We are overall very pleased with the lawn care service. My only complaint is our sidewalk leading to our front door and back patio are never blown off anymore. We now have to do this so we arent tracking the granules into our house.

James applied a heavy rate of winterized fertilizer to the.lawn along with broasleaf weed control. It looks great heading into winter and has plenty of food to start out next year in great shape!

Installed a new garage opener. The wall mounted opener by the entrance to the inside of my house had barely any give at all. Even though it barely budged when I pushed it, it worked. One of the light bulbs on the garage door opener went out only a few days after. I replaced it. A couple of months later, the wall mounted button inside the garage stopped working red light was out and it no longer opened the garage door. A few days later, he came to resolve. He tightened the screw on the wall mounted plastic frame- the red light on the button was lit and he accused me on being the problem. He didn t check the wiring or open the wall mounted opener at all. The first time I used the wall mounted button to exit the garage shortly after he left, the red light was out again and the door didn t open. Repeatedly repair call are a hassle.

Our tech, Jim, does an excellent job, making sure our lawn has the right treatment at the right time. He even took the time to move the larger branches that came down during the hurricane remnants to ensure treatment got to the right places.

This is the worst my yard ever looked and we re aware the drought was not your fault so I ll deal with it myself!

Their employees spray on windy days and spray on property they are not supposed to be spraying. They pay no attention at all to children and pets in surrounding yards. Company has no clue who they have out spraying.

Bryan does a great job. He actually listens to your questions and provides prompt knowledgeable answers. My lawn could only look better is if we received a lot more rain. And I am not totally sure if this is out of his wheelhouse
