Met with Chris after getting several quotes for a patio to surround our pool, they were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive and very willing to work with me throughout the whole process bringing my ideas to reality and creating a truly wonderful masterpiece. No matter what any company tells you for completion time of a large patio project, make sure in you know that time will be a little longer due to setbacks of materials, permits, and weather. Our crew consisted of Antonio who was the project manager for the site and was on point and available at any time for updates and changes, Mario and Miguel were here almost every day and the best skilled labor to have. I would recommend them to anyone in looking for a solid A+ crew! they were meticulous, clean and as you can see in the pictures incredible craftsmen. We ended up with about 1000sqft of paver around the pool and then an upper patio of about 500sqft area secured by a beautiful retaining wall. Nothing but great things to say about Rooted in Nature! Antonio and team were selected by Anthony & Sylvan to provide the concrete decking and final grading for our new in ground pool. But to make it all work out, they also had to build a couple of retaining walls, put in drainage and just make the back yard usable again. Antonio and team were very flexible, worked hard, even during the brutal heat of July/August 2024 and got everything completed as discussed. During the process, there were many texts/phone calls/emails back and forth with Antonio and he responded in a timely manner, understood what was being asked and why and was happy to accommodate the many questions/concerns from us. Come to find out, the main guy working at our house, everyday, was only 19 yrs old! (I don't remember his name, but he was Antonio's Nephew) The rest of the team changed on almost a daily basis, as the need for different expertise was needed, but the main guy, was there everyday and kept the job moving along. Very impressive! If you have the need for anything related to your outdoors, reach out to Rooted in Nature, you will not be disappointed. The owner Chris is pleasant to deal with and his approach is personal and responds timely. Rooted in Nature is a life saver, they fixed our swale and a part of our neighbor’s backyard where the water going to the storm drain was accumulating. They also turned our backyard into a relaxing and eye-pleasing spot and is one of the family’s favorite destination area. I highly recommend and we would even acquire future services with Rooted in Nature.

I contracted this company to install a patio and solve for drain issues as water pools in yard during rain. They do great work, patio looks good, but drain they trenched for is not draining and water still pools Reached out to the owner after job completed but no response. Bottom line, will do the work, no follow up.

Roto was pretty good at they good and expensive the guy told me bout water pressure and how to control it and my toilet seat loose I shouldn't mention that

I opted to contract Rooted in Nature (RiN) to build my pool decking. My wife asked me to create an oasis where family and friends can come and forget their troubles even if for a second. I literally told the job foreman to exercise his creativity in building a deck that would be unique. Mario and Antonio did just that! I trusted their instincts and have to attach a photo because I am so pleased with the work they did. Friends and family loved it! From start to finish, Rooted in Nature did a wonderful job with our landscaping request. The work and clean up were impeccable and the result truly lovely. After 20 years of watching our side yard wash away in the rain, they came up with a simple plan that works beautifully.

We contracted Rooted in Nature because Chris made us feel at ease from our first meeting, he listened to our problem and proposed solutions we felt were addressing the water issue we had. His team was very professional and were very respectful of our property. They dug out our swale, lifted our shed 6 inches, replaced our retaining wall, installed a paver patio, chalked our pool perimeter and applied gravel lock around our pool equipment. This work took three weeks and we were extremely happy with the end result. Since we did the work we have had several rains that would have in the past caused overflow but now the work the team did seems to have corrected a severe issue we had.
