with the hot summer heat it was time for a upgrade. Joe the owner was wonderful on meeting us to fit our budget and also meet our needs for what we had in mind. We had a general idea but with his expertise was able to put our ideas in place. Variety of perrenials, annuals, and tree with boxwoods were what really came into place. The whole crew was wonderful as well. Everything was on time and put in place very efficiently and cleaned up everything as well. Redoing the front yard makes it seem like a whole new house. Highly recommend them. Great pricing and Joe the owner was wonderful, attentive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Well be looking to have them do our seasonal needs as well.
Unprofessional they slaughter my bushes. Never showed up 2 times third time they arrived.
They don t call this guy the best in the biz for no reason ! JC and crew did such a beautiful job on my house . Every time people walk by they break there neck cuz they can t stop looking . Wonderful job and definitely would recommend !!!

I don t know where to begin! To say I m extremely happy is the least! Joe and staff are great! They arrived on time and immediately began working. Everyone knew exactly what they had to do and not once did I see anyone sitting or chit chatting. They work fast but are very clean and meticulous when it comes to design and landscape. A year ago we used JC landscaping to do our front lawn and I am over the moon happy with how it came out so there was no question about it when it came to our backyard! Joe made my vision come true with creating my backyard paradise! I highly recommend JC Landscaping & Design!
JC Landscaping designed and completed a landscaping project in my backyard in Howard Beach. Joe was very accommodating very reasonable. He works with a smile on his face and is willing to take suggestions. He is also made great recommendations and has a lot of knowledge and experience. I could not be more happy with the final product. I wish I could do business more people like JOE. They even worked in the rain!! Thank you to Joe and his crew. They were absolutely amazing.
JC squeezed us into his hectic schedule to get my parents front garden done before my Dad got home from the hospital. Christian responded to my emails almost immediately at 8:30 PM on a Sunday, and then was at my house the next morning to fix my problem. Very responsive, and he did great work!
JC did amazing work transforming my front lawn. They have an excellent eye for design and in providing ideas. The plants they source are of the highest quality. Their work has a trademark design throughout the neighborhood that I am now happy to be a part of. I have been dealing with contractors for months, and Joes was the only company involved that was punctual and considerate. I will recommend them highly for any landscaping and design work. They are truly top notch!
I called four times and no one bothered to return my calls. Even left a message asking them to kindly let me know if they were not interested in my job. Shows they do not care about potential customers.

while calling places landscaping and Design near Middle Village me and my mother found JC Landscaping & Design in Rego Park. I called once had a bad Experience. We figured let s try them again and hire them. We saw them working on one of my neighbors blocks in Middle Village. My mother called me they said they will have someone here in Middle Village between three and five. At about approximately 3:05 PM, They called back saying they don t service middle Village yet on their website it specifies they do, we saw them working on my neighbors block. Not to mention on their Facebook they posted videos of their Recent work done in middle village. On the plus side it wasn t the Receptionist did call back, and it s not her fault, she was nice.
Great Service and awesome work! Been using them for years and Joe is awesome. He has done some of the best work in most of my neighborhood and everyone is requesting JC services so even if you have to wait...its worth it.
